Once I found my specific esthetician, she became the sole reason I continued to stay a customer. I have been on a consistent schedule with her for a long time and know exactly which dates she is available and what hours she works. I'm not sure what has happened with EWC over the last two months, but none of the esthetician schedules make sense anymore. They seem to be working completely different days and hours every single week, and there doesn't even appear to be a consistent pattern. Someone may work an entire shift twice one week, four times the next week, and then maybe only once the following week. I'm someone who likes to book my appointments three months in advance with a specific esthetician because I do not work a regular Monday through Friday schedule. I need to plan ahead, and I have always been able to do that with EWC. Unfortunately, I'm no longer able to consistently book with the same person because their schedules are constantly changing. EWC, whatever this new scheduling change is, it's not working. If the scheduling doesn't change soon, I will likely be leaving once I use the remainder of my passes because I can no longer reliably book my services with the esthetician I prefer. I really don't think this is a smart business move. I understand that schedules and staffing need to change, but completely removing consistency makes it very difficult for loyal customers to continue coming back. I think you will likely lose far more clientele than just myself if this continues. Once again, all of the estheticians are wonderful, and this review is not a reflection of the quality of their work or the care they provide. My concern is specifically with the inconsistency in how staff are being scheduled each week. The previous scheduling structure made it easy for loyal customers to plan ahead and stay with their preferred esthetician, and that consistency seems to have been completely lost.
