Visited Sky Zone today for a get together with friends. All the kids had fun which is all that I could really ask for from a place like this. They have a trampoline area, a foam-square pit area, an obstacle course, basketball and dodge ball. The biz was clean and staff was friendly. They also have a small concession stand and an area with games. The prices were reasonable and the kiddos jumped/played for three hours so I feel like I definitely got my monies worth ;) read more

Won't be back - was overcrowded and they are not enforcing masks so many idiotic adults were without them. I asked why they weren't enforcing it and was told that an adult punched a 14 year old over it at another branch location. I understand the staff (many of whom are teenagers) should not have to deal with that kind of violent, moronic behavior but the owners need to deal with it. Hire a bouncer/security guard to be the one to approach and deal with these individuals. I guarantee you they'll stop the nonsense. Was there yesterday. Stood on payment line for 15 minutes with excited kids only to be told we needed to register at some computers "over there". Why isn't this posted at the entrance? Muddled through entering multiple pages collecting a lot of personal data; names, our ages, addresses, phone numbers and email address. Had to electronically sign 3 pages of legal disclosures to basically not hold them responsible for injuries. After completing all of this we had to return to payment line behind everyone. Then told my registration was not complete or correct! Well of course, I wasn't trained on how to do it. Isn't that what staff and employees do? No, silly of me to expect any customer service these days. Back to the computers and had to start from beginning but with an employee to be sure done right. What a waste of time. Staff should enter your data to accommodate customers. Again, silly me expecting business to consider the paying customers' convenience. Then back to payment line where a male manager just stood there looking at a long line while 2 registers were closed. He should have helped. I've had an easier time getting through US customs when traveling than getting into this place. By this time my opinion of this place was already soured. In comparison to other trampoline parks this one is clean and appears well maintained. The staff here is young which is problematic as their friends come and don't follow any rules. The staff was not enforcing the safety rules for their friends. My daughter and her friends are 7/8 years old and I was constantly having to pull them away from these kids. I watched staff rough house with their friends and really just let them do whatever they wanted. I wouldn't go back for safety purposes. read more

Like any other Yelp listing, it's hard to know what's real and what's not until you experience things for yourself. Having been to this location twice I think I get the basic idea of things (not like it's all that hard) of what's shaking here. Like Tom B. said, basically this place is about the only thing at the Westgate Mall that keeps it from being completely irrelevant. I truly don't think it's a coincidence that Westgate Pizza moved right across the hall from this place. One literally feeds into the other perfectly. If you've ever been to a Bounce U location then you know the basic idea of what to expect as there are a lot of similarities. You start by either filling out your waiver online or you fill it out at one of the kiosks right when you enter. You can also pre-purchase admission online but from what I've seen (ourselves included) no one does this which is fine as you simply pay at the counter. Next comes picking our your "skysock" size and paying for them as well. A note about these bad guys. While they are only two bucks a pair and while you can recycle them for a future visit it's very nickel and dime to make you pay for them as some other Sky Zone locations include them as part of the admission price which considering how expensive things already are, it's really how things should be done. I also notice other Yelpers mentioning too many rules or that staff members are somehow being rude. Hell, when we've gone the staff at the counter were great and the staff in the bounce areas were not paying attention to anything which meant more or less just do what you want. Hours are usually 4-8 during the week with 10-11 on Saturday and 10-7 on Sunday. During school breaks or holidays they extend hours and they also have separate times during the morning on weekdays for younger children only. If you're the parent/guardian of such a child that is when you should be going. Trying to bring your two year old during a regular open jump time with teenagers or even adults is a disastrously stupid choice. It also goes without saying that if you come here on weekends don't cry about things being crowded. Duh, what did you expect? Plenty of nice slow dead times during the week when comparatively you can have the place to yourself versus sharing it with a hundred other people. Standard pricing is below: 30 Minutes $11.00 60 Minutes $15.00 90 Minutes $19.00 120 Minutes $23.00 But, in all seriousness you shouldn't be paying that as they have been on Groupon quite a bit over the past year. Yes it would require coming on a weekday but considering that you can save almost 50% off the regular pricing, it's worth the sacrifice to come at those times. Yes indeed SkyZone is fun but to maximize things don't waste your money on their food/drink offerings or on buying the socks more than once or by even paying full price. Went here for my nieces birthday. The place was Super small and congested. They absolutely let too many people in without proper capacity limits even though the manager stated they were no where near their limit. There could only be 1 kid to each trampoline which lead to kids having to wait on line until it was their turn. My kids literally wasted half of their jump time just waiting online to jump. There were no space for the adults to sit and watch their kids because it was so overcrowded. When we complained to The manager Anne she was very rude and told us that we picked the busiest day and the busiest time so basically we should have known our kids wouldn't be able to jump. I responded to an email about the dodgeball team for elementary age. We arrived tonight to a smiling and friendly staff. Their online sign up and waiver made signing in a breeze. I let them know of my my sons asthma and was immediately brought to the attention of the management (because I was dropping off my son). I decided to stay and watch and I am so happy I did. Every staff member I encountered was smiling and polite! My son got to play dodgeball against the pro team that practices there and it made his night! I made arrangements to take Dylan to Sky Zone this morning. I called ahead on Thursday to confirm their schedule and ask some questions. It's always best to go to somewhere new with all the information, and forms filled out in advance. This reduces wait time which is difficult for Dylan. We left at precisely 9:20 to make the 38 minute trip just in time to get there with just a couple of minutes to wait. When we arrrived there was a note on the door saying the "Sensory Hour" had been canceled. They were having some other even going on that looked like an awards party or something. Just like that. After I called to confirm on Thursday, they booked a party. I wanted to punch somebody. Since I can't really do that, I'm going to get this out to as many people as possible so others know how important the "sensory hour" and our kids with sensory issues are to Bethlehem Sky Zone, because they just talk a good game. They don't really want a safe and calm environment environment, they want to make money. I spoke with a manager there, but he was unsympathetic. Rather than cause a scene like I felt like doing, I sent Sky Zone a message on Facebook. "Hey- thanks for changing the schedule this Sunday April 7th. I made special arrangements with my son's group home (so they could properly staff ) and I drove 40 minutes to Sky Zone/. We arrived at 10am for the Sensory hour but it was canceled and some party event was going on. Way to go. Do you have any idea what that does to an autistic person? It's a shame that I wasted the gas and time driving that I could have spent doing something fun with him. Instead, I had to deal with a 40 minute melt down all the way back to Stroudsburg. I WAS going to buy a $100 gift card to donate to the Special Olympics, but I think I'll spend it somewhere else. You probably won't care if we ever come back which is unfortunate, because I think he would have loved being there. One hour once a week is not too much to ask- our kids can't handle crowds, and over the top sensory input. The jumping actually calms them. Why an event had to happen during that ONE hour a week that is designated for them is beyond me. Your schedule looks great on line, but what really happens is a sham. What an awesome place! I've been wanting to try Skyzone for a long time now and I'm glad I finally did. I went with my boyfriend who is 26 (and I'm 21) and we still had a blast! This is truly something for any age. The place was kept clean and the court guards were friendly, and observant. Signing the waver was also a lot quicker and easier than I had anticipated. There's plenty to do here, so there's no way you could be board while you're here. Prices are also definitely very affordable, including their food concessions. They make a point to say they separate by ages and weights but they don't so your small child can be jumping next to rowdy adults. They don't pay attention the jump time stickers so people are dishonest and stay past their time. I witnessed grown adults wailing small kids with balls in the dodgeball arena and the attendants said nothing. The lines for the obstacle course were ridiculous they have no time limit and if you are stuck on the same obstacle for like 10 minutes or more that's fine they'll let you keep trying and the timers are already all broken so they don't work. It's run by teenagers and college kids who really don't seem to care what is going on. There are multiple exits to the outside that are not secured with an alarm or anything so a child could easily get abducted without anyone knowing. read more

