Poorly inflated, kids were sinking in and struggling to get out.
    Jeree T.

This place showed up as a SKY ZONE location online. When we arrived, it still has the Rockin Jump on the outside. We immediately noticed a difference as we have one in Florida. There wasn't much to do and the little things that they have are in poor condition. The wall climb has an inflatable for them to fall back on. It was barely inflated. Kids were sinking down far and struggling to get out. They "closed" the little "food court" an hour before close as they didn't seem to be able to keep up with the little slushies they were making. I would not recommend. The only good thing was how quick it was to pay and get started.

Sliced hand from screw or sharp metal sticking out of pole

Started off Okay, but while my daughter was playing this boy that had been dropped off with his other siblings to play with no parent to supervise them went overboard and kept pushing her even after she told him to stop. My daughter grabbed on to the pole that was in the middle of the floor to stop her fall but there was a sharp screw or piece of metal sticking out of the pole and it sliced her hand and wrist. We went to the front desk and alerted the lady working about the pole and the boy who kept pushing her. She gave her a couple bandaids and seemed to know the boy and his siblings because she called him by name over the intercom and when he got to the front desk she scolded him and told him not to play so rough and that she would call his dad if he did that again. We showed her where the pole was and the screws sticking out, she said "oh I'll put some tape or something over it" but she never did. My daughter played for another 30 min then we left. Right before we left my daughter reminded her about the pole and she said she would get to it in a second but did not do anything while we were there. So BEWARE of the sharp pole with screws sticking out don't let your little one grab it and slice their hand open like mine did!!!

I can honestly say there are better jumping experiences than this one. It's quite small inside. Not enough variety. There are about 6 sections which aren't very exciting are amusing. I'd say this location is better suited for toddlers maybe even up to the age of 6 or 7. Any older than that and I'd say they'd get bored rather quickly. I took pictures of 4 of the 6 open spaces at the time, one was under construction which would have made the 7th section

    Fun times!!

The kids had a blast!! We enjoyed the all day pass for $17. It's really a no brainer $15 for an hour or $17 for all day. A great place for kids parties. I like the addition of the game room. There's plenty of parking and sitting for adults. Compared to Skyzone I believe this trampoline park is better for smaller kids.

I had with me three teens. I assumed I would pay for the 90 minute package for each. They said that because it was past 6:30, they could not do the 90 minute package, and I had to sign up for the monthly membership for each of the kids I had with me! I would have turned around and left except I was there with exchange students who had never been and really wanted to jump. I tried to explain these kids aren't even local, I was just a chaperone, they would never be back. I don't need a membership, etc. Everyone in line was complaining. It's not the employee's fault, and I felt bad she had to defend such an insane policy.

Out of 4 times my son has been, he has been shoved off the balls 3 times. Sometimes violently. One of those times, my sons neck had slammed against the edge of the ball pit. He went to a staff member and the staff member said, 'then why do you keep going over there?' Once I found out that this has been happening I went in to talk to management. I spoke with the manager, Kevin. Once face to face with Kevin, all of the gestures of disdain, impatience, and contempt from Kevin were hard to take. It devolved into petty back and forth about who had a worse attitude. With a smile, he informed me that he was not rolling his eyes, he was just moving them from side to side (Like, what are you still doing here?) With a big smile, he told me he was raising his voice over mine and tallking over me because he needs to de-escalate the escelation I was choosing to create. But after about 20 infuriating minutes, he still had not taken down a single fact about what happend to my kid. Somewhere in the confrontation, I was told that they have a zero tolerance bullying policy. But the attitude we've experienced on the ground is, 'I know kids are getting bullied, what do you want ME to do about it?'

