Another server came to check on us and when my friend asked again about a small crab fork, the server explained "oh no we only have those large forks sorry." And then left. His 4 small limp carrots had a massive amount of cinnamon on them. The side salads that came with our Prime Rib were nice. The Caesar salad (with shrimp) that one of our friends ordered she found to be very disappointing with a massive amount of very small croutons. The Chef salad (with added steak) that my wife ordered also wasn't very good. The fried pickles chips weren't as good as their former fried pickles and for $9.50 we expected more of them. Note that we went on Saturday June 21st, 2025 the longest daylight of the year however they no longer offer/do outside seating for dinner. For their overall prices I would expect like most steakhouses that charge as much as Lassen currently does these days to have cloth napkins however Lassen only supplies cheap paper napkins.
