In her response to me not understanding her messages and that I had repeated myself, she told me, "I know you already said that". Unprofessional and not someone I feel comfortable interacting with. I expressed how I felt her comment was rude and I felt uncomfortable with our interaction, she cancelled our appointment within seconds. It is probably for the best. While a great esthetician, her interpersonal communication skills are lacking and maybe even patience.
