Very poor customer service, and to be honest the donuts were nothing special. I went there today with my service dog and in front of all the customers the lady behind the counter screams "no dogs no dogs". He was wearing his vest and I didn't even get a chance to say anything before she kept screaming at me. I felt so embarrassed I left immediately. read more

I have lived in Oceanside forever and only tried this spot a couple months ago. I am obsessed with their chocolate donut cake holes, glazed buttermilk bar and glazed twists. My husband loves the little cinnamon roll. The couple/owners are so friendly and give great service. read more

I just had a maple bar, apple fritter and glazed donut. There is a strange taste to the dough of the bar and fritter so I'm going to only give them a 3. The glazed donut however garners a 5. I would like to know what ingredient they are using that is giving the different taste to the two items. There is something noticeably different. I must find out. Oh, and my wife said the cruller was lighter and fluffier than most so I'm going to rate that a 5 also. read more

Nothing better than a mom and pop donut shop - beats the chain donut shops every time. A very clean place in a trip center with a large choice of donuts. The donuts are large, tasty, and fresh. I had the apple fritter and a Bavarian cream - hey I just finished biking 12 miles so I can afford it. The fritter was crispy fresh with a lot of apples and the Bavarian cream was awesome. They have a coffee bar where you can add flavors and build your cup of brew the way you like it. read more

Been coming here for years. This is a traditional style donut house. I like their bagel with cream cheese. It's nothing flash and you have to ask for it. They also have a few muffins, too. The coffee selection is limited, so don't go there thinking you're going to get a gourmet coffee. It's drinkable. The owners are very nice and polite, and never seem to have days off! They keep the areas very clean and tidy, too. If I'm going to have a real donut experience, this is where I get it. read more

Also, try the breakfast sandwiches and the cold coffee beverages because it is also delicious, granted I've only tried the glazed and the apple fritter. Their donuts are good, but the breakfast sandwiches are what I drive the extra distance for. They are fantastic - especially the croissant bacon egg and cheese, but they do tend to run out of croissants - so if you're looking for a late breakfast and go there, you might end up with a bagel instead.
