I didn't see any wheelchair accessibility for a second floor. I had to walk upstairs. Maybe there's an elevator but it's clearly not located anywhere or where anybody can see it lol. It felt... Corporate? High cell tactics a little pushy. The girl who met with me clearly, had super plump, her lips up with her plumping medication or gloss right before she met me, and made sure her skin looked absolutely flawless before she met with a potential client. It just seemed very hard, Cell. I decided that I would ask information, but I would not be using their services because she seemed kind of pushy about their membership. Mind you, I had made this appointment a while ago, but they had to change it because something had happened with her son that she needed to pick him up and couldn't stay in the office, so I graciously changed the date which was fine. That happens to everyone. She kept pushing at the appointment to start procedures that I had been inquiring about. I wasn't ready to do that. I needed to ruminate. And decide if I wanna move forward. All in all, I think if you want this type of service in a place that allows you a monthly membership, this might be for you, it was not for me.

Wow! First review and they've told me they've been there over two years…read more (red flag maybe? ) So I responded to one of their turkey neck rescue ads on Facebook. I was very curious about the procedure, which is non-invasive, and wanted to learn more about it. When I called the number after doing my due diligence to find out where the spa was located, I called. I talked to somebody who clearly sounded like they must be in a call center. Very nice very much a yes person but did answer the questions I had and I booked an appointment for a weekend appointment. Between the time I booked the appointment, which by the way has a $30 hold charge that you get back and put towards the service I got a confirmation email. I also got three more confirmation texts at various times before my appointment. One week out a few days out and even two hours out confirming that I still wanted to go through with it. I tried to call the location at one point to see if they had an earlier appointment in the day. The first time I called, nobody answered the phone. All day. And it wasn't when they were closed because it was the middle of the week. I finally texted back the phone number that had sent me the confirmation. She calls me. She says her name is Belle but again, sounds like a person that either is in sales or a call center when she talks to me. Ask me what I'm looking to do and I explained that I haven't been able to get through to the phone number. Which, is listed everywhere on all of their public information. She tells me that is the telephone number for the specialist in the spa and not really to talk to somebody on the phone. (to me this seems like a flag, but I let it go) She tells me there's no way I can change my appointment to an earlier time that day because they are fully booked. OK... Cut to the day of my visit. I walk into the office and it is completely silent. Two people upfront at the desk. What looks to be like a receptionist/office manager and maybe an aesthetician or nurse. Both of them super nice both of them super helpful. I was asked to fill out a bunch of forms which I did. They had me fill them out on an iPad because using a phone like I do was really hard to be able to fill out the form properly. I was then asked to wait in about 10 minutes later I was brought down to the treatment room with the woman who is the nurse. The nurse was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. The space is very clean, not sterile, but warm and comforting feeling. However, I will say this, there was not one other person in the facility. On a Saturday. The busiest day of the week for someplace like an aesthetician or medical spa. There are no other treatment associates, and no clients. The entire time I was there until I was getting ready to leave. When there was one other woman who came in. (another red flag in my mind) I even asked my nurse as she was doing my treatment why it was so empty and she definitely brushed it off like it was no big deal, but I feel like maybe she was having the same concerns. I know they have a location in Sudbury as well. Their website shows six people on their photos as aestheticians or treatment associates. Yet, None of them were there. My treatment went fine, I'm not going to move forward with the package that they offer just is not for me. But it did go fine and I have minimal issues with it. I'm just really concerned that it looked like the place was closing. I even asked the front desk associate why there was one of those keyholders out front of the door (you know, one of those things that a real estate agent would put the key in so somebody showing the property could access the indoor space) And she told me it was always there. So, do they not give their key hold as actual keys and they just give them the code to do that? That as well was a little weird to me. It just totally felt like they were shutting down. I hope not though. Services were fine. The nurse was really nice, even the front desk associate was really nice, but I just didn't feel comfortable about the fact nobody else was having service is done. At all. To me, that's a little concerning. So I'll just move on.

