Shraddha was incredible! I had a last-minute request for a custom cake for my daughter's first birthday, themed Her First Rodeo. The cake was the one thing I completely forgot about, and I didn't think I'd find anyone who could pull it off with just a week's notice. I'm so grateful I found Shraddha--she absolutely delivered! From the design to the delivery to the taste, everything was perfect. The cake was not only beautiful but also delicious. I got so many compliments. I highly recommend her!

I loved how she followed the theme exactly and took care to work with tiny details as well. My little Frozen lover was so happy with the cake and it definitely captured the attention of everyone! Most Beautiful Cake. So easy to work with. Reasonable prices. What a great experience! I explained exactly what I wanted and she made my cake dreams come true! We had ordered a simple and elegant gender reveal cake and it turned out great. We ordered a buttercream cake and the cake was so smooth and beautiful it looked like a fondant. I am lazy to write reviews but I had to write one for Shradha. I called her on Friday asking for a cake on Monday. She promptly answered the phone and sent me her flavor options. I requested a rosette cake with picture and she did an amazing job. With respect to flavor I picked vannila cake with mango mousse filling. The cake was moist and flavor was delicious. Best part was that it had 4 layers of filling where I usually get only 3. I highly recommend her to get cakes for special occasions. I got this for my moms 60th birthday and she was very happy. read more

Shraddha was very responsive from the get-go to the end and very accommodating to our church anniversary's 3-tier custom butter cream cake. I enjoyed the variety of cake flavors/fillings/frostings to chose from and ultimately selected the carrot cake (absolute fav!), red velvet, and chocolate ganache. I received nothing but good reviews on the taste from our party. I was thankful for the delivery option which arrived on time and assembled on the spot, with care. Delicious eggless cakes. I purchased a dual flavored tiered cake with buttercream frosting and it turned out beautiful and incredibly edible :) All our guests loved the flavors (vanilla & lemon with berries). Shradda was easy to commuicate with over text and she created the cake exactly how I had imagined, and she also ordered custom colored confetti to match my party's theme. Her cakes are moist, not too sweet, impecablly decorated, and the perfect dessert. I would recommend her work & also will consider her baking services again in the future. read more

I was first told by an employee that they couldn't place the order over the phone and that I needed to submit it online. Following his instructions, I placed the order online, only to be told afterward that they no longer process special orders. Unfortunately, by then, my order had already been submitted because I trusted the information I was given. I was also told I would receive a refund, but later found out that only a manager could authorize refunds. It was frustrating to realize that I had been given incorrect information multiple times. And OMG the manager's attitude. Instead of being apologetic and listening to my concerns as a customer, she came across as rude and defensive. I simply suggested that if employees are providing incorrect information, management should review those conversations and ensure proper training before allowing them to handle customer inquiries. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and stressful. If you're ordering for a special event and need reliability, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. My refund is still pending... btw

They were so small, so it was like one bite each.

I would've ordered more, but was flying back to sac in a few hours so had to limit what I ordered to bring back. This location is the original and it is crowded inside since they sell goods also. I believe they have a few tables for dining in outside, bit I've never dined in so cannot speak to that. I'll continue to go here, or one of their other locations when I'm in So-Cal.

This Cream Pan is nothing like their FV location, which is sad because Tustin is actually the original. Inside is dingy and messy, which should have been a sign for me to walk out, but I really wanted a strawberry croissant. Big mistake! It was soggy--as if it was made yesterday. The strawberry was already going bad. Will never set foot in this location ever again and learned my lesson to stick to the Fountain Valley one. Thanks for reading!

They're best know for their matcha drinks but I went a different direction, ordering an iced Madagascar vanilla latte and choosing a raspberry pistachio croissant from their pastry case. The interior had no available seating so I sat at an unshaded outdoor table for a few minutes. I appreciated the judicious amount of ice in the latte (I dislike it when places over-ice the drink). It was just okay with no flavor of vanilla detected despite their note that their vanilla syrup is housemade. The pastry was very not-so-great. It wasn't warmed (as requested) and was quite dry. I couldn't taste any pistachio, even with some crumbles on top, and the raspberry was minimal. It was oddly sliced horizontally in half. Based on other reviews, come for the matcha drinks otherwise it's a pass.

The quality is on another level and clearly stands out from most places around here. The Mango Matcha (seasonal) was absolutely insane. If you're reading this review you need to try it. The Matcha with Cream Top was also incredible. The first sip was so thick and creamy that I barely got any matcha which is honestly a good sign. They stick to a more traditional approach and don't add sweetener unless you ask for it. Lastly, the pourovers. Some people might question the price, but take a minute to smell the different beans at the counter. You'll quickly realize that not every bean smells like coffee. The tasting notes actually come through and you can tell a lot of care goes into every pour over they make. Most drinks, aside from the pour-overs, are around $4.50 to $7, which is a far greater value for what you're getting in sheer quality. There are way too many cafes these days that focus on aesthetics and end up sacrificing quality. This place feels like it's run by people who genuinely love coffee and it shows in every order. Last note: they have their system down to a tee. The wait in line may be long but once you order it's super quick to receive your order.

Their Bingsoo is too icy and is not creamy and pillowy soft like other BIngsoo shops. Their Bingsoo almost tastes like shaved ice with fruit on top. Also, the condensed milk was given to us in a small cup and wasn't mixed in the bottom layers of each bowl. So, it was icy at the bottom, all the way to the top and then some strawberries with a condensed milk drizzle, a few mochi pieces, and then we were given a small cup of the condensed milk to sweeten it up ourselves. I don't think I will be back, except if I really don't have a choice for a dessert nearby.
