You can get these authentic dishes anywhere in hongkong, but it's hard to find a solid Hong Kong style cafe in the states. This place knocks it out of the park with all of their different types of dishes. The service is also great as well. I ventured outside my normal choice and I won't be doing that again. My usual go to is the egg rolls, pineapple fried rice and I add shrimp for my drink I ask for pineapple juice and coconut rum. This time I ordered pan fried noodles with seafood and the frozen mango margarita. I was disappointed, the dish lacked the flavor I was expecting and so did the cocktail. This is my favorite Chinese takeout on Staten Island…read more I've had some gastro stuff go on and therefore dietary changes need to be catered to. Everybody's Kitchen has been helping me heal through their service and food. I'm not allowed all vegetables and they make the best chicken in garlic sauce without the veggies for me and I am able to have that over white rice. Their dumplings are another favorite for now until I can start to eat fiber. The rest of my family really enjoys their general Tso's chicken, vegetable fried rice, boneless spare ribs and lo mein.We've also carried out crab Rangoon and sesame wontons.
