I have gone to this nail place three times prior to today, had the same Nail Tech as today and the same premium service and always been more than happy. Not today. Today things were good until almost the finish when two loud young women came in complaining about needing cash and most everything else. The tech had just put one coat of polish on my toes when he left to try to quiet the women down. I waited over 15 minutes, trying to be polite but he never returned to finish my service. Only when I grabbed my shoes did he return, trying to help me and try to charge me more than the service. My nails were not cleaned up and no top coat was applied. As a result, some of the polish is already chipping by the time I got home and there are red smudges on my feet. I might remind businesses that many of us live here all year. Usually like today, the noisy complaining ones are here for a few days and gone. The rude young woman patron kept saying "I'll never come here again " well neither will all. The difference was I came multiple times to her once. read more

There were three people working when I went because it was slow early on Wednesday. Everybody was super pleasant. I saw two people getting pedicures and they were raving about the service. I had them removed dip which I had never had before and it took so long, but they did it very carefully as to not damage the nail. And then they were super helpful and flexible when I didn't know what exactly color I wanted to replace the dip and after it got done, I just thought it was lovely and perfectly done. read more

Worst experience I've ever had. I asked for short toenails, they assured me "after". They are not short. I asked for gel polish removal and a buff. After 45 minutes they couldn't get the gel off and dremmeled my nails paper thin. Uneven shapes, the buff is not shiny, and a rip in a nail that I had to fix at home. 65$. What a ripoff. if I could give this 0 stars I would. worst mani/pedi ever in my experience. Tony (Tran) cut one of my toes so badly, it was still bleeding when I left. Cuticles on hands and feet look just as bad as when I came in. AND - when I came to pay, they told me cash only - which I did not have. Who carries much cash in 2024. If they had told me when I called to make the appointment, I would have at least been warned. It's 2024 - how can a business not take cards? i don't know how they stay in business but I had to go and get cash. They weren't the least bit busy and it's pretty clear why. Poor quality work, poor customer relations. And it's not as if they were particularly inexpensive. Won't go back. Too many other nail salons- they are close to where I live so that's why I gave them a try. read more

Really wonderful experience for myself and my friend who got just a pedicure, while I got a pedicure and manicure from Wendy. It's recommended to call ahead, as it's not a huge shop. They are also cash only, but they do have an ATM on site. The massage chairs are very comfortable while you get a pedicure, and I would recommend the sea salt scrub. They have lots of great colors to choose from. They also do dips, ombre, and chrome on the fingernails. I had gold chrome for the first time and it looks amazing. I have already had a ton of comments every place I go. I will definitely make this my new place to get my nails done. read more

My husband came in for a mani & pedi on sept 11, 2024. He then can home a few minutes later saying his fingers were hurting. I looked at his hands and 4 of his fingers were bleeding and one of his toes were also punctured from the nail person removing too much of his cuticles. We chose to go back and ask for a refund since it was a horrible job. The owner proceeds to only give us back $20 out of the $70 he paid. The salon is unsanitary and as someone that works in the beauty industry, all tools should be disinfected after every customer. Their tools were not only not clean but they were rude and tried to deny that one of his toes were bleeding as well. All because they didn't want to give him a a full refund. They didn't apologize or acknowledge us as human beings. The risk of possibly getting a fungal infection by puncturing living skin is a BIG NO ! That also should have been enough to startle them to be concerned. Disgusting behavior. If you're in town or live here... do not ever go there!!!!! read more

Bryan personally did my dip powder gel mani, and since I already had gels on, he gave me a fill for $10 less than the price for a new set; this was a particularly nice surprise because my regular salon back home only offers completely redone gel manicures for the full $40 price tag. Bryan explained that he provides fills in order to protect clients' nails and keep them from thinning. I really appreciated that. He expediently finished my fingers in just half an hour and moved me to the pedicure chair right after; again, I usually get my nails done all at once in a single chair but here, they do hands and feet separately so that you aren't overwhelmed and you get to enjoy the pedicure that much more. Another employee gave me the best value pedicure I've ever had! $20 for polish removal, cuticle trimming, filing, foot scrub, callous remover, lotion and brief massage, and fresh painting. He was very attentive and focused on making my experience relaxing. They were also able to 'match' the regular paint on my toes with my gel manicure which was extra cool. I've never left a salon with a mani/pedi for $50 before my visit to Eden. I was able to tip both men 30% thanks to their amazing pricing. I did enjoy getting my nails done here the nail technicians were all very nice. I'm from out of state and it was only 80& for French toe pedi & 40/50 for acrylic full set. In Minnesota it is around 150$+ However I am concerned with the cleanliness of the salon. They didn't have any of the tools were sanitized. I really love my toes, but my nails didn't turn out they are very thick and pretty opposite from what I wanted. It's gray slicer and very thick. I was in Palm Springs for my wedding and decided to try this place out for a manicure pedicure before the big day. Walked in and got a dip manicure from the male owner of this business. I was very unhappy as half my nails were not painted and they were extremely uneven and very thick. I got my pedicure from a kind lady who seemed terrified of her boss. I waited patiently to ask the guy if he could fix my nails because the lady doing my pedicure was too scared to fix them herself because she said she would get reprimanded (I apologized and told him I didn't want to interrupt his current service but It was for my wedding and I wanted them to be perfect). I sat there waiting for 45 minutes until he was done with the lady he was working with. He came up rudely and asked if I just wanted another coat and again I kindly let him know that I wanted him to fix the shape of possible and just look carefully at them because there were many issues. Immediately he snapped at me and said "I don't have time for people like you. Pay for your pedicure and get out of here". I left the salon in tears the day before my wedding after waiting kindly for an extra 45 minutes. This place is horrible. The female owner is lovely but everyone is scared of the man and he is disgustingly rude. I do not recommend this place. I would never tell anyone to go near this place. read more

I'm still sour about this whole thing. I chose the $40, top tier pedicure. Had I been by myself, it might have been less noticeable that I got a half-assed service. My technician was nice enough and did the basics, but for the top service with all the bells and whistles, aimed at removing calluses and relaxation, I expected more. I would have guessed this was a $15 pedicure had I not known better. Lucky for my husband, he got someone else who massaged his legs for a good 15 minutes longer than mine did. She removed his rough heel skin (I still have cracks in my heels afterwards). Overall, she just did things with more attentive care than I received. She even shook her head when my lady left, saying my husband was lucky he got her. I wholeheartedly agree. She opened new tools for him and used something a little more intense for his heels. Mine needed this for sure. My tech didn't appear to use sanitized tools between clients, so she took tools (not sanitized before me) she used on me over to the manicure she started while she let me sit in the chair with legs only half wrapped in a hot towel and cold paraffin wax on my feet to "let it soak in." (Spoiler: It didn't make a difference.) Being cold and uncomfortable, I decided to turn on the massage chair again to make it somewhat worth the $50 (with tip) I spent. That was a bad idea. I must have been sitting imporperly or something, because now my back hurts. This was by far one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. Being a new mom and on a family trip, I was hoping to feel rejuvinated, especially after choosing the most expensive package. I'm not sure if Oregon is just super different, but for that price, we at least get something to drink (mimosas, wine, tea, etc.) to accompany the service. To boot, the floor was dirty, flies were buzzing around, and the chair was dirty. There were no tvs, no where to put a purse, and little else to warrant this a place to be called Eden. Worst manicure ever. I was in town for a work ever and wanted a quick mani. Based on the location and previous reviews my friend and I walked in for manis. The person doing my mani couldn't polish my entire nail to safe her life. I had more polish on my skin then my nail. She left cuticle skin hanging on my skin and the person doing my friends cut her.
