After this experience, I have decided to switch providers. I would strongly recommend researching other options before signing up. Finally figured out how these guys work. They are a "re-seller" of services. They don't do anything…read morebut INSERT themselves in between a business and service (internet, phone, telecom, etc). Long story very short: let's say you want internet service. ITS goes to Spectrum to obtain a wholesale/reseller rate, let's say $69 per month. Then, they charge the business $250 or more per month. Why such a markup? They claim to provide 'white glove' service. If they did, great! However, my experience has been 'regular' service. One last thing: they lock you into a 3-year contract and you have to pay "taxes". The trick here is that the taxes include junk fees. For example, if you have phone and internet thru them and your bill is about $300 per month, you will pay an additional 30% in these secret taxes. The worst part? Your locked in the contract! So, you have to pay it or else they threaten to charge you the full 3-year contract and take you to court. Hope this helps you. My personal experience can hopefully help others.
