Been here total of 2 times in 10 years. Had a good experience last time. So much so that I came back again. Dave the store manager and especially Rafael took really good care of us and didn't even mind my crazy 3 year old running around. Thank goodness we were the only ones in at the moment. My husband and I had put aside Sunday to mattress shop, thinking we would have to go to at least 3 stores I find what we wanted. Thank goodness sit n sleep was our first and only stop. As we walked in Bob must have just got off his lunch because he greeted us while he was heading to put away his lunch bag. I am so happy Bob was our sales rep, he asked us our price range and why we were looking for a mattress. He then educated us on why beds are made a certain way and how it helps us get a better nights sleep. He showed us a few options and was never pushy about selling anything. Two part review - Pros at one place and Cons at another... POSITIVE: If you are looking for a mattress go to this location and ask for SHANNON. She was helping my friend and I who were looking for different things - I a mattress and my friend furniture. My friend was very needy asking for the measurements of literally everything and Shannon was very helpful and patient in answering her questions. She gave us both enough attention and wasn't pushy or sales-y. She also gave me an amazing deal on the mattress I was looking for - definitely hooked me up. If that location is too far, go to Laguna Niguel and ask for SEAN. When I was doing my preliminary mattress search I went there and he was extremely nice and professional.. which leads me to the CONS... NEGATIVE: If you do go to Laguna Niguel, DO NOT WORK WITH MICHAEL! I went during a slow time on a Thursday and walked in to a ghost room.. I walked around for quiet a bit seeing if there was anyone there but all I could sense was a disgusting smell of Chinese food or something fermenting the place. Finally I see a little head working at a computer and I had to walk all the way over there and say something to be acknowledged. I told him which mattress I wanted and he said, "I'll sell it to you for this much but you MUST buy it today - I won't honor it at any other time." I said, "Hmm.. well, can you write it down the information for me?" And he said, "No, I'll only write down the ticket price." So rude! While he was going to the bed to write down the ticket price he left his iPad on the desk w/ the discount price and I took a picture of it so he couldn't go back on his word. This guy was super shady. When I left the store I looked at the business card and all he wrote was the ticket price - no name/model information(!) and scribbled all around the card so I couldn't write any additional info! If you're ever in the market for a new mattress at a great price, go to sit 'n sleep. I'm a repeat customer at sit'n sleep thanks to their great customer service, and even better pricing. Bob Cooper helped me out this time and I couldn't be happier. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, and ended the deal with a handshake. He wasn't pushy, laid out a number of options and asked me what I thought. He looked me up in their system first to make sure my current mattress wasn't under warranty as I bought it from the same store years back. Once we verified that I was overdue for a mattress, Bob set me up on their computerized bed that told me what type of support I need. With that information Bob showed me the perfect bed for me. The minute I laid down I could tell it was the right one for me and didn't want to see any others, but we checked out some others to compare. Nothing compared to the first one Bob recommended, even more expensive beds didn't feel as comfortable so I went with his first recommendation. They say you should always spend money on a good bed, as you spend a third of your life in it. At sit n sleep you can spend a little less for a quality mattress. My wife and I have been looking for a new mattress for some time now. We don't know much about about mattresses but we do know we were in desperate need of a new one as my wife is 5 months pregnant and she's been complaining of back pain. I have chronic back pain from years of working in the ER as a R.N. This Sunday we decided to pull the trigger and invest in our comfort. Our first stop was Costco where we bought our previous mattress. I wasn't impressed with our current mattress as it has been 5 years and we can feel the springs. I thought with it being a Sealy we were getting quality. It was great initially, but as time went on it sagged and was less and less comfortable. I remembered I did some research on Tempur-pedic, but I've never tried one out and it's not a store stocked item at my local Costco. My wife and I decided to stop into our local Sit-N-Sleep, in Westminster, to get a feel for the mattress. Within 15 seconds of walking through the door we were greeted by Jordan Ngo with a, "Hello!" and a smile. My wife and I knew what we wanted to see and ask Jordan about the LuxBreeze Tempur-Pedic. Jordan directed us straight to the mattresses we had asked about. He was extremely knowledgeable about the mattress and also confirmed that the mattress was right for us with a quick assessment of our sleep habits. My husband and I were shopping for a mattress and happen to see the Sit n Sleep commercial this morning. We all know the saying, "You're killing me Larry". So we decided to check it out tonight. We were politely greeted by Jordan - Sleep Consultant. I explained to Jordan the issues we've been having with our current mattress and what we needed. He recommended the Bed Match system. I thought this was a great idea, the best way to find out what kind of support we each needed. Jordan showed us every line of mattress the bed match recommended, which was about (6). We had our favorites about (3) and finalized down to the Aireloom. I bought a pillow from here and less than 24 hours later returned it, and they tell me they have no proof of my purchase and to talk to customer service! I have the charge on my account and bank statement in hand !! Look at your cameras and look at your sales person take my credit card! What do you mean there is no proof of purchase?? I have been on hold with customer service for over an hour and they tell me there is nothing They can do.
