Best Sizzler I think I've been to. The restaurant itself is up to date & super clean! Everyone working there had great customer service! I got the salad bar & it was clean & fully stocked. Me, my husband and mother went there to have lunch. We all got all you can eat salad bar. Soon after our meal we all 3 had stomach aches and diarrhea. I called the and talked with the manager I think he said his name was Alfredo. When I told him what happened he laughed at me and said hold on and got me his assistant. I don't think what we all experienced was funny! The assist came to the phone and asked for my name and phone number and basically said we will call you if we have more questions. My sister and I always enjoy going to Sizzler"s in Hemet. One great waitress named Maribel has been there for a long time and she's our favorite waitress. She's very attentive and makes sure all your needs are taken care of. We actually look for her when we get there so we can sit in her section. This is the most AH-MAZE-ING Sizzler I have ever eaten at! The decor, the layout, the flat screen t.v.'s, the background music, the new tossed salad bar, etc., etc. I walked in and was absolutely shocked at what I saw. I mean, who would ever imagine that boring, tired, old Sizzler would design and build such a nice restaurant?? If they built this in my area, I'd eat there a few times a month. The Santa Maria Tri Tip with veggies and potatoes was delicious too. Sizzler's prices have gone up over the years. Well, this particular location is worth it! read more

Rudest manager ever. We went for my mom and dads anniversary. I waited in line while waiting for my parents, I got to sit down and reserved the booth. I told the front desk that I have to wait for my parents because my dad has a hard time walking due to his Parkinson's. When they arrived the manger rudely told me to go back and wait in line. your manager doesn't deserve to even be one!!! I enjoy coming here except today it seemed like they have gotten behind on their cleaning. We sat next to the partition dividing 2 rooms and the counter on the partition was very dirty. This place is going down the toilet sadly. It's a beautiful building and it can be a great place, but clearly management needs to get it together. They started out good, but it's quickly going down hill! The place can get very busy, they have 3 registers, yet only 2 are open while "managers in white shirts" just roam around with their arms crossed. They need to JUMP IN AND HELP! HELP clear the long line! Sadly, the staff seem disgruntled and not happy to be there. We usually have good service, but the last few times the service is mediocre at best. One waitress named Maribel has a STINK ATTITUDE! She shouldn't be serving anyone. The managers need to get things together because honestly I'd rather drive back to the banning location. Never had bad service ONCE over there! It takes good management to build a good team! Hopefully... They will improve. Time will tell. read more

The food was good once I got my right order. The service wasn't the best. Overall I wasn't that satisfied

New place is nice. Good color choice and design. The manager needs to get over the fact that people will need large to go boxes. They will tell you they don't have them (lie). If I pay $50 for dinner give me a Lg to go box. This is crappy service. Hope the managers read this. I will go again to test the service and will ask for manager to complain/complement depending on service. Food is good steak quality is a 6/10. Room for improvement 3/5 stars. read more

Visited recently and was happy with the food and most of all the server, Mealea. She was friendly and very efficient. When we asked for something she made sure we had it in just minutes and she did that while covering other tables. Hats off to her. Sizzler is lucky to have such an efficient employee. Fablous! We always had great fresh food from this Sizler. The steaks are cooked to order and they have very fresh salads from the Salad Bar. Ask for the honey rolls. (Umm) My friends and I have eaten there 10 times since we have been in Hemet. We've never had bad food there. :)) read more

This is the new W. Florida location. They moved from E. Florida and are now located in front of Winco on the West end of town. We were greeted by Oliver, who came out to meet us and welcome us. He understands good customer service and how to set customers at ease. He helped us order, got us seated and thanked us for coming. The waitresses we had 2 were excellent and also very customer oriented. The Salad bar was expanded her and was very tasty from its selections of salads, Fried chicken wings, onion rings, 5 kinds of soup, a Taco station, and of course a fe deserts. The menu was real large and had numerous steaks, pork chops, some fish and chicken dishes. Sizzler is back. read more

Yay, this location installed fly blowers at their entrance doors. Fly problem solved. Service was quick and very friendly. Loved getting the rib-eye steak the second time around - it was the bomb! Was very crowded for a early (5pm) dinner on a Monday, but they move everyone in and out quickly. Love this location! read more

Sizzlers has come a LONG LONG WAY. A very clean restaurant. Friendly staff. I ordered the steak and fried shrimp. The steak was medium rare and had great flavor. Shrimp nice and crispy. They now provide you with a basket of dinner rolls with some sort of sweet butter that was awesome. Will be back here for sure. read more

I again visited Sizzler on March 23rd and April 4th. Excellent steak and lobster and salad bar. Second visit(4/4) great combination plate with 6oz steak, malibu chicken and I substituted deep fried shrimp to garlic sauteed shrimp no cost, no problem. Great servers, great customer service and nice environment. The best place with a great salad bar and menu in Hemet and San Jacinto. Senior portions and pricing and family friendly. Renae did an amazing job this evening. My co-worker and I came by after work and the whole staff did an incredible job. The cashier was great, super friendly, Renae our server was fabulous. It's these things that keeps me coming back here. Their attentiveness and enthusiasm the staff here have is nothing short of phenomenal. They hit the ground running when they moved and they just keep getting better. Not to mention the kitchen staff is great as well. The food is always delicious and prompt.
