She worked continuously for about an hour and a half, giving both hand and scalp massages without any break. By the time I left, I felt completely refreshed and relieved of my fatigue. What stood out the most was how sincere and hardworking she was throughout the entire session. I really appreciated that. They did check my scalp with a camera, but since I don't have major scalp concerns, that part wasn't as important to me. For me, the massage itself was the highlight, and it was absolutely worth it. That said, they're not hairstylists, so the result wasn't quite what I would've preferred. If you go, you might want to bring a clip or hair tie just in case. I told him how bad it hurt afterward and he said I should have pushed the button and told him. Eventually he just walked out of the room. After explaining the whole situation with Dr. Ahn and the fact that it was a horrible experience, they finally refunded my $112. Dr. Hwang has no bed side manner and didn't seem to care.
