We were super excited to try Situ Taco as we see it all the time while we're visiting other retaurants and when we're at the market so we made sure to carve up some time and pop in. It's a funky looking little place, where you order at the counter and they tell you pretty much everywhere, that you need to take out those darn toothpicks before munching down loooool We got the Two Tacos and Beans and Rice Combo and for the Tacos we got Hashwe 5/5 which is the minced beef stuffed one the Papas 4/5 which had garlicky potato, it did get a bit monotoned after a few bites but it does have great flavor and the Spicy Cauliflower 4/5 again great flavor just needed a little extra something to get it over that line. The Taco's are basically used as a vessel to deep fry the stuffing so not a traditional taco, so just a heads up on that Enjoyed coming here but probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back (but hey if I'm in the area I'll be stopping by)

Decent food but very pricey... $14 for a basic chip and guac... tacos were overall good but oily as you'd expect from a deep fried crunchy taco. My favorite was the butter beef. Mexican slaw was alright, nothing unique, and I did not like the daily soup we got. Service was alright - we appreciated that they took out the toothpicks from the tacos so we never bit into any. However, my friend later added an order of five cauliflower tacos which they completely forgot about, had to remind them after twenty minutes of waiting, and when the guy finally served us the five tacos, he apologized and said "sorry for the wait so we threw in one for free" and guess what... it was exactly the five tacos we paid for... ummm interesting... there was minimal service as you need to bus your own table, so remember that when you leave a tip...

Took my daughter here for her birthday when we said she could pick her favorite restaurant. Very cool vibe from the workers and the restaurant. My husband and her had house margaritas verdita. Very cool way to eat your tacos fried. I love all the signs about not eating the toothpicks. Haha This is so close to my daughter's new house so we will be coming here again.

We heard Guy Fieri was there so we had to try it. When we walked in we were greeted with enthusiasm and great energy. The place is very cute with their own designs, you can tell they put care in what their restaurant looks like. We got the three taco combo with the beef, potatoes and cauliflower. We also got their Coconut Carrot Curry and as someone who loves coconut curry, it was probably one of the best I've had in a hot minute. It was rich and creamy, I got a bowl to share but we should have gotten one for each. The tacos were crunchy and filled with filling. My husband loved the potatoes while the cauliflower was my favorite.

This was very unexpected. We walked in because we were hungry and didnt know what to eat for lunch; and we thought this was a really neat spot. The whole set up is very unique w/ the bar in the back; and the place has really cool decors. Service was good and the staffs were great as well. Plenty of seating inside and outside. What we got: Taco plate (4/5) We never had a deep fried crunchy tacos before and more so that its a fusion of two cuisine. I think it was good; and giving me a similar feeling of eating taquitos. The filling taste good and the slaw were good as well. The bowl (3.5/5) Good bowl; large portion. Honestly it wasnt great and wasnt bad either. Overall Its a nice unique spot to eat at. I would recommend it to anyone to try because its not your usual taco spot.

I had lunch here after strolling through the farmers market and ordered their two taco and soup combo plus a breakfast taco bc why not?? LOVED the soup of the day which was a vegetarian lentil soup. It was hearty and full of flavor. I wish it was served warmer. The tacos were fine and reminded me of empanadas. I chose the ground beef and cauliflower option and preferred the cauliflower over the beef. The tacos were crispy and it didn't feel like they skimped out on the filling. The salsa that accompanied the tacos were a great addition to the meal. The breakfast taco was fine, didn't feel like it was anything too special. Service was friendly and fast and the decor was super colorful. The space had a lot of personality. I sat outdoors on their patio and loved people watching during my meal. Would recommend this place especially for their soup!!!

These tacos were life-changing and are officially my favorite in all of Seattle (and I've had a lot of tacos in the city). The food was really good! I recommend at least 3 tacos or one of the combos if you're hungry because they're on the smaller side. The staff were bright and bubbly folks who answered questions and made great recommendations. The vibes were lit - really fun and quickly place with neons and bright colors. There's like a random Barney voice that announces you're at Siri's tacos once every 30 minutes. Anyways I will be back and I will be bringing my partner and my dog so they can also experience taco nirvana.

It is small establishment that serves Lebanese tacos. The tacos are deep fried and held together using 2 toothpicks. There are signs everywhere not to eat toothpicks . I ordered combo of two tacos and Lebanese soup. Both vegetarian and vegan tacos were delicious. For the soup word delicious is not sufficient. The interior is traditionally colorful. You have to order the food at the counter and bus your table. And they will serve you. So this is not a full service restaurant. The staff was friendly and courteous. I will definitely go again. One suggestion: please remove the toothpicks before serving the food.

Vegan spicy cauliflower tacos are so good!! The slaw side that comes with them is also vegan and delicious. They typically have two rotating soups on offer, with one that can be vegan (often default is vegetarian with like a dollop of yogurt on top). The first time I got the soup it was too spicy for me, so the next time I asked how hot it was and they were very helpful in gauging it! It was like a curry lentil and the right level of spice for me. They have a burrito special on weekdays! Haven't tried that yet bc I like the tacos a lot. They're deep-fried and I can't get them elsewhere (there are toothpicks in the tacos, take them out before eating them, it's obvious and not a big deal) The people who work there are great! I love the colorful decor, and the back bar has fun lights and louder music if that's your vibe.