1st time here, overall good experience. The kids had fun. The place is not very spacious. Kind of reminds me of chuck e cheese. I didn't have a b-day party so I can't say anything about that except that the party rooms are private. Waiver forms done at home can save you time if you have a large group but wasn't painful; all done on a kiosk in the main lobby. Kiosks could be separated a bit more because you feel like people are on top of you when they are getting there waivers done. Here it goes: 2 "arenas" for extreme dodge ball, 1 for teens-older and 1 for kids maybe 10-younger, 3 basketball lanes for dunking at 3 different heights, 3 obstacle courses for different ages/ strengths, 1 foam pit and 1 area with just trampolines all over the place that they separate by ages. Teens to college age people are running the place, I may have seen 2 adults running around. Having said that, it seemed to be all in order there wasn't much to there job. I think they should have different prices for different ages groups. There is no way of anyone knowing which kid you walked in with, there's no stamp or otherwise. The tags they give you say when your time is up but it looks like you can easily get away with staying longer, I didn't notice anyone paying attention to that. I think an hour is more than enough time to experience everything. They sell food but I didn't buy anything. Didn't look at prices. You can leave your clothe/sneakers on a rack but who would do that. There are lockers as well for just 50 cents, can't beat that, but are limited. Strong 3 out of 5 stars, there are definite improvements that can be made. I can see how someone's experience can be greatly altered by how courteous/fair the other people are with each activity, your on a time limit so you want to have a fair shake at everything. read more

Came to Sky Zone to try something different on a Sunday before a Monday holiday (first bad decision) and the place was packed beyond belief. It was actually hard to navigate through the place, but I was surprised at how small the inside of Sky Zone was. I was expecting it to be significantly bigger. Most of the staff was uninterested in what was going on around them as many of them were very young, which shouldn't have been the case since dangerous situations could have occurred. The party I was with was fairly old (ages 14-24) and we were by far the oldest people there. Nothing of what I expected and will not be returning. read more

Last year we had our sons 8th birthday at Freefall and this today 3/5 we had his 9th birthday at Skyzone. Myself and the kids were not very pleased with Skyzone. Freefall shuts down the dodgeball for the birthday party and Skyzone kept it open to everyone. The ninja warrior was cool but the height on most of the stuff was so high some adults wouldn't even be able to reach it and the buzzard at the end was so old it would fall apart when the kids hit it. We had to stay in the party room for 50mins which is way to long because with only 10kids it takes 20 mins for them to eat cake and pizza. They would not allow us to open presents for the remanding 30mins. It was a waste of 30mins. If I would suggest one of them for a birthday party it would 100% be Freefall over Skyzone. read more
