SUPPLEMENTS will not ever replace the benefits of vitamin D gained from sun bathing which helps the body go through the process of making that HORMONE which in fact is vitamin D! An oncologist in Murrieta that I saw months back SUGGESTED sun exposure for 10 min a day due to severely low levels of vitamin D and low tolerance of synthetic therapeutic levels via prescription. I mentioned I own a sunlamp, she said either outside or the lamp are fine. I now add vitamin D drops with k7. A tanning bed and a sunlamp are not the same thing. My small sunlamp emits red and it cost me $700+. What a wonderful option to have a bed or stand up room for a quick 5 min boost. My gosh. Can people be diplomatic is making a point. As a random person coming on here that comment enraged me because it's a form of ABUSE. Sunlights have been around for YEARS, and they now come in red lights and blue! The abuse some business owners experience is insane for no reason. And when fraudulent owners commit negligence they take years to sue. I have first hand experience in this. I am a skincare professional and I was super disheartened to see a review put the blame on a wellness center for lack of understanding. Secondly, there is plenty of research showing up through PUBMED and other articles written by people with degrees in that field of expertise linking other factors such a environmental toxins, PFAS and chemicals like BENZENE that were in SUNSCREEN. The very brands that have sponsored board of DERMATOLOGY. Therefore, to anyone who was impacted by that comment, people like myself OWN sunlamps because low vitamin D is also linked to many diseases and auto immune issues because vitamin D is VITAL. I visited the margarita location a year ago and I felt the place was clean, education by staff was clear as to what they offered and options are great for people who cannot afford to own some of these health tools or do not have room for them. Healing is not linear, BIO-INDIVIDUALITY must be considered and education as the wellness community and discovery of changes about root cause of DIS-ease continues and will never stop. Root cause is always many factors not just one.

As a Skin Cancer Warrior/Survivor/Advocate who has endured multiple types of skin cancer (including…read moremelanoma), with surgeries, chemotherapy and countless biopsies, I felt led to comment on their IG post promoting their tanning beds. Their post, as well as their website, boasts claims of their "Vitamin D Sundbed" is a 'good source of vitamin D'...although this may 'technically' be true, even if a patient is Vitamin D deficient they can be prescribed a supplement, and would NEVER be prescribed time in a tanning bed Now, HERE IS WHERE THEY ARE WILLINGLY ENGAGING IN DECEIVING their clients and are actively pedaling a LIE. Their exact tanning beds are PROVEN to be considered "AS CARCINOGENIC AS CIGARETTES and ASBESTOS" according to the World Health Organization and the Skin Cancer Foundation. Brian has been properly and thoroughly informed on these facts and STILL chooses his marketing ploy with claims to the effect that their beds are "different" than tanning beds. Every paragraph on their website regarding this proves my point, as it is completely FALSE. Do not fall for the misinformation that Brian wants to push on you. Consider taking the word of several survivors. Believe the endless and overwhelming FACTUAL EVIDENCE. Believe the medical professionals, dermatologists, advocates, and the customers they have deceived into believing this! I say all of this because I have several PERSONAL FRIENDS that have been lied to and have now been subjected to this, WITHOUT THEIR INFORMED CONSENT! This now goes beyond unethical practices! They are regular tanning beds and NEED TO BE ADVERTISED AND MARKETED AS SUCH. I initially tried to handle this between me and the owner and I have screenshots of every condescending, gaslighting, dismissive word he wrote back to me, including misusing Scripture to try to keep me from speaking up. It is evident that he does not want to do the right thing, which is his right as the business owner. We have screenshots and recordings of every single survivor and dermatologist that you have blocked and silenced. That alone just speaks to you as a person. The great thing for us is that your website's claims alone are enough to file with the FTC for deceptive health claims and FALSE ADVERTISING, with the CSPC for UNSAFE CONSUMER PRODUCTS and the State Attorney General to their office that handles FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING. You've been building a case with the posts on your IG about your "vitamin d Sunbeds", which is how it all started; my comment simply stated that this "Vitamin D Sunbed" should not be considered as contributing to 'wellness' in any way as they claim. That these beds ARE tanning beds that DO CAUSE SKIN CANCER. They responded by DELETING my comment and BLOCKING account. In spite of me trying to email the owner to make them aware, the owner, Brian, admitted to being the one who deleted my comment and blocked me. He also proceeded to try to 'inform' me on what I apparently 'may not know' about this subject, the entirety of the email exchange I am happy to divulge as it is further proof of his character. By that time, there were 4 other skin cancer survivors that tried to comment, whom also had their comments deleted and their accounts blocked. Additionally, I have come to find out that it is common practice for them to LIE to clients about this. Their salespeople are instructed to say that their "Vitamin D Sunbeds" are NOT tanning beds, when they ARE. One client even ASKED if they were 'tanning beds' and was told 'no', so she hesitantly acquiesced to submitting herself, UNKNOWINGLY, to a tanning bed. This ONE USE of a tanning bed has now increased her chance of developing melanoma by 75%, as she is under 35 years old. Knowing that this is actively happening to people I love and care about, I can no longer stay silent. Sadly, I can't try to make people aware on my Instagram @thelauraddrummer as Brian still has me blocked. A business claiming '...Light & Wellness' while SILENCING the voices of FIRST HAND CANCER SURVIVORS for speaking truth, is a business I will never support. The lives of PEOPLE could be CUT SHORT by your marketing ploy, and unlike Brian, that is a cost I will never be comfortable with. I will never support a business that meets the suffering of fellow human beings and sees it fit to try to erase it in the name of business and gain. I have included links for ACCURATE, medically backed, FACTS regarding the dangers of tanning beds. My #melahomies and I are happy to share our stories with anyone who has any questions about this, and I pray, that if this saves even ONE more person from being subjected to something deadly so that Brian can make money off of misery, it was worth the rant. https://www.skincancer.org/search/Tanning+beds https://childrenswi.org/at-every-turn/stories/2026/01/tanning-bed-dangers

