My esthetician, Rory Exton, was kind, genuine, and welcoming and put my mind at ease, especially after I detailed my past not-so-great waxing experience at a different facility. I was told over and over again I was too dark and to bleach my skin was the recommendation. I felt very unwelcome enduring these comments. My laser session with the owner was beyond horrible and no one could explain what had changed from the first session. Thankfully my regular esthetician found another spa that has vajacial services. I'm thankful I do not have permanent scarring from being burned by the owner with the laser. I am definitely looking for the state agency that governs estheticians.
