Wonderful experience! cupcakes looked exactly like the inspo, were ready next day, and tasted incredible! Gender reveal filling was expertly hidden. I will 100% be back for all of my custom baking needs!

I was curious since she was my neighbor (she's a certified home kitchen) and saw all the beautiful floral decorated cakes, cupcakes she had. I needed a last minute order of 24 custom made cupcakes vanilla cake with caramel filling and buttermilk icing for a wedding. Super easy and fast planning/messaging. Very accommodating to ideas and the pickup/drop off options. Anyways, the flavor was exquisite and I can tell it was made from someone talented. Everyone ate up and have asked where I ordered the cupcakes ! I didn't capture the gold flakes I sprinkled which are also available to add to your order but I had my own at home since I also bake a bit myself.

I found Sweet Oven Bliss while looking for a custom cake for my wife's 50th birthday. I was in a little bit of a time crunch, and Patricia called me back almost immediately. We talked through some options, I gave her some samples, and off we went. The presentation was absolutely amazing, and the guests loved it. Most importantly, my wife loved it. I will definitely use them again, they nailed it. BTW - Patricia is very nice and knows what she's doing. I like how she educated me about which cakes have which design characteristics, which helped me pick one that my wife absolutely loved. It was obvious how much pride she took in her work and cared about her customers. Highly recommended!

We keep ordering at Sweet Oven Bliss for our cakes. Her cakes are so delicious. Her cake turns non cake lovers to cake lovers it is so moist, have alot of flavors, natural flavors. We ordered our gender reveal cake with winnie the pooh theme and she didnt disappoint. It was a burn cake with the gender color filling in the middle. Flavors were lemon raspberry with buttermilk cream. It was so good!

Patty is SO talented!! I requested a 6" cake and 2 dozen cupcakes for my sister's galaxy/space-themed baby shower. Patty was very responsive via phone and text. We messaged back and forth discussing the designs and icing choices. I originally wanted swirls of navy/black frosting to mimic the galaxy, but she warned me that dark frosting colors would stain people's mouths. So we went with lighter blue swirls, and I ended up liking them even more! For the cupcake flavors, I chose lemon raspberry, chocolate, and red velvet - all with filling and whipped cream frosting. OH MY GOODNESS, they were delicious. My favorite was the lemon raspberry with raspberry jelly filling. Patty had mentioned that whipped cream frosting doesn't hold color as well, but these cupcakes stayed beautifully blue the whole day. For the cake, I chose vanilla cake with strawberries & cream filling. The icing on this had to be buttercream, so it was admittedly very sweet. Of course some people like that, so to each their own! The cake itself and the filling were delicious & light. Next time, I'll keep the cake design simple so I can stick to whipped cream frosting. Also, make sure you take Patty seriously when she says to leave your cake in the fridge until the very last minute. We put the cake out on display for a few hours on a hot day, and the filling was starting to melt. But that was our fault! tl;dr: Not only did Patty's cake & cupcakes look AMAZING, but they're also the most fluffy & moist cakes I've ever tasted. Patty is very responsive and strives to make your vision come to life. The cupcakes are a bit pricey (as most custom desserts are) but worth it. So many guests complimented how delicious and cute they all looked! Will definitely order from her again. Highly recommend!!

Not only was the cake super duper amazing! Placing my order was such a breeze. I'm so glad that you were able to create and bake our cake for this past weekend. The cake was moist and not too sweet given that it was chocolate with chocolate cream. It was just right! Thank you!

