Despite following the recommended treatment plan and attending multiple appointments, I did not receive the results I was promised. Because I was not seeing any improvement, I canceled my final two appointments. When I called, the receptionist apologized and stated that a manager would contact me. The manager did reach out, apologized for my experience, and told me she would speak with the laser technician to review my progress and treatment history. Unfortunately, after that conversation, I never heard back. There was no follow-up, no explanation, no concern for the lack of results, and no effort to address my experience. What disappointed me most was not only the lack of results, but the lack of customer care. Once my concerns were raised, communication completely stopped. It left me feeling as though the focus was on collecting payments rather than ensuring clients achieve successful outcomes. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage women of color, particularly African-American women with coarse hair, to thoroughly research a provider's experience treating diverse skin tones and hair types before committing to a treatment package. There's also no price transparency. They quoted me full price at $500 but I just got a text from them for a "deal quoting a full syringe at $460 saying full price is $700. Not a company to be trusted.

A big shoutout to Tracey and Dr. Munavalli who took the time when I had to have some minor surgery. Dr. Munavalli actually listened to the fact that numbing does not normally work on me. Other Doctors seem confused by that fact and refuse to help find a solution. He took the time to devise a cocktail of different numbing solutions. It's the first time in my life I did not feel cutting or stitching. Special shoutout to Tracey the nurse that helped me both times. Thank you to Leila my PA who helped find the spots that needed treatment. And I love your personality! My fair skin does not make for great dermatology visits but everyones' attitude and understanding of my needs makes this the favorite dermatology office I've been to. Only one minor issue, both of my surgical appointments they were running behind. The first was 50 minutes, the second was 1 hour 10 minutes. It would be nice if you had a way of notifying us at check in so we could make it down to the cafe for lunch before they close.

This leads me to believe they have over diluted product or are not actually giving you what you are paying for. After finding another local business that did not price gouge I was able to get what I was looking for at the dose I'm used to and the results were great. Go anywhere but here!
