I ordered the Carolina skiff burger/sandwich and it sounded amazing with a burger patty and rib meat patty with bacon and all the normal toppings. But it was less than satisfying with a lack of flavor as well as non crunchy fries. On the other hand my husband ordered the chef salad and loved it. A local sports bar hangout with a full bar and restaurant. The restaurant serves a variety of items from burgers to shrimp and soup. They also offer daily specials from the kitchen. I have sat at the bar and at a booth and had undivided attention at both. Burgers are great and are served with potato chip style fries. The clam chowder hits the spot on a day I skip cooking. Do not come here horrible food & horrible service. Manny was cool and had delicious jello shots and pudding shots to purchase. However I can't say the same for Crystal her service was horrible from the beginning. She seemed to have an attitude, sent 1 of my drinks back because it tasted horrible, tried to drink it but could not. Long Island replacement was ok but was weak & bland. Should have taken this as a sign not to get food. But I did anyway buffalo wings, fresh fried chips & chicken tenders. Unfortunately they were all horrible the food had no flavor; wings & tenders were dry & overcooked, chips tastefully like they were fried in old grease. The food was so good! We wanted wings, however they some great sauces to choose from. We asked to try 4 sauces and the chef brought out more! We order two basket of wing and they let us have four sauces! Some of the wing were grilled! I had the surf and turf blacken! They also serve pizza by the slice we had three, the crust was delicious! The rice medley was seasoned with bacon and spinach and peppers. I could have eaten more! This is a local bar with great food! Wonderful people! Great music! Not worth going to. First off, there is a sign on the door which gives people permission to not wear a mask. Both customers and staff alike walk around without a mask. The cook does not wear a mask while making food. Aside from the utter disregard for the health of their clients, the food was subpar. Never ate inside before. Ordered once during height of covid19. So here we go. Stopped in on 3/27/21 around 730pm. Decided to go in to eat because old lady never been there. So we walked in and sat down. Waitress/bartender asked if we were eating. We said yes. Its one thing to be rude to me but rude to her Unacceptable. We decide to leave an the waitress says I got your beer you ordered and I said Too Late as we were already by the door. I visited this establishment last night with some coworkers as we're here on a business trip. The bartender is a 7 foot teddy bear who is absolutely welcoming and makes the BEST Jell-O shots; not just any Jell-O shots, a banana pudding shooter that is absolutely creative and DELICIOUS!! You can't jut have one. I had the Oysters Rockefeller and I must say they did not disappoint. That was the first time I ever had those and I will order them again. My coworker ordered the Cajun Shrimp and those too were amazing. Full of flavor and wrapped in ham and bacon. Omg...BACON makes everything better! This is a little local/neighborhood bar with lots of folks who obviously know each other and you can come here to relax and watch some sports. We ordered the cheesesteak sandwich (my husband), some 'Daytona' wings and the chili/cheese smothered fries. I will keep it simple and to the point, the cheesesteak sandwich (according to my husband) was excellent, the Daytona wings were friggin awesome and the chili cheese fries were a thumbs down. So we walked in the door to a packed house, no big deal, I like a good crowd. We made our way to the back outdoor seating bar & saddled up. There were a few dozen bikers all patched up with their MC holding court at a table nearby, but the only obnoxious thing that came from that was the excessive engine revving upon their departure. My other friend wisely ordered the seafood salad that I was initially talking about before being swayed to the Wicked Tuna sandwich... which inexplicably came out about 5 minutes after my friends fries & salad order arrived! My tuna was supposed to be seared, it was greyed on the outside, no quick sear marks. The house chips were mostly soggy with oil, but with a little ranch they were palatable. Let's wrap this up: Get the seafood salad, if my buddy complained about his food I would've dropped a single star. I really wanted to like this place, they had a good group of folks playing corn hole out back beyond the bar I was sitting at & it looked like the place was a good time waiting to happen. And last all the way in the back is where the corn hole is an there's no roof! Scrumptious bar food. And hefty servings too. The she-crab soup is PHENOMENAL and quite literally the best I've ever had. I taste the she-crab soup in practically every restaurant I frequent so that is really saying something! The waitstaff was very attentive (Crystal). Food was prompt and hot. Burgers were good. Chicken fingers were well prepared but flavor was a little blah. The facilities were clean and well maintained.