Nachos. Those chips and cheese sauce. Yum. I couldn't finish!

I went for brunch on Saturday and this place was excellent all around. Friendly staff, unique lively decor, great fresh food! We got a breakfast burrito (that egg and potato were so juicy, with a nice side salsa for more drips), a few tacos, and nachos. The egg taco was also great, fairly standard but jucier and a bit more flavorful than what I find elsewhere. I live them emphasis on not eating the toothpicks. It is stupid but then you see them hiding in there and have to laugh at how many people probably do stab themselves. I would have liked more filling than just meat, but it was still really good...reminded me of an empanada in a lot of ways. Nachos were my favorite. The chips look like local fried tortilla pieces, but they were crisp and crunchy from a real fry and not those dense baked things you see elsewhere. Local or bulk, they were delicious and topped with sooo many goodies. I think my fave was the homemade queso, which also had a unique flavor with the perfect cheesiness, saltiness, creaminess, savoryness to round out everything I ate it with. I think the real winning combo here is fried tacos and a bowl of that queso and some side veg to pull it all together. Mmmmm. We got the soup of the day too...Zuppa Toscana interestingly. Good and packed with toppings but when I come back I'm sticking to the main fare.

Super friendly counter service. Walk up and order at the counter. Sounds simple enough, but the decision making process was tough. I wanted one of everything. Although I didn't get that, I did get some very delicious food. The papa taco was filled with flavorful creamy potatoes. The crispy taco offered a delicious balance with the creaminess of the filling. Of course since I lived most of my life in Austin, I have to order queso when I see it on the menu, even in Seattle. This queso didn't disappoint. It was creamy and spicy. The salsas provided added an extra kick for which I was grateful. The taquitos were also perfectly crispy and filled with deliciously seasoned meat. The best part was we took some leftovers and they were just as good a couple days later. I'm sad we didn't get to go back during our time here, but I'm certain we will see them again next time.

It's not often I write a review fairly quickly after visiting a place, but this place deserves it. Ever seen the movie ratatouille? I mean, yes, it's about a rat in a restaurant. But, I'm referring to the scene where the critic tastes the food and suddenly he's a child again eating his mother's cooking. That's what happened to me when I ate here. We ordered taquitos, quesadilla con carnitas, chips and queso, and a papa taco. After my first bite of the taco, I wasn't in the restaurant anymore, I was suddenly a kid in my grandmas kitchen, the quesadilla took me to my mom's kitchen as a boy. The service was efficient and the guy behind the register was very friendly with his service and gave us good recommendations. The menu seems basic but it's basic Mexican fare with a touch of "Líbano". The setting was very old school Mexican and I loved the atmosphere. Plus, the music was on point. I cannot speak for those who had a poor experience, but ours was anything but poor. . Definitely a taste of my Situ and mi mamá.

Finally stopped in for brunch only available on the weekends. Been wanting to try the chilaquiles for awhile. Went on a Sunday after walking around the farmer's market. You get a choice of green or red sauce or both, and a choice between fried or scrambled eggs. Great flavor little bit of a kick, generous portion. Going to have to visit on a week day for lunch and take advantage of the menu they do for lunch. You order at the counter and are given the number food is usually delivered fairly quick. Always love how bright and cheerful the decor is.

This is what we ordered. We did not finish. It was not appetizing.

The food was a seed oil greasy gut bomb. Service was great and I like the environment but the food did me grimy. Will not be returning.

But maybe we came after the lunch crowd and both the fish and the Carne Asada was overcooked. I might Maybe was it just leftover after the lunch crowd. I've never had a less than five star food experience here. Maybe we should just give it another go. I really want to love our experience. This one needed a little bit more salt, but definitely needed to pay attention to not being overcooked. I'm sad.

let's just say that this filled me up with so much food i didn't eat for the next 22 hours…read more for the price (only 12 dollars) that's a ridiculous portion size where to even start these seemed to be soft tacos, but with a full melted cheese covering on both sides of the shell i would say that's my only slight disappointment - that these weren't really crispy at all - there was no real crunch when i would bite into one of them - rather it was just slightly harder than a soft taco the cheese did add a great flavoring to the outside though - making this more than a normal taco shell each taco was absolutely overflowing with stuffing - it got to the point where the plate became another full meal by itself from everything that fell out of the taco the two main components of each taco were the cheese and the chicken the cheese was so perfectly melted - may have been the best cheese in a taco i've ever had it created such a satisfying cheese pull every time you took a bite - and it was one consistency throughout, meaning every time you took a bite you had to pull the cheese away from the rest of the taco - which was just fantstic as for the chicken - i was slightly disappointed that it wasn't spicy in the slightest. However, it still tasted like it had a really nice flavor, and had a soft interior. It being actually spicy would've moved this dish up a lot, though each taco was primarily made out of this chicken - and there was so much of it it was practically insane - but I loved this amount shoutout to the onions as well - they were great I asked for the habanero sauce - which i thought was ok - wasn't spicy at all and didn't add much flavor. will go with another sauce next time tried mixing in some taco bell fire sauce which was interesting i love that these came wrapped in aluminium foil to preserve heat. a great touch overall, as far as taste, these were pretty good, but when you consider the amount of meat you're getting, along with overall portion size - it's simply a fantastic meal.