First up is the check in process for a booked party took forever leaving way less time for the kids to jump and play as they could have used more staff at the front desk to assist in this process. There was fluid spilt all over the concrete floor, no signs and I told 2-3 young staff members and it went for a long time before finally being addressed while many kids almost slipped and fell which could have been a catastrophe or injured someone. The staff seemed to be running behind on food delivery which ran us over with very little time to do awards as we were rushed out of the party room only to see it sit vacant for the next hour which seemed inconvenient and inconsiderate since the venue was behind ok delivering the food and beverages. The kids definitely enjoyed this facility as it has more activities and multiple rooms to do different activities like dodgeball and they got a private dodgeball among them and a private party but unfortunately the private party had an adult father who was playing hitting our boys in the face and being over aggressive and extremely inappropriate in his actions; and was ultimately removed from the venue due to many parents complaining at how he was harming the children with his actions. The pizza by the slice ordered and paid for separate from the party was cold and tasted as if it were not fresh leaving the guest we brought not willing to eat it. A child was harmed and crying/screaming coming off the swing arm activity and the young staffer literally ignored him and I accompanied the child to seek out finding his parents. All the staff were young, immature and oblivious towards keeping an eye on the kids it seemed and if there was an older more mature manager onsite they were not seen during the visit. The staff were friendly they just seemed under trained for working directly with children. The venue itself is in the busy mall at Sugarloaf and the security or lack of at the front door seemed inadequate for a facility that caters to children and smaller kids could venture out without someone noticing as there is no information desk directly close to it and the door/entry was not monitored or secure for guests coming and going; so it's important parents ensure they keep a good eye on kids so they do not risk being lured away from the venue or establishment.

They require you to sign a waiver relating to rules of engagement, injury liabilities, etc. You and your kiddo(s) have to wear grip socks when in the play area. The price was great for one day as well as the food prices. The food is kid food so pizza, fries. Pretzel bites, corn dog bites, stuff like that. The pizza was tasty, you know like better than frozen pizza and almost like school lunch pizza. Tasty. They'll have slices and whole pies to order. They have a bubble area for when it's bubble time which is adorable considering my little loves bubbles. Most children like bubbles. They'll announce a birthday if the kid is having a party there or not, they'll do a shout-out which is cute. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful. I saw some of the senior staff knew some of the kids' names since they were frequent visitors. The play area is a good layout. Some moms were watching in the play area while some sat in the cafe sitting area to watch their kids. I even seen a few moms working on their laptops which was cool considering those moms had bigger kids like 8+ that didn't need as much supervision as the toddlers. The layout has something for everyone of all walking ages. They have big and little slides, a trampoline area, a nice jungle gym, again, something for all the kids. We live in in-town Atlanta near the zoo and have done the tree top quest there many times. You can't really compare this one to that and I think most climbing/zip lining places (like we did on our last summer trip in the old city of Montreal which has a fun one) are different. I thought the price tag (around $45) was on the higher end but given the time you spend here it's definitely more reasonable than I thought at first. Even after probably 2-2.5 hours my 8 year old didn't want to leave. For the little ones, they have a smaller course which probably won't occupy them quite as long, but it's also cheaper, and he (my 5 year old) also enjoyed it as well as the trampoline in the sky ball throwing place. Skot, the manager who helped us get set up, was super nice and friendly. The staff in general were helpful here and the tutorial for how to use the harness and hooks seemed to suffice, although at times we would have liked for more people around. Part of the course being so spread out is that even on a busy holiday weekend, at times the kids were really by themselves. The thing that maybe stands out the most about this place is how independent it is. At times the kids found this frustrating but I think it inspires independence, helps build confidence, and ironically the lack of help at times maybe ends up being more of a plus. It also means that there are fewer bottle necks assuming you aren't doing the course with a big group, as there are many points where you have to wait for someone to finish the section before you go. The scale of the place also helps thinning out any sort of lines. It's important to understand that there are a series of levels and difficulties and different courses within the overall park/terrain and it's a sort of choose your own adventure situation. In this way, you can hook and unhook yourself to these different courses as you transition and walk within the space. My daughter really wanted to advance past level 3 and had gained the confidence to do so, but you have to be 12 or older for levels 4 and up. From a weight perspective with some of the course set up (and zip lines), I think this makes sense and ultimately my daughter loved it and still didn't want to leave. We saw quite a few teens there who seemed to be enjoying themselves too, but they said there were fewer zip lines and more obstacle type situations with the higher levels. I would definitely come back here and especially as my younger one gets older (I think it's 7 and older for the bigger course?) try some more of the tracks. There are also some snacks at the main ticket place where people standing by can munch. Be sure to wear closed toed shoes
