The food was delicious, the place is clean, the service was excellent, AND our team won. 10/10 I especially want to give kudos to Cassion for helping us out with a smile each time. The whole experience was amazing! My Grandson had the best birthday here without any reservations. My other Grandchild won a Jackpot on the big bass game and my 3 year old was even having a blast! Fun for the whole family. All games were operational, climate was nice and cool and the food was fresh and delicious. They even sang my kiddo happy birthday and gave him a brownie sunday.. Here we go again but this time from franchise to corporate in which I will follow up . I literally have to drive 35 minutes outside chino to go to the next shakeys in upland because of quality of food has gotten better if they decide to cook or service the buffet. I paid for buffet at 12:49 and was told at 1:20 they stopped cooking all the food. I had to begin requesting individually items even after purchasing a buffet meal and to their full knowledge ( the staff and both managers ) knew they had no food and still said no they are not cooking more . I actually had to speak up for an entire room full of strangers who looked so hungry and paid to look that way . The conversation was better amongst the employees than to actually serve . For chicken they didn't want t make literally not well prepared chicken and it's one of shakeys staple markers . So I'm sorry it stands as a buffet you guys still haven't gotten together so I recommend drive to upland on foothill to receive better service and food . read more

When we got there staff took my order down as if I was paying in cash. After about 5min the manager had to cancel my order and charge me again but paying with card. When I went towards the dining room tables I immediately noticed the smell of raid, that in its self was very unpleasant. It made me question the cleanliness of the restaurant. So then the food got there but it was a wrong order! So after the staff stopped blaming each other the manager said my order would be coming soon. I also noticed that when I was using the pepper shaker it felt dirty and greasy. Let's just say for spending over $100 dollars I was not satisfied in fact it was the cleanliness that most put me off.The food was fine but they need to improve on cleaning. read more

Just want to say that if you are bringing a last minute dinner to celebrate your kids promotion on a Friday Night. Shakeys Chino is the place to go! I brought 30+!people The mojos were thin and crispy. The 9 pizzas were crisp with great amount of cheese and sauce. They got everything done at a quick time and the two young ladies serving us (forgot their names), they served us with a big smile on their faces. Do not waste your time or money with this place. Everything is over priced and the pizza taste like it was made with soap. You can tell the management is terrible with the amount of turn over I've noticed on the few occasions I've made the mistake of burning my money here. We were going to reserve a space for my son's birthday party. Basically, they were trying to have us prebook specific food packages based on the amount of people we were anticipating, instead of having the freedom to order anything from the menu. I've never heard of any pizza place doing this, unless it's a Chuck-E-Cheese or John's Incredible Pizza. Ultimately, we switched the party over to a different Shakey's location, where they were able to reserve the space and also allow us the freedom to order what suited the needs of our party. The Bunch A Lunch is incredible! $15.99 on the weekends from 11am - 2pm. The food is fresh and constantly being refilled. The staff is also very attentive and friendly and made the experience very comfortable and cozy. Lorena, Mari, and Manni all were very helpful for me and my party of 6! Thank you guys! I have always loved Shakeys Pizza and this branch is really good as well. I just ordered a medium Pizza with pepperoni, pineapples, and mushrooms, thin crust. This is my favorite. The Pizza crust and flavor is great. The whole pizza was delicious. Parking is super easy, and the ordering process simple. $25.25 was the price fir a medium with 3 toppings.