This allows for access to more pools/ spas , complementary bathrobe during stay, and the best "bang for your buck" when it comes to cost-for-use (day pass price and spa availability vs. hotel guest price and spa availability). I would give 5 stars for the staff, namely Katie and Anthony at the front desk. They were exceptionally helpful. Katie, in particular, genuinely enjoys working here and did everything in her power to ensure my party had the best stay. I would give 1.5- 2 stars for the lack of a code of conduct or the enforcement thereof. There were so many couples who struggled with keeping their "physical passion for one another" to themselves. Many different couples were spanking each other LOUDLY in various areas of the resort. There were some couples who were getting a little too comfortable with one another in different soaking tubs, some who were getting "handsy" at the clay cove, and some who were just doing questionable behavior regardless where they were. I am a young adult and I've been around couples who have had public passion for each other- like making out at amusement parks- you know, the usual. BUT this behavior was on another level; this was out of the bounds of public decency. On the note of public decency, there were a few guests whose swimwear exposed more than it covered (if you're picking up what I'm throwing down). There was, also, one man in particular who was smoking/ taking a fat rip of his vape in front of CHILDREN. All that being said, I could NOT, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone accompanied by very young humans as a child-friendly/ family- friendly resort. Aside from those concerns, everything else met my standards. Hotel room (Stone Lodge) was clean. Towels were stocked at the pools. The temperatures were good. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would not return as a day pass user (since my party and I are not locals), BUT we would come back as hotel guests.

The massage itself was nice, but nothing particularly memorable or above average. I was expecting a more elevated experience for the price. After our massage, we changed into our swimsuits to enjoy the amenities. Unfortunately, the pool was very small and already pretty crowded around noon, so there wasn't much opportunity to relax in it. On top of that, there was a constant high pitched ringing or buzzing noise near the pool, possibly from the pool equipment. It was surprisingly loud and definitely took away from what was supposed to be a peaceful, relaxing environment. The biggest disappointment was the customer service. I asked one of the employees behind the bar where the towels were since it was my first time visiting. Instead of simply pointing me in the right direction, she scoffed and rolled her eyes as if I should have already known. It was such an unnecessary interaction and really changed the tone of our visit. After that, we decided to pack up and leave rather than stay and enjoy the rest of the amenities. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but for the price, I expected a much more relaxing atmosphere, friendlier service, and an experience that felt worth the cost.
