She was so patient and she made sure that we were fitted with the perfect pillows for us. She took her time to make sure that we knew all of our options and had the chance to try them all out. I honestly wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was helped by Jordan Ngo the day i purchased my mattress and head board and frame set. They promised next day delivery and ended up not delivering till a week later. The guys come to deliver and the frame is completely trashed and broken, so they take back the frame an say they will deliver another one ASAP. We get a call from Jordan 2 days later saying that frame came from China and there is no more in warehouse and it will take 8 weeks to be delivered. We immediately asked for a refund for the frame, headboard and slats. Jesse Lucero writes is an email stating he will refund our 1500$ and he is very sorry. 2 weeks go by and no refund. So we call customer service and they have no refund request and they need to call us back. So I finally call customer service again today and they say they need to call me back. So I call Jordan at the store and he said they are working on the refund. So apparently what they did for my refund was completely cancelled my order and recharged me more money just for the mattress. Now customer service calls me back, her name is Maribel Murillo, and says since there is a new order the refund amount will not be the same. This place is filled with crooks. DO NOT BUY HERE! I emailed the store after they replied to my Yelp review, it's been 2 days and no reply! I finally received a phone call from Jordan again and said he would refund down to the last dollar. That was four days ago, no refund in account. I call accounting to speak with a supervisor and Yolanda refuses to give me to a supervisor. She says they just processed the refund and should be 3-5 days. This place is a joke. Never in my life has refund took 3 weeks to process. They CC people like Cindy Mora and Peter Janis. But no one can seem to help. They also requested for me to take off this yelp review and they will give me free sheets. NOT HAPPENING! Save yourself this kind of trouble. He said if I buy 3 mattresses totaling over a certain dollar amount that I would get 3 years free financing so I purchased all 3 mattresses. When I received my statement it only showed 1 year free financing. I have made numerous attempts to remedy the situation and still nothing. Don't EVER buy your mattresses from there. Terrible customer service.!They lure you in to make the sale, only to find out that if you have a customer service issue, it will not be resolved! (A little late, but worth the wait) When I decided it was time to buy a new bed in August 2013, I was expecting a long, drawn out process, filled with car-salesman like employees trying to up-sell me left and right, knowing full well that I was a first time mattress shopper by the deer-in-headlights look in my eye. Boy, was I wrong... mostly. The first store I went to (which shall remain nameless, but we will chalk up their lack of customer service to their Newport territory, and my youthfullness), was exactly what I was afraid of. I knew my next stop would be a Sit-N-Sleep, as my father has always purchased mattresses from the company. It's hard to ignore the smile on Mr. Keith Johnson's face when you walk in the door. I was greeted with a warm welcome, and I personally felt more at ease about the big check I was about to write. Mr. Johnson was patient, kind, and knowledgable, answering all of my (annoying and never-ending) questions. He didn't seem upset when I told him I still needed to think about it, and told him I would return in a few days to make a decision. And, he was extraordinarily patient when I took nearly an hour deciding between two beds (even after the couple of days I spend pondering at home), alternating which I was laying on every 5-7 minutes. His customer service was exactly what I needed as a first time buyer. I am happy to say that, with the professional assistance of Mr. Johnson, I am a very, very happy new mattress owner. I sleep more soundly, and comfortably, than I ever have before. And I am confident that my money was well spent with a company that values the CUSTOMER, and truly making them comfortable (no pun intended). read more

They hauled away a mattress that wasn't even in the room and did not need to be hauled away. We didn't even pay for this feature as WE DID NOT NEED IT. So now we are down a mattress and the best they can do is give us a discount to replace the mattress they took away when they weren't suppose to! Seriously?!? They expect us to pay $175 for a new mattress that we would not have needed had they payed attention to their paperwork. That 2 year old bed with a 10 year warranty was killing us. My wife badgered sit and sleep until she came to an arrangement. Here was the deal.they sold her a $3000 bed for $2000, this was after we just had spent $2000 for the previous bed. Although $800 was for a platform with drawers so I never need to buy a box spring again..so any way she and I are happy with the new bed but it cost me five grand to get there. So if they give you 30 or 60 days to be happy with your new bed you better make up your mind. And if your bed sags In the middle they measure the sag with no one in the bed and it has to sag more Than one inch and a quarter before the bed is considered defective. So if there is a valley in the middle when the two of you are in bed and you slide toward the middle..TOO BAD. If it is uncomfortable TOO BAD. I hope this helps. read more

