She was very detailed oriented, respond quick to email, and extremely friendly. It was obvious that she was in this business due to her big heart for animal and she gives honest opinion (not trying to rip you off... She told us that if we didn't need her to walk the dogs, then she really does not need to come a full hour. We still asked her to come an hour each visit, but I really appreciate the honesty). She brought the master combination lock for us to borrow without us needing to request for it. As a 1st time doing this, she gave us detailed information and emailed follow-ups to ensure all communication was accurate. Autumn and her other sitters did a great job of tending to our scaredy cat while we were gone. Although she's very shy of strangers, each sitter managed to coax her out long enough to get a good photo or two, which we appreciated while we were half a world away. They keep things swept up around the litter box and are good about turning different lights on inside the house each night. They are genuinely animal-lovers and they have a whole system in place for keys, etc., that really works. Great service! read more

We recently used Sitters4Paws to do daily visits with our kitties while we were on a cruise. Autumn, Trina, and Ray were great! They sent us daily updates with pictures of our boys and made sure that they were well fed, their eating area was cleaned up, and the litter box was nice and tidy. I didn't have cell phone access on a regular basis on my trip, so it was really nice to see those updates waiting for me when I got into port. They also gave our boys lots of love at each visit. One of our kitties heard me removing the lockbox and started mewing, thinking his new friends were coming to visit- quite an endorsement! I think we've found our new cat sitters! I have used this service 4 times and each time the service is great and exactly what I need as a pet owner. I went away on a long vacation and couldn't bring my two cats. So my wife yelped this company and we have never been disappointed or had a single concern/complaint. They will do exactly what you ask. But the best part is they gave me and my wife peace-of-mind that our loved ones were being cared for. Easy to request service online. And once they have you in the system it is real easy to request future services. Doesn't matter who they send, all the workers are great, and they all do a follow up email with pictures. You can have them visit more than once a day (recommended for dogs) and tell them the time you would like to have them show up. We have used Sitter4Paws for our five year old cockapoo for the past few years. We have utilized both the home visits and the boarding quite frequently. Autumn and Ray have been great to work with and we absolutely trust them with our dog. Can't rave enough about Autumn. Without exaggeration, she has helped my two dog kids and me have a better quality of life. One of them is extremely anxious with new people and very dog aggressive. Despite two years of work and effort to rehab her, it's still a misery to walk her and the other dog on my own. But within a few patient and dedicated visits, Autumn managed to win her over. She's been committed to making it work. And I have the peace of mind that my dogs are getting exercise and attention, from someone who seems to genuinely love them, when I'm not there. Win-win-win! We have mostly asked Autumn to walk our 2 dogs for their mid-day break. She's always punctual, thorough, and we love the update emails with pictures. We also like how we can interact with her through the website, followed up by emails and she's responsive to all of our questions/inquiries/special instructions. In addition to a few mid-day walks, we have also asked her to do dinner walks (if we have a particularly long day planned). She's great with following the feeding instructions (due to having a puppy, she's been great trying to stay consistent with our training needs) and we have even asked her to dog-sit while we had company over, so the dogs wouldn't overwhelm our dinner guests. Sitter 4 Paws provides the best pet sitting service Ive encountered on either coast. The team has taken excellent care of my cats and turtles during vacations over the past two years. They take and send photos of the pets and their food areas while I'm away. We use a lockbox so that team members can easily and securely enter our house. I found Autumn on Yelp through the LA branch of Sitter4paws. I have a very hyper little terrier that does not do well in a boarding situation. The last time I left him at a kennel, ( a very nice one) he was a mess when I picked him up after a week. He was hoarse from barking and was over stimulated to the point of colitis. The vet told me that I needed to find alternative care for him and I shouldn't bring him back. (Like I would! ) So.... I found Autumn. I think I should call her awesome Autumn! My dog doesn't like strangers and she won him over right away. She came once in the morning and once in the evening. She fed him, played with him, walked him AND watered my garden and brought in my mail and newspapers! To top it all off, she sent me detailed emails after every visit with pictures of my dog and garden! Ray also came a couple of times, and he had no problems winning the dog over either and Ray also sent me detailed emails and pics. We were gone for over a week and came home to a healthy happy dog, plants in better shape than we left them, clean food and water bowls and all the mail and papers sorted neatly on the table. Yippee! I know when I have to leave town again, I will be calling her. I already told her that I wanted to book her again in a few months and to put me on her calender because I am afraid once word gets out, she will be even busier than she is now! read more

We are working parents with a new born and two young german shepherds. Our dogs are a part of our family so it is important for us to make sure they are walked and well taken care of. When I moved back to Pasadena over a year ago and would travel, I initially would drive to Claremont to board my cat, because I wasn't comfortable with the places I saw in Pasadena or South Pasadena for boarding cats. Then I inquired about Sitter4Paws SGV. The idea of having someone from a company come into my home to care for Bella was new to me. But talking with Autumn on the phone was encouraging and I decided to try it. It has worked out wonderfully!
