As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a nice woman. I looked around and ching ching there was the mattress I was looking for! This is the only store that carries this particular brand. The sales woman showed me other brands such as Beautyrest, Serta, Tempurpedic and Sealy but I still kept going back to the Kingsdown! The great thing about Kingsdown was the sales woman took us to their 98% accurate machine that will track your sleep pattern to make sure you are getting the right fit. We are so satisfied as a matter of fact that I referred two friends to that store just today. ***** Original review: I waited a while to write this review. Not because there was anything wrong, but because this is a bed, and it takes a few nights to get used to it. My wife and I visited the Sit 'n Sleep in Murrieta and we were met by Sherri. She laid us down on a machine and it measured our weight, our body heat, our posture, and a bunch of other stuff. It came up with firmness ratings for our respective sleep types (I'm a stomach sleeper, my wife a side/back sleeper) and Sherri found us a bed right in the middle. She was extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful, despite being the only one in the store and having three other customers come in while she worked with us. This bed is much firmer than our old mattress. At first I found it uncomfortable, but I have gotten used to it over the last week. The first night we had it, I slept the whole night through. I haven't had a full night's sleep in years. I sank into our old mattress, never able to get comfortable. I woke up constantly with acid reflux/GERD. I would toss and turn, and I generally kept my wife up too. Now, when one of us moves on the new mattress, the other barely feels it. We're both sleeping much better. I would go there again, in a heartbeat, but it looks like this has a 10 year warranty so I don't expect we'll need to be back. Which is a shame, because it's a great store with a wonderful sales person. read more

I went to 3 mattress stores before calling Sit n Sleep Murrieta. I was hesitant to make the drive out there to have no success like the previous stores. Lori took my call, told me about their sleep machine that matches you to the best bed for your sleeping style and I headed over right away! Their unique sleep machine matched me with a bed style in 3 minutes and she led me right over to the three best options in my price range. Unlike other stores that have you try everything, they narrow it down making it easy on you! I sat in the first bed and it was the best I had tried that day. It was completely different than all the styles I was looking at too. I thought softer would be the best for me, but a firmer mattress was actually better. (I would have never known this without their mattress matching tech). Then I sat in the second bed and fell in love. Within about 25 minutes from walking in the door the paperwork was printed and signed. They were so transparent on their sales, put together a sweet bundle deal, and Sherrie was amazing to work with (So was Lori). hey all - had an AMAZING experience @ this Sit & Sleep store! 1st the sale person we worked w/ SHERRI BUCKLEY was funny as hell w/ a great down to earth personality. her methods were no B/S from the beginning, making sure she understood EXACTLY what we needed (2x full soft / comfy & 1x CA king). we didn't get up-sold on the amazing TEMPUR-PEDIC cool pillows, but am glad she showed us (they're expensive but worth it). on the flip side, we aren't local to IE so she organize (for FREE) to have them shipped on a SAT to north county SD. after spending a month w/ the CA king we realized it wasn't the right fit for us & she (& her colleague LORI MITCHELL) worked out a "comfort exchange" to a regular KING mattress right away... again w/ FREE delivery! read more
