This sizzler is nice! It is very close to home which makes it even better. The staff here are always great! The salad bar is always clean and stocked. They even come check on it after so many peopl ecome and pick things out to make sure they don't need to add anything. I love the cheese bread here. I come to this sizzler maybe once a month with mom and we both only get the salad bar. The choices are a bit limited and the place is dated but none the less it's decent. The services has ranged from good to great but today was the exception! The service was nonexistent. The lady at the register was pleasant as always but the servers were a joke! Our server never once greeted us, I had to ask for clean plates and get up to ask for a refill!!! Not once was I asked if I needed anything. The manager and servers were all hanging out in the back (within customer view) chit-chatting, I kept looking over in hopes of someone noticing and although I made eye contact with the manager no one ever came over. I stepped into Sizzler for the first time on Sunday. After hearing Charles Barkley mention Sizzler having the best salad bar in America. I ended up having 6 jumbo shrimp with the endless salad bar. I don't think Fried shrimp was a good representation of what Sizzler is all about. It was just meh, however what made my visit memorable was Kelly. I was dinning alone and could have easily become an afterthought. Kelly never made me feel like I got shuffled in the mix. She has Incredible Energy that sent out the most friendliest vibes. This sizzler knocks it out of the park every time. We didn't even know you could get a baked potato with the salad bar until we came here. No one else ever asked. Kelly, our waitress was awesome! She was handling the whole room by herself with a party of 16 and is still right on top of every request. The place is beautiful and clean the salad bar is over the top and Esmeralda was quick to keep the salad bar very clean. They will even mix up your salad for you if you like. So I went there tonight to eat dinner. There was 1 other person in line ahead of me. I ordered my food from a cashier who was kind of pushy like she was trying to hurry my order along. I sat down and eventually the waiter came over and asked if I wanted bread. I said I did and he brought bread. I sat and waited for my food. After 25 minutes of waiting I asked the waiter how much longer it would be. He said he would check and added they were very busy. I looked and there was no one in line waiting to order. Im assuming he checked but never came back to give me an answer. After another 15 minutes I left my table to find a waitress and I asked her how much longer it would be. She said she would check and I went back and sat down. After another 5 minutes the waiter came back and said the manager was aware. Im assuming he was telling me the manager was aware how long the food was taking. After another couple of minutes still with no food I walked up to the cashier area where the manager Paulette was standing. I asked her for a refund and told her I had been waiting almost 45 minutes for my food. She gave me the refund and said I could take the food to go because it was almost ready. I declined because I didn't go to the restaurant to wait almost 45 minutes to get food to go. I could have went to In N Out, across the street, whose line was backed up on Mountain to the freeway if I wanted food to go and I would have been served faster. I hate to see how long it would take if the restaurant was really busy. If you go there just beware you will have a long wait. I will more than likely avoid this Sizzler in the future and I'm sure this Sizzler could care less if I don't ever go back. But they didn't get my hard earned money tonight. read more

i went to sizzler as of August 16 2015 and man i regret it kind wish i got shot before i even made it to the restaurant. new staff they made shitty ass salad zero flavor in the dressing, the tacos were so salty that you could tranq a elephant into a fucking salt coma and will give you food poisoning been sick for 2 days going on 3 i paid 28 dollars for me and my mom to get FOOD POISONING!!!!!! from this place although the manager we talked to he gave us a voucher to come back umm i am truly doubtful i would ever come back to any sizzlers res truant this spoiled my experience i have not been to one in 8 years... First time here since the renovation and... Well Done! The place is very nice from the inside and out. The food was delicious! My steak was grilled to my satisfaction but what stood out the most was our waitress, Mona. Sometimes a place can have all the right food and atmosphere but the person helping you can set the right mood. (Or the wrong one) Our waitress was attentive, polite, on top of everything and very nice. Definitely made our visit a more pleasant one.
