All I know was my account was linked to my email and phone number which apparently the hackers have changed. Left a bad taste about this location. No empathy. No problem solving skills. No friendly free smiles. Just basic retail workers that have no common sense on how to troubleshoot or provide service. They only know how to click a few buttons, rinse, repeat. I did not expect her to solve anything bur just her lack of initiative to call customer service or act like she cared.

She spent time checking out what was wrong with my current shoes then took me over to scan my feet. Turns out my left foot is longer than my right. She started pulling out boxes of shoes to find the right fit for me, then we went through what colors I liked. What shoe companies I liked. I came in looking for a pair of shoes that would actually fit me properly...I ended up buying two pairs. One pair was not her store, so we arranged for the shoes to be shipped to my home.
