I had a appointment at 11:45 when I went inside the salon I was waiting at the front desk for about 1-2 min waiting for one of the employees to assist me ( it was quite empty about 4 people were getting pedicures and there was employee sitting down on their phone). Once one of the ladies saw that I was waiting, she proceeded and ask what I'm getting done I told her a pedicure. Waited for the lady to fix up everything so I can sit down. Once I got seated maybe about 5 more people came in during my appointment. I noticed how every single one of these customers got THEIR DOOR OPEN, GOT ATTENDED RIGHT AWAY, GREETED WITH A SMILE. I found this discriminatory because I'm Mexican with a darker complexion than those who came in after me. This was the second time going, my first visit wasn't as horrible like this time. I'm super surprised because my first time going was busy and packed and got attendant right away with my sister. I'm disappointed because my pedicure last time lasted me months without chipping but with what happened this time discourages me of going again. Went there on 12/30/19 to get mani/ pedi. My manicure was with gel and regular pedicure. Absolutely terrible on both services. The color on my toes were chipped and after 3 days the gel on my fingers are coming off! Please don't go there! You will be wasting your time and money! Absolutely upset! Super generic, nothing special except the three minutes of hot stones. Otherwise, the entire experience was Meh. The salon itself is not very inviting and has no ambiance AT ALL. The radio on the floor was tuned into a talk radio channel. I enjoy soft music when I get a pedicure. The techs don't speak to one another constantly, but when they do they suddenly yelled across the room to each other. This startled my friend and I a few times. The first two times we thought they were talking to us, so we interrupted the conversation we were having to say 'excuse me?' Not one of the three techs spoke enough English to say 'sorry, we were talking to each other, not you', (or didn't care enough to explain), so that was weird. The skill of the tech was alright, my nails look decent 5 days later but she did not spend any time looking after my heels or my baby toe which have light callouses. I'm accustomed to having attention to those two places which is one of the reasons for having a professional pedicure. So here I am on a Saturday, digging out my nail kit so I can sand my own heels and finish the job. This is the first time I've ever had to do that 5 days after a pedicure. Not satisfying in any way, so this was my first and last visit. $35 for a mediocre pedicure, you can do better. read more

They made sure there was an umbrella over me so I wasn't in direct sunlight:) Also my toes are literally perfect. I finished the pedicure off with a 15 minute neck massage. I just got my nails done here and I have to say this place gave me one of the best manicures I've had! I work just around the corner and desperately needed my nails done so I gave them a quick ring and they took me in right away despite being already busy. I was warmly welcomed and offered something to drink and got started on right away. Tien started on me first prepping my nails and then Lynn took over doing the dip and they worked seamlessly as a team. I was looking for a nail salon because my county is closed so I drove from San Joaquin County to San Mateo County to get a gel fill and a pedicure. The ladies were super super nice my manicurist her name was Linh. She did an awesome job. The price was a little pricey although it doesn't read on their website what they quoted me at the door but I drove a long way so I said let me go ahead and stay. Was worth it I believe the prices need to be posted or corrected on their website. My pedicure I can't remember the gals name but she was amazing she had strong hands. Love this place. Always so friendly and I get the same technician every time. I found this salon by walking by. I walked in and they were just the best. The hot rocks and foot/hand massage makes my whole day better. They really know their business. I have troubles with ingrown/badly grown nails. I came in for a gel pedicure and full set. I ended up leaving and paying $125. I got one color for my full set manicure. The prices are crazy. I was told that $55 for pedicure and $70 for hands then was told $40 for hands. So I was confused but the prices they charge are crazy and my nail shape is horrible. The person doing my pedicure rushed through the prep, not doing the exfoliation I needed, then partway through left me to hurry over to an incoming customer, saying it was "her customer," requiring someone else to finish my pedicure. One thing I loved about this place was that if you happened to mess up a nail while still in the salon, they would come and fix it for you (as I did, of course). That said, while the ladies were friendly, they seemed to be in a rush from the moment my friends and I walked in--giving us hardly any time to chose our colors. After thirty seconds of scanning the available polish, the ladies herded my three friends and me over to the manicure tables. However, about ten minutes into our manicures, a clearly regular customer came in. Upon this woman's arrival, the ladies moved one of my friends out of her chair and over onto the pedicure massage chairs just so that this new customer could sit down. So this place was a quick find for my mother and myself. We were going to a wedding that night and wanted to get our nails did. It took about an hour and a half for both of us from start to finish. I splurged and pampered my mom with the spa Pedi and Mani ($50 each). Eh, nothing fantastical...but the ladies are marvelous though! They were gentle and amazing with the massages and the cuticle cutting. It is a quiet spot that you really can relax in. The ambiance is nothing fancy, regular spa chairs, regular lotion, regular polish. But the care they put into the work is what makes this place worth visiting again.