This cake was legit, amazing, beautiful... everything. It served 15 people with lots of leftovers, it was an exact recreation of the photographed source cake, the flavor choices were unique, and to top it all off this is a completely transparent, reputable business. She was very up-front on the choice of a darker dye, warning that it will stain teeth if we wish to do photos after eating. We extended that info to the guests and all was fine. Beyond presentation, it tasted EXCELLENT. The boujiest person at the party said it was the best cake they'd had in a loooong time. Many of them clamored to ask where it came from, and I proudly told them Sweet Oven Bliss! They were able to get the cake done easily with two weeks of notice. They played a huge part in making my wife's 30th birthday spectacular.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. She was very helpful with finding out exactly what we wanted and working with us out of state. Everyone at the party loved the cake so much from the details on the outside to the flavors inside. She put graduation caps on top of the cakes, decorations to match the degree, and colors to match the college. She had options for people who liked sweet and then not so sweet. The whipped cream is the less sweet option she offered us compared to the buttercream. She makes everything homemade, including the buttercream and whipped cream. Pickup was a breeze as well, she offered multiple time slots for my family to pick it up. Overall, my experience with Sweet Oven Bliss was truly amazing. The owner made all the difference. Get. The. Cake. (And cupcakes, too) There are just two problems with these cakes: 1) it will be so gorgeous you won't want to cut it and 2) once you cut it and start eating it, you won't be able to stop. The first cake was for my dad's 75th Bday party, which, can you believe it, my poor dad passed away before his bday and we had to change everything. Patricia was so amazing and gave us the cake my dad would have LOVED. The delivery service was on time and handled the cake with care and set it up too. Well, my birthday was this February so i ordered another cake from Patricia, and of course, it was amazing!!! I got a totally different style, the fresh flowers were so gorgeous. Absolutely in love with how our gender reveal burn cake came out! Patty did a fantastic job executing my vision and she was quick in responding to my inquiry. The cake was also very good! Not too sweet and the funfetti with blue filling was perfect. My husband and I knew the gender already so I just sent it to her ahead of time but she mentioned that if we were going to find out the gender ourselves that she could coordinate getting the gender. We were having a small gender reveal for our parents and siblings, total of around 11 people. The cake was the perfect size for our group. Would definitely order again! read more

Wow! I'm still amazed at how smoothly this experience went. My best friend got married yesterday, and we discovered on the day of the wedding that her cake plans had fallen through. In a panic, we called nearby bakeries, but all were closed since it was Father's Day and a Sunday. We needed a wedding cake that same day, which seemed impossible. Initially, Sweet Oven Bliss said it would be very difficult, which we totally understood. However, after hearing how urgent it was, they made an exception and created the stunning cakes below within a few hours. We were all shocked, especially the bride, and it became the talk of the wedding because no one could believe it got done so quickly. When the cake was cut and the cupcakes were passed out, everyone agreed the cake was incredibly moist and delicious, making it even more special for the bride. Our love for baking and creating art in cakes began over 25 years ago.My mother who has been the creator of all Sweet Oven Bliss's cakes began her business as a means to provide for her six children. Struggling everyday to provide us with a better life. she got the courage to go to school to gain the knowledge and skills.Soon after my mother then took the next step and began to sell her cake slices. After school we would come home to find my mother and her half sheet plastic containers full of cake slices ready for sale. we would knock door to door selling our dollar cake slices. At the time I did not understand the true value this had on my life nor the values it would teach me. My mother wanted us to have a better future, & she needed us to learn the life lesson in order to succeed in this life we must work hard to get where we want to be and who we can become.Today we continue to grow providing all of our customers with a memorable cake in which they can enjoy with their loved ones.

That's how good it was…read more Found them on Instagram and added it to the list immediately -- had to try these churros while we were down in SoCal. Their truck spot in Anaheim is such a vibe, only 8 mins from our hotel near Disneyland so there was no excuse not to go. Jaime helped us figure out what to order our first time which was honestly so needed because the menu is a lot in the best way. We got there with just a couple people in line and by the time we were done ordering it was wrapped to the parking lot around 8pm on a Saturday night. We tried: the Rosca Delgado (traditional thread churro), Churro Delgado with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream + Caramel Drizzle and Butter Pecan Ice Cream + Lechera Drizzle, and the Chocolate Mi Abuelita hot AND iced. If you must pick one - traditional churro + hot chocolate. No lies there. Already planning to pull up to their Santa Ana spot next time we're back in SoCal. Support this family business y'all, worth ittttt.

AHHHMAZING! Our daughter was turning six and we decided to celebrate at Disneyland. We are from the NJ and knew nothing about the west coast.
