Great place for hotpot in Staten Island! It's located in the busy area of Staten Island. Not too far from the mall. There is a small parking lot in the back for this restaurant. Staff is very friendly. The place is clean. The sauce station has the popular hotpot sauce. This hotpot place is not all you can eat but has a lot of popular items with good price. The chicken coconut pot is very tasty. Recommended anyone who likes coconut flavor. The coconut pudding is very yummy!

Me and my girlfriend had been looking for a new hot pot spot on the island and came here because of all the good reviews and I have to say the reviews did not lie! Although it is different than the all you can eat hot pot model we are used to this place is definitely worth it, they have very flavorful pots and all the meat we got we extremely flavorful. I also appreciate that they had different tiers of spiciness for those of us with sensitive tongues who still want to spice it up. The owner was there and he served us and he was so friendly and eager to make sure that we were having a good experience. He even took time to show us to the make your own sauce area! The vibes in here were very nice and it really felt like a unique spot which along with the food and service ties everything in very nicely. Although this on the pricier side of hot pot after you get everything to put in the pot I did feel like it was well worth the money and they have a rocking rewards program. Rest assured we will be returning here and recommending to everyone we know!

One word: YUM!!! I grew up rolling my eyes at hot pot whenever we would have it at home but leaving my parents made me realize how awesome it is. It becomes a totally different experience when you do hot pot out in a restaurant! When you enter Siu, you're greeting by friendly staff and a wide array of ceramic stove top tables with a spot in the middle for a shared pot. I thought this was going to be a personal hot pot place but it was nice to see it was family style. The menus used to check off the ingredients you want. I almost exclusively eat hotpot at home so not having to lift a finger to prep ingredients is a luxury! And they have so many ingredients to choose from! We opted for their coconut chicken soup base which is super interesting and actually cooked with coconut meat! The coconut broth base comes out and raw chicken meat is served which we add to the broth to cook and literally make chicken broth there -- genius and let's you know none of it is from concentrate!!! Once we had our fill of the chicken, all of our ingredients came out in an abundance of serving trays. Rolls of beautiful red and white meats, fish balls galore, and enough veggies to meet your veggie quota for the day. I was stuffed for DAYS after this meal and it was sooo good. Top it all off with their drinks -- we had the dragonfruit sparkle and a Thai tea and both were surprisingly good. Your sauces are selected individually from their sauce station -- they have most of the standard ingredients used to build your sauce except I usually add a raw egg -- no biggie though. It was a pretty full house on a Saturday night but they have their own parking so it makes it easy to visit. Service was top notch as well -- they regularly came by to top off our soup when it was getting low. Definitely recommend especially with friends, but great for the couple who just wants to be able to try lots of things all in one go.

First time trying hot pot and we were happy to try it at Siu Kitchen! There was so much to ordering it but the staff was kind and helped us figure out what was best. Casual spot for a good dinner. Best time I would try something else since I'm not a big fan of peppercorns and star anise in my broth, but I would return.

Their yogurt drink is very good to me. Their chicken pot is also very tasty nd i love the cilantro. Hotpot ingredients was fresh but some wasnt. Overall service was attentive and friendly. Bathroom is nice and clean, night club vibe with your own heater and self dispense soap we love that.

We arrived with a party of 4 and were seated immediately. It was a Sunday at around 8pm. We beat the crowd as the place was full 30 minutes later. - they have a mini parking lot for customers - this was my first time having a dry pot/ hot pot combo meal so I was not familiar with the process. The waiter was very happy to explain it to us. - we ordered a full chicken pot. This consists of a whole chicken cut up into bite size pieces with a very flavorful sauce. Be aware that there are a lot of chicken bones and shards due to the chopping of the chicken so eat slowly - once we finished eating the majority of the chicken, the waiter will come to fill the same pot with hot water. The sauce from the chicken dry pot will become your hotpot soup base. We ordered hot pot dishes for this section of our meal The drinks were pretty good. I had the Thai ice tea which I enjoyed. They also have happy hour on weekdays buy one get one beer. I really enjoyed this concept. It's almost like a 2 course meal where you get to enjoy your meal in two different ways. I will definitely come here again.

