I placed my order through the app and followed the tracker, which showed my order was ready. When I arrived at the window, I was told the order wasn't actually ready and that I needed to pull up to the second window. I showed the employee that the app indicated my order was ready, but he told me it would be another 5-10 minutes. Given the delay and inconvenience, I asked if I could get a Parmesan for the wait. I was told it would cost $1. Really? After waiting for an order that your system said was ready, I couldn't even get a $1 item as a courtesy? At that point, I asked for a refund. The employee smacked his lips, took the food back, and closed the window. Then the manager came to the window and said, "We'll refund you," and shut the window without asking what happened or offering any kind of resolution. Is my time and money not valuable? Clearly not. I'll be taking my business elsewhere because this experience was unacceptable. I won't be returning to Domino's. read more

On Monday May 16, 2022 I was in Jackson on a field trip with 40 students. We had a bus issue and couldn't make our plan for dinner. So in order to get dinner for the students, I called this Dominos location to place a large order. This order was made at 8:14pm and I was assured that the food would be made within 40 mins to an hour. At 8:56pm I called the store because I wanted to include some drinks in the order. The woman on the phone told me that the order was cancelled because I should have ordered a large order ahead of time and they didn't try to call because they didn't have my number. I explained the situation to her again and asked what we could do and that ordering ahead of time wouldn't have been possible because we were in an emergency situation. The agent then hung up the phone. This was the worst Domino's experience I have ever had. read more

Not only did they not deliver it (for a business lunch and I had to pick them up) but 3 of the 5 pizzas were burned and almost inedible. The other 2 were so dry they were awful. Do not go here. Very bad, unacceptable customer service. I understand restrictions during this quarantine, but bad service along with the bad product is totally unacceptable. We ordered a medium 3 topping pizza with extra sauce and a side of garlic butter sauce. We got neither, and returned to ask for a replacement for our unacceptable first order, we were refused this request. We were told the garlic butter was brushed into the dough and there was no policy for a replacement. Just bad respect for your customers. I was in the restaurant industry for over fourth years and even in management I never told my guests that a food item can't be recooked to there liking. I always order 5 minutes away while being at work and it always take an hour or more to get my food. One time I game specific instructions to leave my food at a certain location and they did the opposite. I called management and they were no help at all. They said it showed that the person was in the area and had dropped the food off. My food was left unattended for who knows how long. He could have offered something complimentary for the mix up. read more

This is a typical dominoes. I called in an order of cheese sticks and went to pick them up. But it has a drive through so it sets itself apart from the rest. So it's nothing to brag about. They may even see you at the window and not say anything for 2-3 minutes. Really not acceptable but sometimes you just have to go with the flow. read more

The store in pearl used to be wonderful; but for the last year or so it has turned into a nightmare. Tonight we ordered praying we would get it delivered with in at least 2 hours. After about 2 hours we went outside to find it sitting on the gound cold. I called to complain and the so called manager answered saying delivery time of 3 hours. I told her what happened and she said we have contact free delivery because of covid. I asked if contact free means you do not even ring a doorbell or call. She continued to make excuses and i honestly lost my temper. I did not curse or yell but she could tell i was angry. She said ok you have a good night and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another employee and explained the situation. I asked for them to make a new pizza and i would bring the old one and get the fresh pizza. She said her manager said that the delivery was made in a timely fashion and delivered and they were not going to make another. I told them again that it was left outside with no notification it had been delivered. She again refused and hung up. I have spent more money than i care to admit there in the past but i will never order from there again. I will be calling corporate office on Monday. read more

Placed an order for delivery. When it was time to deliver, I get a call saying they won't have a driver for another hour and they wanted me to pick it up. Domino's didn't have a single driver on duty. If I could pick up, I would have placed my order for pick up instead. This location is by far the most trash experience I have ever had from a dominoes ever! The order takes so long that The order tracker literally turned off. I waited about an hour and 45 mins and they're literally a 3 minute walk from my apartment. I call them numerous times with no answer, then they finally show up, my pizza and wings are freezing cold and the driver just looks at me, doesn't say hey, doesn't apologize, nothing!! To top it off, this is the 4th time this has happened. I worked for dominoes so i tried to give the BOTD but when that nonchalant driver showed up at my door looking at me crazy and didn't even SPEAK when I opened the door, I knew then I would NEVER order from them again. I placed an order at 11 pm that was never received. When I called and asked for my order they said they could not find it then they put me on hold for another 10 minutes. Almost 40 dollars charged to my card with no food received and now a closed restaurant after a promise to deliver was made. IM NOT EVEN FROM HERE. Personally, I don't like to give bad reviews, let alone give a review at all, but I feel that this needs to be said. Every time I order delivery from this location (the only Dominos that delivers to me) the delivery driver always seems to have an issue. The last few time I ordered, the delivery driver wanted me to walk downstairs, (I live in a second floor apartment) before they even got out of their vehicle. There have been many times when I've ordered and when the driver delivers the pizza, they also deliver a profound attitude. I've learned from previous experiences that if I want a pizza from anywhere, I'd be better off driving somewhere else to get one. read more

I've been ordering pizza from here for awhile but after tonight I never will again! In order to get a pizza delivered from here I can only call. I would much rather order online but can't. We live in Live Oaks (which is less than 2 miles away) but when trying to order online the address says Brandon Ms instead of Pearl Ms so it says they can not verify the address. It took over 45 minutes to get someone to answer the phone and when the young man FINALLY did it was SO loud in the background I had to repeat myself over and over again. Kept getting my telephone number wrong, then my address. He then tells me the phone number isn't showing up, nor is my address. I ask him to check again, thinking maybe he isn't hearing it correctly because it's SO loud but gives me the same answer. I tell him I order from the ALL the time and this is the FIRST time there's EVER been an issue. He tells me there's nothing he can do and that's that. Well that's just bad costumer service and i know for FACT had he took my phone number/address correctly it would have showed I've ordered from them multiple times, as recent as last Friday. If you're busy and getting a lot of orders, just tell the costumer there's a lot of traffic and it could be an extremely long time before they could get my order out. But I cannot respect a business that flat out LIES to me. There's a lot of pizza establishments around here I just really liked Dominos but there's no way I'd ever order from them again.