Great experience at this store and Bob Cooper was fantastic! He was helpful, informative, and clearly knew what he was talking about. We never felt like he was pushing us to pay more than we intended to spend, which was wonderful. Mattress shopping feels a bit like car shopping (on a much smaller scale obviously), and the last thing you want is someone hovering and pushing. Bob was patient with us as we asked a lot of questions and spent time to make sure we understood whatever it was that he was explaining. We went to this Sit N Sleep location yesterday with every intention of purchasing a mattress that evening. The sale person that helped us was Jordan Ngo, he was the most arrogant person I think I have come across in a long time. This was our first time at a Sit n Sleep and our last. He was so rude to my boyfriend and would not let him speak because this Jordan kept interrupting him when he would describe the type of mattress he was looking for. Jordan would not show us the mattresses we found online, he would only show us what he wanted us to purchase. I would not recommend going to this location. Mr. Rafael Ayala was an incredible help to my wife and I. We went in looking for a simple bed and he showed us an excellent selection well within our price range and even offered us different financing options to see what would work best for our budget. He told us all about the deals that the store had available, and made the entire purchasing process really easy, without the salesman- esque feel that's far too common in other stores. We had an ample amount of time to decide between beds and never felt pressured when we were indecisive between two tempting options and payment plans. In December on entering the store , we were greeted by Michael . He was very friendly, and showed us all the options. In the past three years ,I have purchased 3 Tenpurpedics from Dave, the manager . On my next visit , I explained to him that i wanted a firm type mattress . After delivery, I had trouble sleeping. Dave said it would take 90 days to break in . I tried for a week , but had aches & pains on arising in the morning . I went back to the store , and it was fortunate to speak with a wonderful Tempurpedics consultant , Daliah , she understood my problem and asked me to try the mattress as long as necessary . She even brought an electric blanket to preheat the mattress before sleep. That didn't work and she agreed to exchange for a firmer mattress . We had a great experience here at Sit N Sleep - Westminster. We've needed a new bed for a while and we decided to check out this store. While there, we were greeted my Michael and he was very pleasant. I explained that we were just browsing. He just said that if we have questions to ask him. He didn't hover or follow us and we really appreciated him giving us time. I did have questions about financing and he was really helpful. Because i like to research and think about purchases, we visited the store a couple more times with a huge number of questions. Michael was always patient and informative and we didn't feel like we were bothering him or like we were being pushed. When we finally decided on a mattress, he set everything up for us and even called the day before the delivery. So far, we love our comforpedic and it is everything he said it would be and more. I recently saw the commercial for the big Sit and Sleep 4th of July sale and thought it would be the perfect time to replace my 16 year old mattress. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Keith who was extremely helpful during the entire process when I told him I was looking for a new mattress. He helped me figure out which mattress would be best for me based on my height, weight, sleeping habits, etc. and led me to several different mattresses that he thought would be a good fit. I'm a somewhat indecisive person, especially when it comes to large expensive purchases, and ended up being in the store for over 2 hours going from bed to bed. Keith was very patient, never pressured me to make a decision or hurry up, and was very helpful in answering all my questions. He helped me figure out financing options and ended up giving me a really great deal on an awesome mattress (I ended up going with an Aireloom). Since this ended up being a really big purchase for me Keith assured me I could reach out to him at any time with questions or concerns. I could tell that he genuinely cares about his customers and not just about making the sale. When the day came to have my new mattress delivered he checked in to make sure it had arrived and that the delivery went well. Jordan Ngo was nothing but professional, non-aggressive, and straight forward during our entire visit. We thought he was funny too! Me and my boyfriend usually hate sales people. We are the type to go in to a place, be able to read tags, test stuff out on our own, and then ask questions when we get to that point. My boyfriend held my hand before we walked in the store and said, "okay, we are going to get harassed." And we took a deep breath and walked in. We got inside, Jordan greeted us. We walked over to the mattress we thought we wanted. Jordan introduced himself politely and guided us over to their bed finder thing (some interesting bed that accesses your body and matches you to the right type of mattress). Jordan explained the different levels and guided us over to a few options. He was nice enough that after a couple choices he said he was going to leave us to check out different beds on our own. And if you're introverted at all like us, this was a huge win! LOL! So we got a chance to discuss things just the two of us and lay on the beds we were interested in. We are planning on coming in tomorrow to place the order for the mattress we liked. We are just also the type of people who like to think about it for a day and gather research on additional costs of things (sheets, bed frame, etc.). Jordan was super understanding and we asked him for his business card so when we come back we can work with him directly. When we left the store we didn't feel like we got bullied by sales tactics, or harassed like we were worried about. It was a nice feeling. All the different questions we had for Jordan got answered really straight forwardly. There is another review on here that states a customer felt douped by how things were priced with the free incentives and stuff. When we asked about the box spring, Jordan said the price of the mattress includes the box spring. There is free shipping as well. However this gets adjusted on the invoice for the mattress, I won't be upset since we are already getting a deal we are happy with. Case in point, if you're going for cheap as possible-do your research before purchasing so you don't end up all dissatisfied. Fortunately for us, we have been saving and have a budget. The mattress Jordan showed us falls in that budget and we don't want to waste extra time, gas, or energy going all over the place to try to beat the deal we are already getting. Jordan was awesome in how he provided excellent service to us. We really look forward to coming in and getting our new bigger bed!