Siu kitchen provides impeccable service to its diners and they really do go above and beyond to ensure that the meal is as perfect as possible. Not only were their soup base selection delicious, but their pay-per-dish ingredients were all incredibly fresh and tasty! Jason took really good care of my family and even helped me secure a piece of cake to celebrate my wife's birthday. They constantly checked-in with us to make sure we had everything that we needed and helped us refill our broth whenever it was getting low. For 6 people, our meal ended up around 200+, which is basically the same as eating at some AYCE hotpot restaurants. However, the ingredients were definitely fresher and we were all stuffed by the end of it! Overall, the price you pay will obviously be dependent on what you order, but I guarantee you that the freshness of their ingredients will definitely stand out when you compare it to some other AYCE hotpot restaurants. This restaurant definitely values its fresh quality ingredients. Please give them a try and I'm sure Jason will take great care of you when you dine with them! Thank you for reading and good luck! (:

Came here on a rainy day, we had reservations. We're we seated immediately. They have a very small parking lot in the corner for customers. First time trying this type of spicy hotpot, I usually get nonspicy. My friend explained to me what it was. This place isn't all you can eat. You order straight from the menu on a paper just circle or check it off with the marker and give them the paper. Food was really delicious and fresh, I enjoyed everything that we had ordered. They have their own make your own sauces in the corner too. Everything was flavorful. I am extremely happy with the impeccable service they they provided. The staff was really nice. The decor was actually pretty cool inside, lots of supreme skateboards by the back. Highly recommended, will be back soon!

Made reservations for 5:30PM on a Friday night and we were the only party there. The staff was super friendly and attentive. We got the spicy chicken pot and the coconut chicken pot. You're able to adjust the spicy level, which is helpful for those who can't handle spice. The coconut chicken pot was really good - even though I'm not a fan of coconut. After you finish the pot, they add broth and are able to cook sides like hotpot. The coconut pudding was nice and refreshing after the meal but it gets sold out quickly so it would be best to reserve some when you call to make reservations. Such a cute spot - would definitely come back again!

Been there twice since they opened. Tried the coconut chicken pot and also the spicy chicken pot. Both were good but could use some more flavor on the coconut pot. The complimentary side dishes of cucumber and fungus salad was very good. Service was pretty good though. The manager Jason was nice and he was willing to accept opinions on how to further improve, I thought that was a big plus to be able to accept criticism. Would definitely come back again.

Extremely happy to have this quality hotpot place in staten island. Love the chicken pot and the one with coconut soup are both extremely good. Went few times and definitely will keep going back. They got seasonal fresh seafoods all the time. The service is awesome and i also recommend the bubbly dragonfruit drink.

That's when we found Lion Dance in Staten Island. Honestly, I didn't expect much because this place is on Staten Island. I've lived here my whole life, and to be real, not a lot of food spots here are that good. I usually go to other parts of NYC to eat. But BOY, WAS I WRONG. I got the pork soup dumplings, lotus leaf steamed rice with beef and broccoli, shrimp siu mai, and a mango green tea with medium sugar and mango jelly. Everything was so good! The biggest surprise was the lotus leaf steamed rice, it had so much flavor and went perfectly with the beef. The portion was big too. The soup dumplings were juicy, the siu mai were fresh, and the mango green tea was super refreshing. Service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean and nicely decorated. Overall, I loved the food, the vibe, and the service. Definitely coming back and if you're from Staten Island, trust me, this spot is worth checking out!

You enter and tables are right inside. This is probably one of the first most authentic Cantonese places I come across on the island. It is unique in a sense that it tries to accomplish so much and accommodate many populations at the same time. I can't tell you if I should call it a restaurant or cafe. For instance, right when you walk into the restaurant/cafe, you get a sense that if you want to sit down to eat and dine, you can expect services. Though, this is not typically how you'd feel if you were to walk into a Cantonese bakery. In a regular Cantonese cafe, you are not expecting services. Rather, you can buy a cup or milk tea or a Bao, and you can chill and gossip with your friends. To sum up, just know that you will get service if you are getting a meal here. The waitresses are incredibly nice and warm. In the left side of the room or straight ahead from the entrances, there are counters specifically for takeouts . I ordered 1lb roasted pork, Cheung fun, a honey tea, and a Bao. They are pricier than Manhattan and Brooklyn, however, all are incredibly delicious and authentic. I recommend it.
