The experience was very pleasant and relaxing. She was very careful and thorough. Usually when I get my lashes done my eyes burn at the end but she made sure it was dry before opening my eyes. A week had passed and I still haven't received a shipping confirmation so I emailed the company asking about it (to which I didn't get a response). So, I decided to DM @goatedgemi on instagram. She said there was a mix up with the items so there's a delay and that she'd send me a tracking number in a few hours. 4 days later, I asked for an update. I was ignored. 6 days after that, I told her it'd been too long and so I wanted a refund. She said she'd issued a refund and that she does not offer 'nationwide' shipping (I think she meant international shipping since I don't live in the US?). I asked how long it would take and I didn't get a reply. Texted her two more times and I finally got a reply a week after. She said the refund had been issued and that I should've received it by now. I checked with my bank and I didn't receive anything, so I asked her if she could send proof of the refund. She said yes, and ignored me yet again. I texted her twice again to ask where it was and she still ignored me. SCAM fr don't buy stuff from this place.
