My wife and I wanted to do a romantic dinner night close to home, we picked Owen's bistro. First time we have been there I was impressed from the moment we walked in. Nancy the Manager, was extremely friendly helpful and courteous, Jordan our server was helpful in his food recommendations and very attentive. The food was excellent the atmosphere was excellent I would highly recommend this restaurant especially for a romantic dinner night.

I've lived in the area for over two decades, and Friday night was our first visit to Owen's. The only disappointment was realizing we waited this long to try it--everything was phenomenal. The restaurant is a cozy space with an elegant, rustic charm and beautiful lighting that sets the mood perfectly. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. The last time I was this thoroughly satisfied by a meal was in Europe. The food is simple yet elegant, impeccably high-quality, and bursting with flavor. I have never seen my husband enjoy every bite of a meal the way he did at Owen's. It was a truly memorable dining experience, and we can't wait to return.

First let's start with saying this place is definitely worth every penny. Hidden Gem Husband and I had a delicious romantic dinner and the live jazz band was the cherry on top! If you're looking for a chill and good place to enjoy a delicious meal. I totally recommend this place. Dianne our server was 10/10 and provided great customer service. We will back more often. Here's a few pics of our meals.

You definitely must stop by when you're in the area. I had the best experience at Owen's Bistro. I celebrated my 1 year anniversary here. It's a friendly environment. Their staff is great. Special thanks to our waitress Emily for her recommendations. The food was amazing, the Tomahawk steak was cooked to our liking. We will definitely visit again soon. We also received a lovely handwritten card congratulating us :)

We went for our anniversary. I wish they would've asked if it was a special occasion but they didnt. The food was good, bartender was awesome and made awesome drinks. If anything I may come back for drinks only one day. We did think the dmfood was good, especially the deviled eggs. My husband really liked the salmon.

A friend of ours recommended this place for a date night. We were really impressed honestly! The food was really good. I did the 10 oz filet with fries and my husband did the wagyu with the truffle fries. I've honestly never had fries with my steak and wasn't sure what to expect but it was a really good pairing. We each added asparagus for a vegetable side. For appetizers we did the loaf of bread and the beef tartar. The loaf of bread was warm and had really good fluffy butter. The beef tartar was also excellent. The Gigi's cocktail and old fashioned were very yummy. We had two New York cheesecakes for dinner and they tasted very very good. We were really impressed overall with the service, and the energy. We were constantly checked on and it was a great vibe. Definitely plan on returning!

Wifey wanted to come here last minute so we gave it a shot. The service was good and the ambiance was great. It was in a weird part of Chino, a cute little area, I'm not sure what to call it. It was a bit overpriced, but the food was pretty good. We had a root beer and a wine. We ordered Steak Frites and Boeuf Bourguignon- a beef stew type item with mashed potatoes. A lot of meat and gravy, but could have been some more mashed potatoes. The food was cooked well with good seasonings. Most people sat outside on the patio area not inside. Miguel was good and attentive. The only thing was that when the electronic payment system came it had the tip at 20%. I thought I choose the tip amount based on service and food quality. Overall it was a good experience. I will come back when I want to spend $150-200 for dinner

A great place for a romantic dinner. We've never had anything less than delicious and there is a full bar a good wine list. The menu changes seasonally and there are wine dinners and entertainment frequently scheduled.

As usual my wife and I always look forward to dining at Owen's Bistro. If it's steaks you are after, this is the place to visit. Love the cozy atmosphere and delicious drink & food choices not to mention their friendly staff and servers. I had the Australian 12oz Wagyu Ribeye which was tender and delicious and my wife had their Camping Trip which is a nice Salmon served on top of a hot stone. Truly delicious! We also ordered their large grilled Octopus for appetizer - truly epic! And the Chef sent us a complimentary crisp to perfection Chicken skin with Honey Dijon and Chives. It was so delicious that I jokingly told Emily, our server that I wanted a "refill" LOL!!!

