Went to Skin Theory for xeomin. It's was my first visit and during covid. Their lobby was lovely and my wait time was minimal! I was taken right back and David gave my injections. But this one has to be said , went in for dermapen, which I've had before, dont think the person had much experience doing it no serum was used during the processes, only after which left scabs on face spent more time on right side of face, then went on to rest fast , no crowsfeet were done , forehead not really touched neck not done, lip line not done . Left scabs on jawline , nose , and scabs to the left of my lip , I get it ur supppose to be red had it done before , but no scabs. Just be careful who u get , not like use to be . So glad this was gift card , but unexcetable to leave someone to do work who doesn't no what there doing to the work .. will never be back . I would just like to start by saying that David is, by far, the best person to have any atheistic work done by! He is very real with me about what my results will be, he listens to my expectations and guides me in the direction that will make me the happiest. He is very generous and honest. He doesn't give me false expectations for his own benefit. I feel that he genuinely cares about how people feel and what a delicate subject our appearances are to us. His bedside manor is very gentle and he is just very soothing to be around. I usually come in anxious about getting work done, but just a minute with him and I feel very comfortable and safe. Horrible place Horrible experience Horrible PA Nadine or Nadira whatever her name is. I called and asked about their deals on Groupon. The girl said don't buy it, we will honor you same price. She made my appointment making sure that the deal ends before my appointment. I go on the day of my appointment and she made me sign all the paper work even before going over with me on anything. Then "Straight up HIPPA violation" She had the file open "in front of me " of the customer that left before me and on her computer. She was reviewing her treatments and packages "in front of me "with her employee and talking to me in-between actually snapping. I asked them the price. It was $50 difference. I asked them to match but the PA omg horrible attitude SNAPPED at me "NO". I told her that I was gonna buy your deal but your staff said don't. The PA was like "THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE COME IN THE OFFICE NEXT DAY TO BUY IT". Lady are you serious? Your staff made an appointment? I was like I don't want any treatment. I left her room without saying anything. So I got up and PA continued discussing her previous. I Don't recommend this place at all. Think Before investing your money here or wasting your time. Last week I went into Skin Theory in Corona after hearing such wonderful things about their skin care procedures. After doing a complete review of my skin and problem areas, we focused the treatment for tightening fine lines, lightening pigment, and overall, building collagen for a younger, softer feel. My treatment consisted of the "Dermapen" facial. After numbing a bit, the provider used a bladed tip pen to exfoliate the top layer of my skin. The treatment was easy and I was left a bit pink. They went over and provided me with all of the at home care steps I needed to maintain the facial. I am very pleased! A couple days later, I am peeling a bit in some of my problem areas and already feel so smooth and tight where my skin has already exfoliated! I would definitely recommend this treatment to others!
