I'm an out of state entertainer (Las Vegas) and came into this store after seeing their advertisements to give them a shot. When I got there, I walked up to the counter to ask the lady with the small ponytail if they carried dancing shoes that are over size 9. She looked at me like I was bothering her and said "no we never carry anything over size 9" so I said thank you and walked off to continue to browse. I ask her if she knew what cup size her s/m fits and she said "no" so I attempted to make conversation (to kinda lighten what seemed to be tension) She pointed at a few one pieces but still wasn't very helpful.. at all. As if she had some sort of personal problem with me. It was very uncomfortable. So I walked away again to browse and noticed she was walking to other customers asking if she could help them and how their experience was, however, I'm the customer that clearly needed help lol. There were 2 other employees there that could careless to help as well. I was looking to spend well over $600 for the look I needed for tonight's show but after seeing how they acted as if they didn't want me in there, for whatever reason, I put everything back. As I was walking out the door I said "thank you" to let them know I was leaving and just being polite and they just said "byeeee" and started laughing... very very odd experience.. will not go back and will be sure to tell all of my out of town colleagues not to come here. They have bad quality dance wear for expensive prices and a no return policy. Almost every item I've purchased (have spent 100s here over the past year) has had seams busting and buttons coming off within days of wearing, sometimes after wearing it for an hour. Also very rude staff lately. The last time I was there a lady was attempting to return something and when she left upset, I heard the girl upfront call her a Karen. Very unprofessional to be talking about customers like that around other customers. Don't recommend this place at all.