This is one of romantic fine dining located in downtown Chino. We were here just because we wish to eat great beef. So my husband ordered Australian Wagyu and I ordered Short Rib over Pasta. First off the Wagyu was so 'stingy' considered it worth of $75, it's only the super tender meat and 3 pieces of potato, could be more generous with some veggie for that price. While the Beef Short Rib Pasta was tender however the sauce was too sour to my opinion. Overall service was great and sweet. We were taken care of well. The "fine dining" concept could be more altered to the point pricey but worthy if they want customers keep coming back again.

Really nice restaurant and the chef went out of his way to cook food to our taste and liking. Being a foodie rating restaurant is now my new hobby... Food 5 stars Ambience 5 stars Service 5 stars Except for the turnip soup everything was perfect.

Always a wonderful time at Owen's. Due to their hours being mostly end of week/weekend, we try to attend their specialty events on Sundays or Tuesday. Check their social media to stay updated. We attended an Italian wine and cheese tasting, with a prefix dinner after. We also attended a Julia child birthday dinner. If you're adventurous, try and event. You don't know what you're eating beforehand, but we have NEVER been disappointed. I've loved the outdoor eating area since the first day we dined there years ago. The exposed brick and cozy patio makes the dinners all the more special. During regular dinner service, they have a curated seasonal menu and an extensive wine/cocktail list. Everything is done with love and family in this restaurant. Please book a reservation. You'll love it

Never buy a side salad here they will charge you $16bucks for just scraps of lettuce and dressing. I'm better off going to Olive Garden.

This time, we drove in the lot and found a parking space open. Inside, there were about four people eating. We ordered the teriyaki beef and chicken combination and a side of fries to share. The portion was very good for the price, and we enjoyed both items. We also noticed they sell hamburgers, teriyaki fries, etc. The service was also very good. The employees were professional and friendly. We will be back!

Food: I actually come in at least once a week for the teriyaki chicken bowl with extra green onions…read morebecause it is good food with good value and probably the best teriyaki chicken around the area. I also brought friends with me and recommended coworkers to come. BUT the service is really left to be desired. Service: This is probably just my luck, but I have had 3 times during my lunch break coming to order food to-go and the order was forgotten by the staff. Each time was a different scenario; The 1st time I had this happened I had ordered from the kiosk and the kiosk failed to print out the receipt (yes, I put my name on the to-go order) and 20 something min went by I watched patrons coming in behind me getting their food while I was sitting there. The 2nd time; I had ordered with the staff at the counter. I waited for 20+ min again watching patrons that came in and ordered behind me got their food. Got the order, but found out I received the wrong order (beef instead of chicken) The 3rd time; which was today when I decide to leave the review. I ordered to go with the staff today and she told me my order number instead of giving me the receipt? I thought it was weird, but maybe they ran out of paper so that is fine since there was only 1 person in front of me (When I was ordering there was a family of four ordering from the kiosk which only completely the payment after I did.) Another couple came in after them and ordered dined in. 25 min went by I watched the lady in front of my got her food, the family of four got their food to go, and the couple got their food dined in. I informed the lady at the counter that I have not gotten my order yet and I didn't get a receipt, so I don't remember what order number you told me. She didn't remember what I ordered and responded "but I told you your order number". An sheriff officer that came in for lunch thought I had just order, so online order will be faster, but after I explained to him that I ordered 25+ min ago and have already watched customers that ordered on the spot behind me gotten their food. Finally got my order and got back to the office, surprise...they forgot the extra green onion. The staff did apologies for the inconvenience, but her previous response triggered me, so I didn't bother respond. Each previous time I just waited patiently, but the lady at the counter's response today was not acceptable.

