    SIXT - DFW Airport The reason I enjoy renting with SIXT because they're one of the few in the industry to offer German Engineering vehicles. I've rented from this location several times and overall it was a good experience. Every time I've come in to pick up my reserved vehicle, I've always received complimentary upgrade. The staff overall did a good job. A few times I've visited, the staff would see customers waiting in line, and not assist anyone. They didn't seem to care. One time, I reserved rental at 05:00, as they advertised online and when I arrived, lights were off and no one in sight. At 05:30, someone finally came to hand me my rental keys. The vehicles mostly were clean inside and out. One of my rentals, however, had a used fast food bag under the seat. Two of my rentals came with, Oil Change Light Required. For a high-end rental company, they should not be offering new vehicles until properly inspected after each use. They do offer a convenient way to return your rental after hours. All you do is park the car at return, drop the keys inside orange medal box and you're done. When you pick up your rental, always take pictures of interior, fuel level and mileage. When you return, repeat pick up steps. This safeguards you against any issues that SIXT may claim against you, incorrectly. It happened to me and luckily my pictures proved that there was a mistake on SIXT side. I was wrongfully overcharged for not returning my rental with full tank. After I emailed customer service, picture proof of my rental return with full tank, they refunded me. Overall, I'm looking forward to continue renting with SIXT!

    This business is either scammy or just incompetent. First, when I went to pick up my car, the battery was dead. And they were going to provide a replacement vehicle. That wait took an hour. Second, when I returned my vehicle, they said that I did not return the car?!? It's been 5 days now and still shows it's unreturned. Third, I rented a second vehicle the next day. And I took photos of the damage before my trip using the Sixt app. And they are claiming that I caused those damages. No! I took them before I drove the vehicle and it's in your app! Seriously. This branch is either super scammy or super incompetent. Maybe both. Yelp, how to I choose 0 stars???

    My flight was delayed but this place is open 24x7. They were really helpful at the check in until the exit Have me some options to choose my car and got a free upgrade.. the walk to this place takes about 10-15 mins if you are going from international terminal

    The red glow is like a beacon in the sea of car rental kiosks. The George B from Houston was good to work with today. Took a bit longer to get to our car today. There was a guy in a suit behind the desks in a suit, he looks like a pit boss, the George said he's training. There's a $200 deposit for our X5. Some minor scratches and scrapes all over our rental vehicle.

We showed up for our rental booking and they denied us renting our car simply because we have a debit card. Not everybody likes to go into credit card debt in this country. On the literal booking email that they sent it clearly states that you can rent a car with a debit card as long as you have comprehensive insurance when we try to show them this they wouldn't even have a conversation about it even though we do have the insurance that is required to rent using a debit card. I would never recommend this place. They made us buy a return flight and then told us oh if you buy it under 24 hours before the booking it doesn't count then why the hell did they make us buy a return flight? We wasted 300$ on a return flight to be told it still wasn't good enough AFTER we booked a flight we don't need. We have the frontier flight pass we don't need to book our return flights until 24 hours before and they are basically free that's why we bought the pass and also why we didn't have a return flight. never coming here again. I will be using Turo from now on. They let you do a debit card, no hidden fees, and no weird polices that are undisclosed. I would also like to add that the customer service representatives were extremely rude and hostile. Whoever was working on July 1 at 1:56 PM seriously needs to be addressed for their behavior and the way that they talk to paying customers. Update so we tried to go to the other enterprise that wasn't at the airport and they are saying that you need a utility bill to use your debit card for a booking. (Even though i have extensively reviewed their policies and it never said that. ) Why would I have a utility bill in a state that I don't live in? If u was home i woukd be driving my own car not fighting with a rental company. These people are absolutely ridiculous. I recommend everybody use Turo.

