Original Snap, Crackle & Pop Square
    Rachel K.

We ordered Skorch'd Pizza for delivery through Doordash and got the My Little Roni ($26.99), and original snap, crackle, pop square ($4), a snap, crackle, cookies and cream square ($4.50) and two house ranches ($3/each). Everything was packed well and the ranches were included in the pizza box and the dessert bars were each in their own little container. The pizza was thin crust and they use the pepperoni that turns into pepperoni cups when they cook. The flavor was good, but there wasn't much cheese on the pizza. Still a solid slice. We dipped our pizza in the ranch and it is a great ranch, flavorful and perfect for dipping. The snap, crackle and pop bars were just ok. They seemed to be packed pretty densely instead of being more fluffy and gooey. It's a me preference, but they were still a nice dessert. I preferred the original over the cookies and cream one because the cookies and cream was even more dense. We agreed that we'd try this spot again and loved the fun names for all the menu items.

Ordered the My Little Roni, nothing little about it! Sauce was perfectly acidic with a bit of heat behind it. Crust was crunchy and chewy in the best way. Cheese and pepperoni were perfectly balanced. Delicious hot and cold, best pizza I've had in a while. 26 bucks to feed three people? Unheard of. They had it ready in ~15 minutes too, so fast!

Skorch'd Pizza really impressed me and earns high marks as one of the better pizzas in Sacramento. The pickup location is a bit tucked away in a community kitchen building off downtown, area a bit sketchy, so delivery might be your best option. That said, once you've got it in hand, the pizza speaks for itself. I went with the My Little Roni and it was very tasty. The dough was solid with good structure and flavor. I would have liked a bit more char overall that's just personal preference but even without that punch of char the crust still worked great. The sauce leans a little on the sweet side, but it paired nicely with the pepperoni and didn't overpower anything. Overall it was a very enjoyable pie. I'd comfortably put Skorch'd up there in my top three pizza experiences in Sacramento. Whether you pick up or have it delivered, it's definitely worth trying if you're into well-made, flavorful pies that stand out from the usual options.

People who judge this business on the exterior of the building that the business has no control over and won't even be bothered to try the food or interact with the business owners should never be allowed to review. Or maybe stick the better food their husband can make. This place is amazing and the other reviews reflect the same. Don't be a hate reviewer and think your somebody because your not. Businesses live on the REAL reviews to be the best they can. This place exemplifies that. They will do whatever they can to make your experience the best WITH WHAT THEY CAN CONTROL. It's a ghost kitchen. They dont own the building. Got a problem with the homeless? Tell the building owners not the businesses trying to make a living but cant change the slumlords busines model.

Was so excited to try their pizza and was not disappointed. We got the "rose roni" and the "nothin plain about it" pizzas. Everything tasted so good. Will definitely come back to try the other flavors. *Chef's kiss*

I do not understand why they do not have five stars. This is the best pizza I've ever had in California. I lived in New York for a few years, and I am extremely picky. Their pizza has generous toppings and a to die for crust! Got them today on DoorDash and I do not regret it. They also wrote a cute thank you on the pizza box which I love. I purchased one side of ranch which I thought was a little pricey for 3$ but they included 2 in the box which made it better. I will recommend them to everyone & I will absolutely be ordering again.

Pictures do not do these pizzas justice. I had the "Pepper my Roni" and "Are we really doing this?". The dough is incomparable to anything local. The closest would be Uncle Vito's in Midtown, but this beats it hands down. Eat it while it's hot to capture it in its holy glory!

First time trying this place, and it was absolutely worth every penny! I caught them live on TikTok and had been wanting to try them for a while. I finally ordered delivery, and they definitely lived up to the hype! I got a half Rose Rone and half Little Roni, and it was AAAHHHMAAZINGG. I even got to watch them make my pizza during the live, very friendly crew!

    The Fenway

best pizza in town hands down, not to doughy and has a nice crunch. I tried the spicy pig and also the Fenway, both are great I personally liked the Fenway better and it pairs nicely with their hot honey. The team is awesome and take pride in what they do, nothing but good experiences

    Garden Grazer + Pepperoni

The pizza had great flavor, texture, and spice. It's not oily and you can taste each ingredient with every bite but the crust was overdone/burnt to me. The "restaurant" is a rather sterile and dystopian. The lobby worker was very nice and helpful with helping us navigate the whole experience. I'd love if they expanded to a traditional restaurant, allowing the customer to eat at a table immediately after receiving their pizza.

The pizza was really good. You can tell it was homemade with not a lot of extras on it to take away from the Great taste of the bread.

Pretty easy to look over as they have your Italian basics. We opted for a cranberry and blue cheese salad with candied nut's. We ordered a full to share. I wish we were told it was too big for just 2 people. It's good for about 3-4 people. Without knowing, we also ordered Brussels spouts, which again is for 3-4 people. As for my entree, I ordered the chicken rigatoni. I didn't get to really enjoy it because I was super full by the time it came out. It was saucy and tasted good with the chicken bites. My husband had their famous lasagna. It came out hot so they must bake it as you order which is great! I will say, he said it was extremely cheesy. He had to look for the pasta in it. He did enjoy the flavor. Circling back, we got full with the salad and a small portion of the Brussel sprouts. We had to take our entrees to go. The waitress noticed and said she should have told us that the portions to the appetizers were large. I would have just ordered 1.

Ambience: very comfortable, although very loud inside the dining room-background music along with many patrons conversing. But our wait staff was great. Friendly and engaging - but not over bearing. In fact, i gave this place an extra star just for the wait staff. Other than that, i would rate their entrees...as decent, but there is room for improvement to help raise the bar. Hence 3.5 stars overall Appetizers: 1) fried raviolis - not bad, filled with spinach and ricotta and arrived with marinara dipping sauce 2) fried calamari- too much coating which over powered the delicacy of the squid. Plus, it arrived cold. It came with two dipping sauces which helped. Entrees: 1) Two pies: Sicilian and soppresaata & hot honey: both pies were decent, arrived straight from the oven 2) farmers market salad: very fresh greens, tender pieces of chicken but was missing the fresh corn. 3) spaghetti w/meatballs: nice entree with a mild sauce, but meatballs tasted more filler than actual meat. And the garlic bread was cold 4) rigatoni aka vodka: very nice entree and our diner ordered it with gluten free pasta 5) spaghetti parmesano: entree looked great when it arrived- mild sauce w/al dente noodles but the chicken was over cooked and even dry with a layer of mozzarella that didn't help. And again arrived with cold garlic bread. Would i return? in a few years. but the service was good which made our evening. However i wish all the pasta entrees and calamari appetizer were as good as their pies. Again, little details with their appetizers, pasta, and salad dishes would have made our dining experience more enjoyable.