The bottomless mimosas ($29.99) sound like a great deal, but just know how they run it. There's a 90-minute minimum, and they don't bring a bottle to the table--you get one mimosa at a time, and you have to finish it before they'll bring another. The first one I got tasted like straight orange juice barely any champagne. I sent it back and to their credit, they remade it much better They mentioned they control pours to keep the environment in check, which I understand--but if you're expecting free-pour vibes, that's not the case here. Food-wise: French toast & breakfast potatoes were really good However the Chilaquiles were super dry and lacked flavor--wouldn't recommend Burger & fries were decent, but nothing special As for drink pricing, it does lean a bit on the higher side. bucket of 5 beers was around $42, $15 for a Tito's vodka shot, and even a basic Jack and Coke came out to about $18 with tip, which felt a little steep for the area. the best deal was definitely the green tea shots at only $9 I will say, our waitress Priscilla was great. She had a lot of tables and seemed a bit overwhelmed, but she still made an effort to check on us and kept my mimosas coming pretty promptly. I didn't have to wait long at all between refills, which I appreciated. Since we went for a special event, the DJs were great and really kept the energy up the whole time Parking was easy. It did say there was a $2 fee, but when we printed the ticket, we weren't charged--so it might be free, but I'd still double-check at the kiosk just in case. Overall: decent spot for the vibe, music, and brunch outing, but just be prepared for controlled drinks and slightly higher prices.

Someone on here suggested I try The Patio, and I'm glad I listened because it did not disappoint. The menudo was excellent. The broth was clean and flavorful, and the meat was perfectly cooked. I ordered it with hominy, and the best part was that it had more meat than hominy, which is rare these days. For the price, the portion size was more than worth it--you definitely get your money's worth. The service was phenomenal as well. The woman helping me was very attentive, the restaurant was clean, and the guy who brought out my food was friendly and welcoming. The only small downside was that I didn't get my tortillas with the order. And if you know, you know--Mexicans love having tortillas with our food! But aside from that, everything was great. I'll definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu, but one thing is certain: I won't be getting my menudo from anywhere else. I didn't take any pics because I ate it fast it was that good.

Even though we got there a little late, people were super friendly and made space for us at their table, which I loved. They do have a DJ in between sets, and just a heads up--they close at midnight. Food-wise, we only tried the potato tacos, and they were a little underwhelming. Not much flavor, and mine was missing the cheese I asked for--but it was really loud, so I'm giving them a pass on that one. For drinks, beer is served inside & outside but if you want hard liquor, you'll need to head out to the outside bar. There were two bartenders--one with long black hair who wasn't the friendliest, and another blonde bartender who was super sweet and made a really good drink My cocktail was on point, but my husband's Jack and Coke leaned a little more Coke than Jack. Overall, the vibe was definitely there Good music, good energy, and a fun crowd. We'll for sure be back!

They've got indoor and outdoor seating and they seemed a touch understaffed for being a beautiful day. It was also a Tuesday lunchtime so maybe they weren't expecting it to be as busy as it was. We were able to prove the menu before we got seated. And our super friendly server came out and we were able to order right away. They've got a lunch special. That is a small personal pizza with a salad and we each got that. Salads came out first and I had the arugula salad, which was absolutely phenomenal. 10 of 10 would eat this every single day. The arugula was peppery and it was well dressed in a lemon vinaigrette type sauce. I am a fan of just plain lemon on mine, but this was delicious. My husband got a union salad, which is their specialty I guess. It's got colored carrots and some beets and some shallots. I thought the dressing was bland and it certainly needed salt and pepper. We asked for both and didn't get either. Our pieces came out and they were nice and woodfired. I feel like they could've been done just a little bit longer maybe a minute or two. The sauce was a lovely fresh type crushed tomato sauce. The cheese was nice and gooey and did not feel or taste like a package of processed cheese. Pepperonis were greasy, but in a real meat kind of way. I had to dab mine, but my husband just went to town on his. The pickled peppers is a pickled jalapeño. Big chunks of them. They certainly didn't skimp on any of the toppings. They were a little sweet and a little hot. Some of the big chunks were a little too sweet for my liking but overall, it was a nice flavor mix Also from a size standpoint, I thought the salad and pizza were very adequate for lunch at around $20 price point I asked for salt and pepper again as well as a side of ranch. This time we did get the salt and pepper as well as cheese and crushed red pepper. But we didn't get the ranch until we were leaving. The server did apologize and said he thought someone else was bringing it out but I pretty much deducted a star because we asked for a couple different things that never came.
