Oh my gosh, Daylyn made me feel so safe and comfortable right off the bat, from the very moment she greeted me. She is one of the coolest people I ever met, and so professional and great at what she does, you can tell she cares about her clients and this shows in how safe she makes you feel once you are in that room and completely vulnerable. I was expecting PAIN, because it's been a while since I shaved or sugared ... a while, like Chewbacca status. Daylyn and I immediately connected she is so intentional about it too, to where I was completely distracted and forgot about it completely, it was so fast, and I didn't feel any pain at all. This was a seamless, easy, comfortable experience and I can't recommend Daylyn enough, she was incredible, and I look forward to seeing her again. I arrived at 10:52, just 2 minutes past the latest time they said they could take me (10:50). Despite explaining the situation and asking if we could do a quicker session - which has been done before - I was refused without any flexibility or willingness to help. What's truly disappointing is not even the refusal, but the complete lack of basic understanding and customer care, even knowing it was for a special occasion. I seriously lucked out because when I did my Google search Elaine at Brazilian Honey Wax came up! A little nervous, I went in for my first appointment! Elaine was the sweetest, kindest, most professional woman. I mean to have someone down there taking care of your lady parts is a very intimate thing. She made me feel so comfortable & was just incredibly detail oriented! I literally was feelin myself after I got this Brazilian, hahah pun intended! Seriously why have we been shaving?!?! Stop!!! Anyhow I ended up moving further away from the Beverly Hills location and decided to get a Brazilian more local. It was TERRIBLE. It felt like the lady didn't want to be doing it for me, she didn't hold the skin when she ripped off the wax, and I had so many in grown hairs a few weeks later. I had terrible itching, and rash that would not go away. I had no idea that I had hit the jackpot with Elaine when I had first gone to get the waxing. She uses honey which is way more gentle, and better for the skin. Needless to say, I suck it up and just drive the 45 minutes to get to her office!
