Hard. Pass. I got involved with them because I was under the impression I had no other choice in my building. Took about a week to get an appointment. No one would call me back. I emailed, called, filled out their form- nothing. I eventually emailed a "project manager" and got a response. He set my appointment up for Monday (this was Friday). Monday was Labor Day- but okay, I don't know how they operate. I emailed Monday morning for a heads up on when I could expect them. That's when I was notified that they aren't working because of the holiday. Had I not emailed, I would have been waiting all day. It was rescheduled for the next day (Tuesday) and I was told I would hear from their tech in the morning. Morning came and went- I emailed and received a call about an hour later from another rep. He said the tech was ON HIS WAY and would give me a call within a half hour to let me know when he would be here. 2 hours later- I heard nothing. So I had to follow up. Thats the theme with siteserver- you have to follow up. They won't. Hours later, I heard from the tech. He didn't bring everything he needed to set up service (why wouldn't you?!) so he had to come back the next day. We made an appointment for 8am. I showed up and was ready at 8am, but- as I anticipated- tech was a no show. I had to call him several times and eventually he picked up, gave me some lame excuse and was "on his way". An hour later he finally showed up. I honestly hope nothing ever goes wrong with my service. It will take waaaaay too much work to get someone out here from my previous experience. I spent so much time chasing them down, I should have sent them an invoice. The tech also left my wall open. I called to try and get him to come back and fix it. But he didn't pick up or return my message (surprise surprise!) so, did it myself. Thanks siteserver! By the way, it was like pulling teeth to get my service set up but they sent me my first bill REAL quick!!! I had service for about 10 mins before that bill came rolling in. Of course, it wasn't what we had discussed so I had to do MORE WORK to contact someone and get it changed to something closer to what we talked about. Got stuck with their inflated cost modem. $50 modem for $75 even though I had one sitting here for the tech to use- literally the exact same one they gave me. I am thrilled with my new Siteserver Broadband Internet connection. Having lived in El Dorado Mobile Estates for over 20 years, I had resigned myself to the limitations of a Non-Fiber version of U-verse for which I was paying $41 per month with 11Mbps Download & 1Mbps Upload speeds. I purchased a Sony HDR 4K TV during the COVID lockdowns and due to my low bandwidth have never been able to Stream anything in 4K. As of January 30, 2023 I now have consistent speeds of greater than 100Mbps Down and 100Mbps Up. I'm really impressed with Siteserver's representatives and installers Andrew, Noah and Shane. They're extremely knowledgable with great communication skills while also being friendly, considerate and professional. Siteserver Customer Service has been excellent whenever I've had any questions or concerns. I wish Siteserver all of the success that they deserve! Man! I'm so glad that I responded the that slick advertisement that I received in my mailbox. I thought it was too good to be true but, I was wrong. Siteserver is an Honest, Affordable, Advanced Broadband Internet solution for the underserved residents of Fillmore and surrounding areas. I've had satellite internet service for the last 2 years, and it's so overpriced based on the minimal speeds that they offer. However, I just didn't have any other choices for internet service providers because I live in a rural area. Well today, was a game changer! I called SiteServer because of an advertisement I received in the mail, just to find out if they had a better option. And, boy did they have one!! They answered all my questions and sent me quote within 15 minutes. After I accepted the offer, an installation appointment was made for next week. An hour later, they called me to let me know a technician was available this afternoon if it was convenient for me. By 5 pm, the equipment was installed and I was up and running with download and upload speeds as promised and then some. An hour later, they called to check-in to make sure I was satisfied with the service. This company exceeded all of my expectations, and I will definitely refer them to others. We are in Somis, no cable/fiber, Frontier DSL is limited to 5Mbps up and 0.7Mbps up :-( we switched over to Siteserver wireless microwave link about two months ago and we are getting about 100mbps down and 50mbps up I could not be happier... rock solid for over two months now. Highly recommended if you have a line of sight to one of their antenna sites. read more

I just had site server installed at my home after leaving another company that was only giving me about 25mbs and now Site Server is giving me over 100mbs for a comparable price. Noah came to install it and made sure I was set up getting over 100mbs download AND upload before leaving. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Will update this review later should these speeds continue as promised! read more

My email and website have been hosted through Siteserver since the late 90's. Best hosting deal I've found. Other companies really screw u on email costs where Siteserver does not. Highly recommended. read more

Siteserver.com is absolutely the worst server there could possibly be. I was a contented customer for over a decade except for two occasions which required technical support assistance on their part. My website went offline several years ago and it took weeks of begging on my part for them to finally correct the problem. Then this year my website went offline again and no manner of requests on my part could convince them to correct the problem. I wrote several letters to the CEO, Technical Support and the Billing department and never received a response. I sent numerous emails and made many phone calls - and the problem was never corrected. Tech support would never respond. My phone calls were never returned. The problem was I could not access my website - bensbauernhof.com. A box would pop up and read - Authentication required - http//www.bensbauernhof.com - Your connection to this site is not private. It asked for Username and Password. I finally asked the billing department to close my account and send me my personal data so that I could start my website again on a reliable server. They continue to hold my data and refuse to respond to my requests. Their actions are intolerable and indefensible. I would never recommend Siteserver.com to anyone. Michael M. read more
