I came here in hopes of lightening the hyperpigmentation on my cheeks. I chose to be a member and I've been coming here weekly for 1 1/2 weeks now. You have to be committed for at least 3 months to see results and I'm already seeing a positive change. During this time, it's been a great experience here. Place is super clean. And everyone is so nice! I've been greeted at the front desk by Andrea, who is so welcoming and super sweet! Shout out to Kristina RN, who is so amazing! The clinic is always so clean and the staff are always warm and welcoming! The nurses know what they're doing 100% and have great product recommendations. I was so excited that they opened a Skin Laundry here in Old town Pasadena, it's so convenient for me. Many many years ago I went once to Glendale to try it when they first opened there and it was good but too out of the way for me to become a regular. I've been meaning to get back to a routine for facials and this has been great for me. I walked by one day and stopped in and everyone was so friendly and helpful. My first appointment was so great I signed up for a membership immediately. Now I've been 4 times already and tried both signature and the Ultra facials. I love both for different reasons. The ultra is fantastic at giving quick results- my skin is more even and I feel like my spots are starting to fade. My skin is less dry too due to a couple of serums they suggested and that I bought, one for moisture and one for dark spots. The signature treatment makes my skin feel clean and fresh and has no down time at all. I recommend you stop by and check it out. Then give it a try.
