I come here for the salad buffet. This place is always clean, staff is super friendly and service beyond compare. Hadn't been here in a while and was pleased to see nothing has changed other than now its busier than ever. Pre-made salads are delicious and the food bar is a nice option for us hungrier folk. This location is garbage. Manager is a rude a-hole and cashier was the least helpful person I've interacted with in recent memory. They are claiming there is a "national shortage" of chicken wings... which is complete BS. Go to Buffalo WW, definitely no shortage on wings. Also, prices WAY up. Looks like about a 25% increase across the board. That said, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

I ordered food for delivery through grub hub. I did not get dressing for my salad, the butter for my baked potato or the sour cream. The food was ice cold as well and I ordered it at my job for my meal break. The cost was 52.95 for a meal I didn't get to enjoy. Sizzler passed the blame to grub hub. Why wasn't my dressing and toppings for the potato put the same giant bag my food was in? Sizzler refused any responsibility and referred me to grub hub. read more

I can't say enough about how great my experience is time after time. My cousin and I eat here 2 to 3 times a month always ordering the salad bar. The salad bar is super clean and the veggies are so fresh. What I love the most is the service that we get from Jeaneen. I have to say she is the best waitress that we have ever had! Jeaneen is so friendly and attentive and we have been lucky to have her wait on us every time we go there for lunch. It's always a surprise to see our table all set up with our coffee, cream, sugar and the yummy Parmesan bread when we return from the salad bar. Best of all our coffee cup never runs dry. We stopped in Wednesday night after attending a viewing of a dear friend. We we hungry and happy this location was open. My husband ordered the Steak and unlimited crispy shrimp, salad bar and soft drink. I opted just for the salad bar and a drink. We were informed by the gentleman at the register to choose our seat and the waitress would be by with our cheese toast. We need immediately got up to fix a plate from the salad bar, which was clean and fresh even at 8 pm. The waitress ( a young African American) came finally came to check our receipt and informed us she would be back with my husband's plate. She arrived with his plate and handed it to him.... I had to ask her for our cheese toast, and she seemed surprised over my request! She returned a few minutes later to inform us that the order for our cheese toast was placed. We were surprised that she didn't already drop it off as she had seen us earlier. We continued eating and our cheese toast finally arrived. And she brought a refill for my husband's soft drink. This is where the service plummeted downhill. Not once after that did she com back to our table to check with us. The restaurant was not full at all... maybe 8 tables at the most scattered throughout. I observed her chatting with everyone else but us!! My husband tried to catch her eye without being rude as he want another order of shrimp... but nope, he was never acknowledged. So he got up to have dessert and that's when she came by to take away his dinner plate! She stayed away again and brought to go containers to everyone so they could fill them up Before they left... but of course not us. However I got up myself to grab a small To go container !! She only came at the very end of our meal to ask if we had ice cream, as we both stared at her with ice cream in front of us! Guess she wanted to Make sure of a tip from us... NOT !! My husband stated we will never go there again! The stars are reflective of the service.... Kudus to the staff that kept the salad bar filled and fresh! read more

Took my family out here for lunch for the first time, having to order the food in the front before seating was a bit strange and felt rushed given the people behind us, but went with it thinking the food will be great. $120 later most of us didn't even finish our meals advising that the food is just bland absolutely no flavor. The steaks were cooked to the correct tenderness but it had absolutely no flavor. When mentioned to our server she was surprised stating the steak is her favorite, however was very kind and offered to bring us seasoning to add to steak. Will not be returning here. read more

I've been dying to come to Sizzler for the past few weeks! Finally made our trip last night & it brought back so many memories! It's been quite some time since my last visit. Heck, I had no idea there were tvs here! Great location off the 805 freeway & very spacious inside! I was really craving the complimentary cheese toast that's offered w/ your meal! I ordered the 6 oz steak w/ unlimited shrimp & for $7 more- salad bar! I'm very picky about salad bar/ buffet presentations. The cleanliness & restocking of food. (Like a prior visit to Hometown Buffet- & the soft serve bar & toppings counter were utter disgust.) Here at Sizzler, staff always replenished trays & wiped down the immediate area. And the salad dressing ladles! Whoa! These ladles were ginormous! They were like buckets w/ handles on them! Lol Jessa was our waitress and she ALWAYS had a smile on her face everytime she checked on us. Not a bad deal for $40 (hubby ordered the unlimited salad bar & we had 2 iced teas) & a short drive home. I would definitely visit here again- knowing this is the only Sizzler location. read more

Would give no star if possible. Ordered from Grubhub delivery, ribeye steak meduim rare. Received this salty ass overcooked piece of meat I could not even eat. Contacted Grubhub for refund. They called restaurant which refused to refund the meal. WTF, how do you mistake medium rare with burnt. Thankfully Grubhub stepped up and refunded my order. Unless you eat in and see your food I would not order take out from this funky place. read more

Due to the covid sadly many businesses have closed but why if businesses are struggling to stay open do you have to suffer as a consumer and get a bad product. I ordered the family shrimp platter and the shrimp was xtra greasy. It came with macaroni as one of the sides. The macaroni was so salty that it was just nasty. The side of mashed potatoes was not delivered with order and the desert banana pudding was just cookies hold the pudding. The food was not cheap so I feel ripped off by the quality of food that I received. So much for helping local businesses. read more

I got covid after eating from their salad bar. The plates they put out weren't cleaned completely and I grabbed whatever plate was cleaner than the others. I should've used better sense because there were also people walking up to the salad bar without a mask on when there was a mask mandate in place. When searching for "lunch near me" Sizzler was one of the closest & first suggestions to come it. Seeing it with 3.5 stars, figured we'd give it a try. When you first walk in you're greeted & walk to a giant menu & decide what you want & order at the counter our meal came to about 35 dollars. You're offered the salad bar, I highly recommend it!! Fresh lettuce! && delicious ranch!! & crunchy, amazing croutons! You then get to seat yourself wherever you please! (We chose a relaxing larger booth ) our server, Marley was such a sweetheart & she brought over cheesy bread (delicious!!!) & told us or food would be out shortly. I ordered the oz 6 sirloin with a side of chicken broccoli Alfredo, no broccoli & a loaded baked potato, my boyfriend ordered the Philly cheese steak with a side of loaded mashed...
