    5 - minus stars Once I checked in I had to pay up front, and waited an hour to be seen, I think Hannah went to lunch while I waited, I was so done by the time she came in I didn't even know what exactly I came in for, I ended up saying to freshen up my eyes and she popped my eye blood vessel pretty bad, I think she did it on purpose, I have never gotten injected in the area she injected me in- I had a black eye for over a month- and till this day that same eye is still puffed up with a black line under it, all the office told me was to put vitamin k on it

    I wish I had not purchased a Living Social voucher and gone here for Botox. I should have stuck with my regular place where I pay a bit more, but get good service. I've learned my lessons: 1) It's not always best to try to find a deal 2) Go somewhere you trust when you let someone inject something into your head! After waiting 50 minutes past my appointment time (which is fine if the service is good) I was promptly given the up-sell by the Dr., who seemed cold when I assured her all I needed was what I purchased with the voucher. I agreed to add two more units. Then she quickly told me to lay down, made a number of quick sharp pokes in my forehead, and left saying "Come back in two weeks." I didn't even know what she was talking about because I've never been told to come back in two weeks. I only get Botox every six months or so. She didn't explain anything, have good bed-side manner, or give any after-care directions. She was out in under 5 minutes. I was at the clinic for about 60. I also didn't see the results that I usually do with the same units, which makes me suspicious. Did she give me less to make up for the voucher price? Did she tell me to come back in two weeks because she knew I'd need more because of it? I have no idea, but the quick and cool service doesn't instill trust. Isn't offering a LS deal to attract return customers? What's the point of offering a deal if you aren't going to offer good service and create a return customer? Maybe for them it's just to try to up-sell. Unfortunately the experience with the Dr. felt like a one-star. The second star is for the kind receptionist and staff that apologized for the wait and were very friendly.

    This is written right after one month of treatment of Botox. Both me and my friend are not satisfied with result. We purchased Groupon, and Dr. Vu is tring to sell more unit than it's needed. I've had Botox for 8 years, never experienced the worst doctor like her. None of the area on my forehead, my bunny nose, my crawfish lines are working! This is only 1 month after my treatment. I never injected more than 60 units before in total, she try to sell 85 units. She tried to sell 85 units to my fiend as well, And no result is shown on any of us. While she's injecting, I didn't see the brand of the Botox, she hided the vials in her pocket. All other doctor would show the Botox they gave to their clients. I've spent 2000 USD, and I got no result, DO NOT COME! I read other clients comments, it seems this is not the first time that she tried to sell more than what's needed. And I am ok if the products given is correct and works. But IT IS NOT WORKING! Picture shows the money that I paid. I am authentic client.

    I've been coming here for years !! I've done Botox and Sculptra. Results are amazing. Love Dr Hannah - highly recommend.

I was a patient here and underwent a surgical procedure that caused me significant pain immediately afterward. Even after a full year of repeatedly reporting my pain, discomfort, and a terrible aesthetic result--including a visible bulge in my abdomen--I was consistently dismissed. I was told everything was "fine" and that there was nothing wrong. I was the one who had to push for an ultrasound, which ultimately led to a misdiagnosis and the conclusion that nothing could be done. A year and a half later, my suffering had not stopped, so I sought second opinions from other providers. Both of them immediately recognized the diagnosis. It is, unfortunately, a known and relatively common complication of the type of surgery I had. The fact that my original doctor never acknowledged this possibility was deeply concerning. This experience has caused significant psychological stress, ongoing physical pain, missed work, and additional medical procedures. I have now had to take more time off to undergo corrective surgery, I am left with a permanent scar that would never have existed otherwise, and I have spent thousands of dollars out of pocket to repair the damage with a different doctor. What is most upsetting is that I did go back to the original provider, explained the correct diagnosis, and requested a refund based on what happened. I was told that I had received a "beautiful result," despite the clear physical deformity and the painful complication that had been overlooked for over a year. My concerns were dismissed, minimized, and ultimately ignored. At this point, I have no choice but to warn others about how complications may be handled here if something goes wrong with your procedure. I am also now forced to pursue board complaints and legal action, which is something I never wanted to do. I genuinely tried to resolve this directly. No response they leave on this review will change how this situation was handled.
