If you're expecting first class service, you're not going to find it at this Sit N' Sleep location! The store manager, Lori is rude, antagonistic and confrontational and even encouraged me to go ahead and write this disparaging review--so here it is, Lori. Coming off the heels of exceptional service from both the Santa Monica and Culver City stores, this manager's telephone acumen was the complete opposite. Unbeknownst to me, she was defensive, sarcastic and antagonistic in response to my basic questions, which was both silly and unnecessary on her part since I was trying to give her business. I called the store on behalf of my senior aunt, who recently relocated to Murrieta from the Los Angeles area and wanted an Aireloom mattress and an adjustable bed. After dealing with Lori, however, I know we'll be better served spending our $5000.00 at either the Santa Monica or Culver City store. If Lori is the manager of the store, and hence, indicative of this store's customer service, I strongly suggest calling or visiting another store. We had the best experience at this Sit 'n Sleep with Sherri as our guide! We did the smart match which pointed us to the Hybrid Infiniti. We loved it as soon as we lay down. We also tried the nectar, the icomfort, a tempur pedic and a super expensive one but we kept going back to the Infiniti. Sherri was super knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. After trying out Sleep Number, Macy's and combing the internet, my husband and I opted for Sit 'N Sleep (the Murrieta location). The Sleep Number rep in Brea knew his product, but would not stop talking (anecdote after anecdote). The sleep analysis machine was only half working, which made zero sense, but we're easy. We almost purchased one of those million dollar beds ($7k, really?), but after the poor online reviews decided to save that money for a car, vacation, college tuition (anything BUT a blankety-blank bed!). The rep at Macy's Brea was also knowledgeable, but she didn't drown us in her knowledge. She gave us plenty of time and space. The Macy's reviews were pretty good, but you always get three quotes before deciding, right? So off to Sit 'N Sleep in Murrieta where we met Sherri Buckley. Sherri knows her stuff, is really down to earth and knows when to leave you alone. Their sleep analysis machine was fully functional and diagnosed us different from what we'd thought. But again, we're easy. Sit 'N Sleep reviews were pretty good, but the coup de grace was that their prices are REALLY good! We didn't make our decision until the next day, so Sherri took our order over the phone and coordinated the paper work via the local Carson store (thank you Jose! ) She said we'd be in and out quickly and she did not exaggerate. 15 minutes tops, INCLUDING drive time! You can't beat her for customer service. This woman rocks! Our bed was delivered the next day and I must admit, I've been sleeping pretty darn good ever since. No more neck ache! Guess the machine was right. Thanx, Sherri! So why not 5 stars? Only because I'm cheap and hated to spend over a thousand dollars. No reflection on them, I'm just cheap! read more

Worst buying experience I have ever had. Purchase a Serra I comfort mattress at the tune of $2144.89 on 02/15/2017. The store person ended up double charging for the mattress which overdue my account, which now means I must go with out any money till I get this resolved. Now they won't even return my calls. Don't purchase anything from Sit & Sleep, no customer service at all. Thanks a lot Larry. You can take your free mattress and stick it where the sun doesn't shine ! UPDATE: as of 02/17/2017 Sit & Sleep still has not returned my calls, so I called them. After more than 30 minutes on hold they are going to pick up there mattress and refund all my money, but I am the one that had to remove the second charge on my debit card by calling the bank. If I waited on them to do it, it would have taken a week. DROP DEAD LARRY ! UPDATE: as of 02/21/17 Sit & Sleep returned all my money $2144.89. Thank you Larry. Lori is amazing; she goes above and beyond! So knowledgeable about the product and so eager to help make sure I had the right bed and furniture, and at an unbelievable price. I recently had to move my Dad into a memory care facility and Lori was so kind. She treated me like her own family. Even the delivery was able to come when I needed it, so I could set-up my Dad's room before moving him in. The delivery guys were also so professional and did not leave until everything in the room was how I wanted it. In fact, the bed was too high with the box spring, so they took it back and I got a refund right away. Thank you Lori for all you did. You made a very challenging time easier to move through. They simple looked and kept working with their current guest. So, we went to Sit N Sleep, they were busy, but Lori Mitchell acknowledge me and said" We are busy at the moment, but someone will be with you soon" with a smile in her face, 10 minutes went by and sure enough sales associate was with me. DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS HERE! I bought a mattress here (one of their many locations) in 2010. it's sagging pretty badly but luckily i bought the warranty on the mattress. so they guy came out to look at it. no stains, no issues. But when i got the letter from Sit n Sleep, they said they weren't going to warranty it for 3 reasons: the sag wasn't enough (1.4" instead of 1.5") it was stained (despite a report saying it wasn't) and that some wires were bent due to abuse. when i called their customer service line to dispute, they decided to send out for another inspection because they couldn't prove their allegations. guess what? this time they found a stain! It's faint, and I've already scrubbed it out. Guess we will have to see what excuse they come up with next time!! They will do anything to not warranty out your mattress. ANYTHING!