Unable to get in touch with any representatives via telephone to see if they truely had these vehicles as advertised. Unfortunately on day of rental was assigned Kia carnival and found out they don't ever carry any siennas at this location, and really any location anymore per the service desk and that they did not have any (as they exclusively purchase Kia carnivals at these locations). I was disappointed since paid higher rate to try to get this vehicle (compared to other rental agencies, Costco for the general minivan category). When I found a sienna parked right next to my assigned vehicle, I felt pretty conflicted. Happy when I was able to swap into it as reserved but wondering why it wasn't just assigned to me to begin with and despite me asking about it when arriving for pickup. I did let them know it felt like false advertising by corporate if they don't even expect to have the car and let them know they should not advertise the sienna if the case. When I first arrived, they didn't even have cars available, which immediately set the tone. After finally getting a vehicle and returning it, my car was not checked in properly, which resulted in an incorrect charge of $1,147. Since then, it's been over a week of trying to get this resolved. I will say--the AI chat and live agents are polite and try to be reassuring. However, the process itself is incredibly slow and inconsistent. I've spoken to multiple agents and keep getting different answers, or the same repeated message that the refund "is being issued," without any actual confirmation or progress. It's frustrating to have to keep following up for something that was clearly an error on their end. Good customer service isn't just about being nice--it's about resolving issues efficiently, and that's where this experience has fallen short. I don't typically write reviews unless I feel like others should be aware. To be fair, it seems like the employees I've interacted with are trying their best, but there appears to be a real lack of communication between the company and their teams on the ground. It feels disorganized, and as a customer, that comes across as the company being focused on collecting charges rather than properly taking care of issues when they arise. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, and I hope Hertz improves both its internal communication and how quickly it resolves customer issues.

    Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Price Gouging of U.S. Marines on Memorial Day…read more To Budget Rental Car Corporate, I am writing to express my disgust and disappointment regarding the treatment of several United States Marines by Budget Rental Car at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport on Memorial Day. A flight from Dallas Fort Worth to San Angelo, Texas was canceled on Memorial Day, leaving dozens of military members stranded. Approximately 75% of the passengers on that flight were active-duty Marines attempting to return to base before their required 7:00 PM check-in following their four-day Memorial Day leave. My son was among them. With no available replacement flights to San Angelo, these young Marines had no choice but to rent a vehicle in order to fulfill their military obligations and avoid being late returning to base. I personally checked online pricing and found that a one-day rental through Budget was being quoted between $70 and $80. However, when my son and the other Marines arrived at the Budget counter to rent the vehicle, they were charged an outrageous $211 for a one-day rental. The oldest among them was only 23 years old. The only apparent difference was that they needed the vehicle immediately at approximately 5:30 PM instead of later in the evening. This was not a luxury purchase or a vacation convenience. These were active-duty United States Marines placed in an impossible situation on Memorial Day of all days -- a holiday meant to honor those who serve and sacrifice for this country. Instead of showing any level of decency, understanding, or appreciation, Budget took advantage of a group of young servicemen who had no alternative and desperately needed transportation to return to base on time. Charging more than three times the online quoted rate under these circumstances is not only exploitative, it is morally reprehensible. What a shameful way to treat members of our military on Memorial Day. I have attached both the online quoted price and the final receipt for comparison. I expect Budget Corporate to review this situation seriously, explain how this pricing was justified, and make this right. Do better, Budget Rental Car. Sincerely, Michele Pigoni.

Their wait times are quite absurd, I think this last time I waited about an hour and 15 mins but honestly to be expected since they usually take about 15-20 mins checking-in one person and there's usually only 1-2 workers on shift. This past experience was actually better than the first because of the customer service I received once I made it to the front of the line. I don't remember the workers name who checked me in but he was very friendly and it went a lot quicker because I checked in on my phone and had my insurance card ready. Okay now the ONLY reason I'm writing this review is because of Rian, the shuttle driver that was on shift when I returned the car! He provided amazing customer service by not only allowing me a couple mins to grab my things and make the shuttle that was just about to head out when I was pulling in but he also surprised me by doing the check in process himself. I don't think I would've made my flight had it not been for his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond! If I rent with you guys again, it will definitely be because of the actual workers so maybe y'all should hire some more and increase the daily rates by $10-$15 to compensate for the increase in payroll.

I booked this rental expecting to pay around $289, but by the time the agent was done "adding on" fees, my total ballooned to $830.60. The worst part was being forced into a $35/day "unlimited mileage" charge ($315 total) that I explicitly told them I did not need. Even with a standard 150-mile-per-day limit, I would have had over 1,300 miles to use--way more than necessary. On top of that, they tacked on a $134.91 "Tire & Glass Pack" and $270 for CDW. They also bury a predatory late fee in the fine print: if you are even slightly late, they charge a massive $129.37 per day plus taxes. I should have gone with Enterprise for $500. Instead, I ended up paying nearly double that for a Chevy Trax. I will never rent from Easirent again. Save yourself the headache and the money--go literally anywhere else.
