I arrived to find that they would have anything that I might ever need. They had sets of allen wrenches, and individual wrenches in the very small size, cost .30 for the one!!! I was super impressed. Just walking in, going back, coming back up revealed I'd have to come again. The folks were knowledgeable, nice, informative and equipped to help anyone who might need something specific for their unique project. I trust them, like them and will be returning with my next hardware need.

Luckily the tile was in stock and The employee helping us went to go get another box off the shelf so we didn't have to enter the store. But I feel the guy was really careful when he was putting the box of the tiles in our truck. I don't think he broke them. I like their holiday sales . I always wake up early on Black Friday because they have great prices on poinsettias for $1.99 each and wreaths for $7.99 can't beat that. The reason I get up at 6 AM is poinsettias and wreaths run out pretty quickly.

I had written a complaint directly to corporate headquarters detailing a specific incident that in my opinion completely exposed the blatant discrimination I was subjected to at this particular store and was amazed at the attention my complaint received. I received a call from the store manager and at that point it became clear to me where the negative culture originated. I scratched that store off my shopping list and vowed to never shop there again. Then came a visit to the exact same store years later and the experience of being helped by one of their associates, Arlene. You will see a second review on this young lady. I wish business had 100 of these young ladies. Her people skills were amazing, she was very knowledgeable, courteous, polite, and knew that store like the back of her hand. She knew where every tool was located and walked you right to it. You can tell when a person loves the job they are doing and that reflected on her demeanor. I asked to speak to the store manager and complimented him and her on complete turn around and positive image the created for this store. It is amazing how one outstanding employee can change a negative experience. I want to commend Harbor Freight Tools for their attention to its' customers and wish them continued success. I returned to that store again two days ago and was impressed by their attention to customers. I want to thank my favorite associate, Arlene, once again. At the register, the system showed 25% off the oven and the microwave. Then we were told the microwave was out of stock in the warehouse and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. As soon as they changed it to that order, the SKU changed and the discount disappeared, even though it was the exact same microwave model. We pointed out that: * We were still buying the full bundle. * The only reason the SKU changed was Lowe's own process, not our choice. Instead of trying to honor the promotion or find a reasonable workaround, the manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly rude. There was zero effort to make it right. Because of this: * The advertised 25% bundle discount was not honored due to a technicality on Lowe's side. * The manager's attitude made the whole experience much worse. We left without buying the appliances and will seriously reconsider using this Lowe's for any future purchases.

Did Brad have several of the same product, like say, an overstock? Look HD can absolutely return broken box items to the vendors and get credit, once HD doesn't get credit because of destroyed merchandising not the item but the box, they get partial credit and write off the rest. Mr Brad cannot afford to return to vendor for partial credit. Please remember local businesses do not have the 'funds' corporate have. Please be patient.

Drove 15 miles to Canyon Lake Ace Hardware and they started the same process of sticking it in an automated machine which again said it couldn't be made. This time the Gentleman that was helping me said let me look in the back. They still have the old manual key cutter and an assortment of blanks. 15 min later I walked out with three brand new keys for a 35 year old vehicle for less than $15. Top notch customer service.