My tattoo was ruined when I got laser hair removal here. When Rose went over my tattoo I told her it hurt a lot and she denied that she made a mistake and went over my tattoo. It burned soooo badly but Rose still acted as if nothing was wrong. Rose ended up calling me and leaving me a voicemail apologizing for going over my tattoo. But she never admitted to her mistake or said sorry to me in person. The next few weeks I continued to take pictures of my tattoo and sent them to the manager. My tattoo was ruined because the laser hair removal machine is not supposed to be used over tattoos. Management handled this incident terribly. They originally told me they would take care of the cost for fixing my tattoo. I saw a few tattoo artists and they said they won't tattoo over fresh burns. So I waited 2 years to finally get it fixed. I reached out to management again and they have been consistently ignoring me. To make my experience even worse, every time I had an appointment, I had a different person. This place is not organized at all and there was zero communication between each other. So each session they were using the exact same settings. So laser hair removal didn't even fucking work for me. All I got out of this place was a ruined tattoo. Do NOT go here for laser hair removal unless you want to waste a ton of money. I waited a long time to post this review- I wanted to write this as soon as the incident happened but I decided to give this company a chance to make things right with me. But they have been ignoring me for months now and refuse to pay me for the tattoo that I had to get fixed.

I wanted to write a really good review. I really did…read more But... After two visits and back-and-forth communication, I just can't. I've been doing Botox.(dysport) for about a year now. I've been going to a different clinician and wanted to try somebody else. This facility had the injections cheaper than where I was going and it was closer to my house so I thought I would try. I made an appointment via an online system. Lots of appointments available. That probably should've been my first flag, but I persevered because they were close by, their website looked nice, and I knew exactly where they were and the reviews I saw seemed fairly promising. When I went there? It was a little tiny room. In the same building of where my doctors practice used to be, so I was expecting a bigger practice. It wasn't. It was just one person in a room. I will add this. It was very clean smelled pretty and aesthetically pleasing. The staff member? Her name was La-Keisha. And she was very, very pleasant and accommodating. We chatted for a while. I explained to her that I had been using dysport and how much I normally got etc. etc. She then put $400 worth of medication into in between my eyebrows and my forehead. She didn't touch my crows feet or my nasal lab folds or my marionette lines. She wanted to keep it in line on how much I wanted to spend". Mind you, when I had gone to my previous clinician, I paid under $300 at $10 a unit(intentional wellness was nine) and got my forehead and some additional areas handled. It always looked good, but I just wanted to give some other place a chance because it was cheaper. Two weeks later? I looked the exact same. La-Keisha reached out to me to find out how I was doing and I told her that it looked like I hadn't even had the Services done. So she rescheduled me. When I went in? She put in another 28 units in my forehead. And again no other area sighting, "I want to keep it in mind with your budget". My forehead doesn't look any different even now. The left side of my forehead looks like it's fine, the right side still has wrinkles in areas. I've never had wrinkles after having the Services done. And, during the Services, she had problems getting a needle in. Steding out loud "I don't know why the needle isn't going in here, it totally should be" I will restate. She seems to be a fabulous individual. But I think she needs some retraining or something. Needles aren't hard to get in your forehead. I don't know what her issue was. And my face looks not so great. For what I paid, it should look better. And she also had to remind me several times in that second appointment that she was "giving me extra units at no charge" which is very standard if the services weren't done properly the first time. Maybe she'll work better for somebody else, but she definitely was not for me. I did let her know that I was unhappy, and she didn't offer to resolve it for a third time. So I'm just going to move on. Adding an update: The response from the business states "as I age obviously I will need more Botox". The other services I had? We're in January and April. We used half the amount of Botox and got twice the results. So this isn't a ME issue. I wish her only the best, but her services were just not... Enough.

Klinic review…read more Karina, Kim and the Klinic saved my life. I know that sounds dramatic but it's how I feel. I'm 36 and have been dealing with hormonal acne that has worsened over the past few months, particularly around my menstrual cycle. I went to my PCP and was falsely diagnosed with a staph infection on my face. I was provided ointment which my face then had an allergic reaction to. I was referred to dermatology, but in the meantime reached out to Kim and she talked me off the ledge. She correctly diagnosed me with rosacea and perioral dermatitis and assured that she could help. Girl was she right! I was enrolled in the Face Reality program and it started to help IMMEDIATELY. Karina has been extremely thorough in finding exactly the right products for my face, and it has calmed down miraculously in just 6 weeks. She hasn't been afraid to change the plan immediately when my face was reacting a little funky to the toner. I have a solid plan now that is easy to adhere to. Dermatology ended up prescribing heavy medications that evidently would have been MUCH too harsh for my sensitivo skin and I'm so glad I listened to Kim and Karina instead. Usually around my menstrual cycle I break out in cystic acne but this past cycle I had one tiny pimple. I'm much less red and feeling confident and less stressed about the whole ordeal. The Klinic knows their stuff as they take the time to figure out just the right plan for YOU!
