    Very good breakfast for the price and delicious Bloody Mary. Anna made the best Bloody Mary and her service was excellent! Large order of Biscuits & Gravy and Breakfast Plat of Scrambled Eggs, Crispy Bacon and Tasty Hash Browns w/a Pancake along side! We shared our dishes and it was still too much food for my Spouse and I. We'll definitely be eating here again soon and hope to see Anna working

    4 stars. Service was good not great. Extensive list of drinks. Refills came fast. Food was good. Prime rib tasted good. Plenty of flavor. Asparagus was good. The rice was good and had a lot of flavor but you only get a tiny bit. Prices weren't too bad. Nice place to eat.

    The service has alwaybe been fantastic, the food presentation very nice and the meals are delicious and in our opinion, a good value for what you get. The steaks were generous and the lobster prepared perfectly. The green beans and mashed potatoes, were so delicious

    After reading the few reviews on Yelp, we had low expectations. It was their Thursday night prime rib promotion that drew us here. I thought, okay, I expected average quality prime rib, average taste, and "okay for the promotion." We were pleasantly surprised. The prime rib was very, very good. The taste was WELL ABOVE our expectations, and the service was excellent. Yes, we made reservations for an early seating (5:15), however, we were surprised how many diners were already seated. I ordered a decent glass of wine. However, my selection was not available, and I was upgraded to a "better" wine for the same price (I ended up ordering a 2nd glass). I'm not a big fan of mashed potatoes, so I ordered a replacement of their baked potatoes with all the fixings (for me, it was a great choice). On a lark, we shared the carrot cake dessert with the intention of taking home any leftovers. Unfortunately, we never took anything home. We ate it all!! It was soooo good.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant…read more I placed Order #166542 for $40.90 around 10:30 p.m. and waited for over an hour for food that I never received. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but what I experienced was a complete lack of communication and customer service. After waiting for more than an hour, I finally got up and asked one of the younger servers how much longer my food would be. Her only response was that they had a large party in the back. Since it was already late at night, I never saw or heard a large party myself, so I have no way of knowing whether that was the reason for the delay. Regardless, if there was going to be such a long wait, customers should have been told when they placed their orders. That would have allowed me to decide whether to wait or go somewhere else. The employee who took my order accepted my payment and even accepted a tip, but after that, I never saw her again. No one came to check on me, provide an update, or apologize for the delay. Meanwhile, I watched employees greet and chat with customers they appeared to know while I sat there waiting to be acknowledged. When I finally told them I could no longer wait and asked for a refund, I was told that because I paid with a credit card, they could not refund me and that I would have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. That is unacceptable. If a customer never receives the food they paid for, the business should make it right. As someone traveling on Interstate 5, I know many truck drivers and travelers rely on restaurants like this because we're on tight schedules. Delays happen, but poor communication and refusing to issue a refund for food that was never served is simply not good customer service. I also regret leaving a tip. Tips should reward good service, and unfortunately, I received none. I hope management reviews its customer service practices and refund policy so future customers don't have the same experience. Based on what happened to me, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
