Victoria's Secret is an AOK lingerie emporium, but the way they do things doesn't mesh with my feminine sensibilities. VS merchandise tends too be decked out with silk, flowers, and lace. While there's nothing really wrong with that, I prefer a more fun, sporty look when I'm getting my sexy on. Prices here are decent for what they sell, and the staffers I've encountered here tend to treat customers respectfully. When all is said and done, if you want something with grace and dignity you could do a lot worse than checking out Victoria's Secret. read more

The sales person came to me and talked about their new gift bundle and how i can save...She was very friendly...The store itself looks lil bit messy in compare to other Victoria Secret's store I was before...I'm not sure what was the reason maybe they didn't go trough colors that they gave me that feeling...Something was off. They had great selection if stuffs and reasonably priced! They always have promotions so its fun to stop by! Nobody greeted me when I came in the store. Nobody was to be found when I was ready to try on the merchandise. I attempted to use the coupons I received in the mail and the gal at checkout was not very helpful in getting me the best bang for my buck. Good thing I'm good at math I needed $5 more to get $20 off so I just grabbed some mascara and made it happen. She left the security tag on pajama shorts and I had to go back to have it removed the following day. Rude when I called to tell them they left the security tag on. read more

My last visit left me pretty aggravated. And that's the last thing you want to feel when you're leisurely shopping, I was not greeted by anyone in the store. Even after being inside for 15 minutes all I got was quick glances. When I decided to ask for help in searching for a size and style all the help I was given was a pointed finger and an "over there". Went into this store today and had the worst customer service experience of my life. They just moved locations within the mall. The new location is beautiful and has a great selection of items. When I first entered the store I was greeted by a friendly lady who showed me to the specific bra I was looking for. After looking around I couldn't find the color I was looking for and asked another lady named Liz. She was extremely helpful and explained they only had it online. I mentioned to her that I had two free panty coupons and asked if I would be able to use them both. She said that it was no problem as long as I was making a purchase. So far, so good! Then I got to the register to pay. I handed a worker named Raina my coupons. She stated that I could not use both coupons. I told her that another worker had just told me I could. Instead of believing me, she decided that she needed to investigate. She asked around the store and stated that one of the workers had identified me (am I in a line up?) and said that she had never told me that. Raina then said her manager would let me use the coupons this one time but "not to make a habit of it" in her words. At this point I was fuming. I couldn't believe she called me a liar in front of everyone. I asked her if Liz was the person she had talked to. She said no, Liz hadn't helped me or told me I could use the coupons. I asked Raina how I would know Liz's name if she hadn't helped me. Raina had no answer to this. As I was saying this Liz walked up to the register. Liz told her that she did in fact tell me that. At this point Raina looked like exactly what she was, a jerk. I asked her why she would accuse me of lying when I am here purchasing many items? Raina said she didn't mean for it to "come off that way". However that's exactly what she had said. I received no apology from her. At this point I told her that I no longer wanted to purchase the items I had come for and wanted my coupons back. Raina fished them out of the trash can but had already shredded them. She began taping them back together. I told her that they were not going to accept my coupons if they were shredded. I said I would just finish my transaction, which I did and left. When I go a store and purchase a significant amount of products, I expect to be treated with decency and respect. I am so frustrated with this location. Not sure if it's just coincidence, but everytime myself or my wife come here it seems like they are always out of stock on the large size of Heavenly perfume that my wife uses and only seem to have the smaller sizes in stock, which are not a good value, considering the mid size is 1.7 oz, vs. the larger size of 3.4 oz., and has less than a $15 a difference in price, between the two. Coming from the retail industry, I don't understand why something as popular as the 3.4 oz. is not kept in stock, as the customer should be able to get the best deal possible. Maybe they should be ordering a larger supply to accommodate the demand... read more

I'm not a huge fan of this mall. It's in a nice area, but for whatever reason the stores seem old, and in need of updating. But I come into the V. Secret here almost everytime I go to the mall, because it's a great store. If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service here is terrible. When I walked into the front there was a group of employees just standing around talking to each other. None of them seemed interested in doing their jobs. While I was browsing around the area I overheard another employee walk up and ask for help translating for a Spanish speaking customer, to which one of the girls responded with a very condescending and rude comment towards the other employee who was just trying to help a customer out. Place was in such disarray, obvious shoppers have been constantly rifling through merchandise, and no employees following after to maintain any standards in between. Great lack of organized intimates, though bins may display a specific size, you will find ALL other sizes but what you were expecting to. Pretty shameful. read more

