She had to set up a whole new room (add 10 minutes to my wait). 3) Owner demanded gratuity When my appointment was nearing, the owner called me to confirm and to ask to put a credit card on file. Huh? Why? This is a gift certificate I'm using. She says "for gratuity". Uh, ok. I will bring cash. I thought that was weird to demand such a thing.
