I love this Sketchers store. there is an employee there that helps me find what I need, she is polite and patient, which is needed for I am picky. Her name is Sarah, I can tell her what I am looking for and she brings me to my options. Sarah will bring me to the sale area as well. I have been there numerous times and make sure she is working. I am sure the other employees are good as well. The shoes are perfect for me and the value is top notch. I am older and can't do those heels anymore. I love this Sketcher's Outlet Store for three reasons: first, I was able to find a great pair of casual shoes at an amazing price, the service provided by Kiara was superb, I think that's how you spell the name, and I really liked the outlet's location. Unfortunately this store has very limited sizes and expensive shoes for an outlet. Picked my Dad up a pair of Skechers and there was no discount on the shoes we purchased. Why even carry them at an outlet if there is no discount? Keep them at the retail store. We were the only ones in the store, but it was about 100 degrees out, so that might of hurt their sales just a bit. I think i'll pass on coming back to this location in the future. read more

I've gotten to the age where style shoes like Nike and Reebok no longer attract my foot styles. I've found that certain pairs of those brands I've owned no longer are comfortable after long hours of use. In comes Skechers. They are like pillows for your feet with the memory foam in soles. They are also becoming more stylish and the price point is fair running in the $50-$60 range compared to the typical $80-$100 range with the Nikes and Reeboks. I am making the switch over to Skechers as my daily foot wear! read more

There were many shoes. However, what really stood out to me was the service. It was wonderful. There was a salesperson named Amanda who was attentive and helpful. At one point she didn't know the answer to my question but stated that her manager DaRaya was a good resource and she would ask her. She did and came back with some suggestions. As a child I dreaded having to put my Skechers on and head to school. They weren't "cool", but for a large family with rapidly growing kids they were the practical option. Now Skechers are on the other side of the spectrum, a little more stylish and a little more expensive. Regardless, they still carry a negative stigma in my mind, at least until my most recent visit to the Alpine outlets. Something cumpulsed me to go inside, no idea what because I normally avoid this place like the plague, but I was pleasantly surprised. There was a charming salesman, Zach, who helped me pick out a pair of moccasins. I had my doubts, but he assured my they looked great and I would love them, and he was right! My only complaint was I bought too much! BOGO is dangerous! I went in to get a pair of work shoes and ended up with two pairs plus a pair of flip flops. Everyone at this store is ready to help. They are friendly and know their shoes. They even give you advice on size and look. I always check here first for my shoes. Sketchers memory foam is awesome read more

First time in this store. I have a SKECHERS warehouse nearby but they always have older shoes and left overs. This store was better equipped for my needs. The cashier (Frankie) wasn't currently busy. I asked her about certain soles of shoes for my feet. She helped me out for as long as she could before having to return to the register, as the line began to grow. Found the shoes I wanted but in a half size bigger. Frankie began to ring me up and asked if I found everything okay. Told her I found the shoes but not the size. She said she could look in the back. To my surprise I didn't know they had a back as the warehouse store doesn't have a back and whatever is on the floor is what they have. She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and found both pair of the shoes I bought in my size. I will definitely return to find more of my footwear needs from this store. Even the manager gave me a shoe horn when I asked if they had any to purchase. Now I have to find out where to leave this same experience on a comment card for her.
