My husband and I went to look at mattresses at Sit 'n Sleep and Ali was great! When we arrived we let him know that we had no idea what we were looking for. They have a bed that you lay on and it lets you know what type of mattress is best suited for your body and pressure points. This took all the stress out of trying to decide what to get. The machine let us know we were best suited for a medium soft bed and Ali let us know we could go throughout the store and test out the different ones. I loved that he wasn't like a salesman following us around the store, he gave us the space we needed to try out the mattresses and discuss what was best for us. We purchased a new mattress on 5-26-2016 from store manager Ali Belagasem. He was so kind and patient. Answered all our questions and really knew what we needed! There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. We came in to browse but because of Ali we'll be sleeping in our new bed tonight! Our delivery team (T55 Christopher) was awesome as well. My wife and were making the mattress store rounds on September 8th. We had visited several mattress locations experiencing the exact same rhetoric at every one. She asked what our needs were and immediately found us a floor sample at a fantastic price. She arranged for delivery and closed the transaction in a few minutes. What a breath of fresh air. Well after being very disappointed about our new mattress being defective we were contacted by Jason with Sit n Sleep, who read my review here on Yelp. He was able to get us into the store to pick out a new mattress. Jason was more than helpful and sympathetic to our little fiasco, and Mark (in store) was a great help when we went into the store to pick out our new mattress. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Especially with our children running around being.. well children. I'm very happy that our issue was resolved so quickly. It tells me a lot about a company and its employees when they work so fast and efficiently to make the customer happy. I definitely recommend that you go and see Mark when you need a new mattress. Before I start, I want you to know that I am not a letter writer and have better things to do than Yelp. Having said that, I feel my recent experience with Sit and Sleep warrants sharing my experience with them. My wife and I and purchased a fairly expensive bed; more than any bed I've ever purchased or owned. We had the bed for about year and one of the side straps ripped from the side. My wife wanted to go into the store and see if there was anything they could do for us. I was apprehensive because it has been my experience that things like this are somehow are never covered. But I acquiesced and we went in. Art was on duty and I have to be honest I was very dubious as to any help he would offer. Much to my surprise, Art was actually concerned and said he would call the beds manufacture sales rep on the phone. Unfortunately, the rep was unavailable so Art left a message and told me he would call me as soon as he heard anything. I'm thinking I'll never hear from him again unless I keep on him in a couple days. After all, it just the sale they really want...right? First thing the following day I got a call for Art. Art explained that indeed the straps were covered and wanted to know when they could deliver a brand new mattress free and no charge. I had to check with my wife so I didn't call them back that day. The follow day, Ali from S&S called and reminded me that they wanted to get my new mattress delivered as soon as possible. Not only was I pleasantly surprised but I couldn't remember the last time I bought a "bigger" purchase item and they went out of their way to remedy the situation. Needless to say, I will certainly buy my next bed from Art and Ali and would recommend them to you. I can promise you one thing; you will NEVER get this kind of service from a department store or some discount bedding company. read more

Was looking to find a new mattress so decided to check out Sit n Sleep. Upon entering was approached by the salesman Mark. He quickly directed my wife and I to the exact style of mattress we were looking for. I really appreciated him not trying to talk us into high priced mattresses. The whole experience took us about 30-45 minutes and we ended up walking out the door with a 1600 dollar mattress for just over 1000 dollars, I will definitely return to purchase future mattresses. read more

Showed us all price points and as we were about to decide on a perfectly fine mattress and adjustable base we were shown an amazing $6k Aireloom that was on sale, floor model in perfect condition AND MET OUR SPECIFIC NEEDS!!! It was $1400! Yep, we were sold. Bought the mattress that was $300 more than the Sealy but drastically better mattress! We will buy the base at a later time but this mattress will last us a lifetime. I was greeted immediately by Lori who chatted with me for a bit and suggested several mattresses for me to try out while she returned to some customers she was helping.