I had a terrible experience at this Victoria secret... my 7 year old daughter was accused of stealing a lip gloss when it was not true. The employee was really mean to my daughter and even made her cry, I talked to the manager named Joanna and she didn't want to help me I just wanted an apology from the employee for accusing my daughter of something she didn't do but it's ok I'm going to talk directly to corporate office so they can help me. Victoria's Secret Palm Desert Store moved from 2nd floor to 1st floor & separated into two North side is Victoria's Secret & South side is Pink only store where located across from Victoria's Secret store. It's inconvenient. Hope they combine two stores in the future. Its customer service was very bad before. One of its employees was chatting when her friends showed up even we, customers were waiting to check out. Finally I could buy stuffs & paid cash. The employee didn't bother to get changes from other cash register. So, I didn't get any changes. I complained manager at the time. But she was useless & did not return money Victoria's Secret took from me either. After that I never used cash at this store anymore. This incident happened a while ago. But I was traumatized. I hope they won't hire dumb & rude employees anymore. Their service is decent right now. But I still feel like VS took my money. Bad experience at stores never forgotten! read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! No one initially offered to help me, finally I scoured the store and asked someone to measure me and she seemed completely uninterested and unhappy about it. She said I was a 38DDD- I thought there was so way that was right but I'd try it anyway, and, of course, she was WAY off! I couldn't find the dressing room, asked where it was, and was pointed in the right direction. When I got there there's no one working in the fitting room so I had to go find someone to open it. I tried on the 38DDD bras and they were all WAY too big! I found someone else and asked her to properly measure me. She was sweet and helpful and left to go find something for me and I've been now standing here waiting for her for over 15 minutes, so I'm writing this review. I should emphasize the fact the store is EMPTY and there are several women working. I will NEVER come here again or recommend anyone else do so. Miserable place to shop. I bought 2 bras get 1 free. Too cold to try on. I returned same day for different size. Both were 44.50 on receipt. 1 with glitter the other without. The sports bra was free. When I exchanged the sales girl said it would be $5 more for the glitter. I showed her the other reciept where both prices were the same. Then she said it might be the size that makes it more expensive. Which is it ? How come the 1st ones were the same and now she wants more $. Won't be buying bras there again. read more

I usually love Victoria's Secret and feel that they're very helpful. But I was at this location the other day. There was ONE person working the whole store. And mind you, it was somewhat busy for a weekday. I was waiting for a fitting room for 10 minutes, no help. I then went to the cashier to ask her for help, she said "be right there", still waiting another 15 minutes later. She's just helping the people who constantly get in line. I have to say that I was one of the crazy people to hit your store at midnight for the Black Friday sale. You were packed but plenty stocked and prepared. I knew exactly what I needed to get, was on a mission and was able to get ALL my products (nearly $400). I was the 2nd person to cash out (on the fragrance side) and was literally in the store for MAYBE 10 minutes. One of your employees saw me stuffing 3 bags of products and came to my side to help. (I am sorry that I didn't get her name). I got my free gift, a secret reward card and a "Thank you and please come again" through all this chaos. So my mom had gave me a gift card but when i tried to use it online it said there was no funds. I went to the store because when i called VS they told me just to take the original Receipt and the gift cards and it would be fixed. I got there and they told me that they misinformed me that they should have fixed it. So at the store we ended up calling VS again and they said it would take 4 weeks to fix i got upset but the supervisor her name is Michelle was super awsome she ended up giving me new gift cards and a 20% of my entire purchase. I frequent this location and usually the customer service is okay, granted I never ask for help because I usually know what I'm looking for. The past two visits here I have had the worst customer service ever. The first visit I had with bad customer service I did not say anything. What happened was I asked what size sports bra I would be because it ranged from xs to l. The employee said "for sure an xs" which I thought was strange because my boobs aren't that small. But she handed me an xs and sent me on my way saying it may be a little tight but that's how it's supposed to be. Thankfully when I got home I did not rip the tag off because when I tried it on it was way too small. So back I went to get it exchanged. The second time I asked to try on a bralette but the employee asked what size bra I usually wear. I told her and she said that I don't need to try a bralette on and that I am a small. I believed her because she was so sure. Well this time I got home ripped off the tag and put it on. But guess what! It was too small again! I know I'm not drop dead gorgeous and I know my boobs are on the smaller side (34B) but seriously? It makes me feel so out of place walking in there now. I feel like because I'm a smaller chested younger (24) female that they didn't want to give me the time of day. From this point forward I will be driving out of town to a different location because twice is too much for me.
