This review is solely about the management at Rockin Jump Ms. Linda. My 14-year-old son and his friend frequently visit this location and typically have fun. Our routine is dropping them off to be picked up a couple of hours later. This past Sunday we pre-purchased our tickets and dropped them off as usual. When I picked them up they told me that the manager (Ms Linda) denied them entry because they were unaccompanied teens and told them to leave or she'd call the police. With no way to contact parents right away, they didn't leave the building because where were these children supposed to go??? Again they were told to leave or the police would be called. These boys had done NOTHING wrong and were paying customers but were profiled by her as teens there to cause trouble. I confronted the manager Ms. Linda and she told me it was the policy. I asked her to direct me to where I could find this policy. First, she said the waiver I signed. She lied. It's not in the waiver. When I called her out for that she said it's on the website. Lied again. It's not on the website. Nor is it on the front door. Once called out on her bogus defense of her behavior she became even more defensive and ridiculous. To weaponize the police when talking to CHILDREN and force them to leave when they haven't done a thing wrong and make rules as you go is reprehensible. Ms. Linda showed no remorse or accountability for the dangerous position she put these kids in as minors and young black boys. It's disgusting. I have emailed the owner and am awaiting a response before I continue on to media outlets. So far I've heard nothing so the news is my next call. This needs to be handled and addressed because this was profiling plain and simple. There aren't many safe spaces left for our kids to have fun and Ms. Linda just ruined this one for these boys. read more

The amount of stuff in there is good for the kids. The facility is reasonably clean. I've been to kids parties there too. Also good. The only complaint that I have is that every freakin teenager that works there looks absolutely miserable. Terrible people skills. It would just be nice to receive a smile while greeted at the counter when you bring your kids inside. I don't think I have ever received one and I've been there a lot with my kids. :( read more

Absolutely disrespectful staff. It's obvious these people loath their jobs or any form of customer service. God forbid my daughter brought a stuffed toy with her & they said nothing about it. She dropped it behind the trampoline slide and despite not believing that they couldn't look for it in that moment... I gave my information & waited to hear if it was found the next day. Called and nothing - left a voicemail & nothing. Drove all the way back here - to be told that the staff didn't find it. But, I honestly don't believe them. The girl at the front desk rolls her eyes at everyone that comes to the desk. I sat and watched her do it to everyone yesterday and as I walked in politely to check on the lost toy, she looked at me with contempt... didn't get any update, talked to the manager ... and all he said was give me one moment - to her. She then turns to me and said he didn't find it... with a smirk on her face. He never told her anything. Sorry guys, just a mom over here trying to locate my daughters little unicorn. Donald the "manager" did go ahead and look under the trampoline (what he supposedly couldn't do yesterday) and didn't see the toy. How he can do it this time and not yesterday is beyond me. Then He said that he was the one that looked last night as well. Then why wouldn't you have come to me and said, hey... I looked for it personally last night... why didn't you call me to let me know, before I drove all the way up here. Why wouldn't you have been quick to respond when I walked in? It just doesn't make any sense. I get that there are more important things in the world, but I'm confused by his defensiveness when I shared why it's hard for me to understand & believe that the cleaners weren't even told to look for it - and then supposedly it was him that did it. ???? Just doesn't add up. Then he tried to parent me, about rules and things, and how parents should understand and what parents should do with their children's expectations. I agree with previous posts about the nonchalance, unprofessionalism, and overall disappointing behavior of the entire staff. I took my 3 yr old and infant (whom I carried) on a rainy Saturday afternoon. It was definitely busy which I didn't mind but my issue is with how the staff was so unbothered and slow about providing customer service. After our two hour jump session, we ordered pizza, fries and wings. It took 45 min for the pizza (and apparently everyone else's, as we asked each other how long they'd been waiting), and over an hour for the wings. I asked a young staff member for an update and they had no answers.. only blank stares. One time he went into the kitchen and came back and didn't even say anything to me. I asked another staff member if there was a manager around to speak to.. initially he pointed across the entire facility, but I asked him to go get him rather than me toting a baby and toddler to go find him. Not only did it take forever for them to go and get one, the manager didn't even bother to ask me what my concern/issue was. He said that he would grant me a refund for the wings that hadn't come (at that point it'd been an hour since they were ordered) and passed it off to someone else to take care of before just walking away. It's almost as if he had more pressing things to do than address my request to speak to him. No explanation about the slow service, no apology for the inconvenience.. he didn't even hear from me other than when he asked what in the receipt I wanted refunded. It's apparent that the young workers haven't been trained very well, because at least one would've provided better service. No one seemed to know what was going on, no one knew where the food was when we asked them to check on it. There was so much hustle and bustle and not a whole lot being accomplished. If someone had said yea it's such a busy day.. so many ppl here today.. sorry it's taking longer than usual.. I'm sorry about your wait, I probably wouldn't even have thought to write a review. And on top of everything, the manager just didn't seem to care about anything. Idk if he got on the kids behind kitchen doors or asked them to do better later, but he just didn't represent Rockin Jump well at all. If I'd been an undercover owner or otherwise superior to him, he'd definitely be fired over the quality of his performance. In addition to the food fiasco, I stood outside the restroom for over ten minutes, waiting for two young men to finish cleaning it. Who knows how long they'd already been in there, but no one said "we'll be out shortly ma'am" or anything of the like when I walked in on them, and when they were done they just walked past and said nothing even though another family with two children was waiting as well. When we got inside, the sink counter was wet, there was trash on the floor, the same purchased socks on the floor in the stall that I'd seen an hour earlier.. and who knows what else still uncleaned. Idk.. it was just unlike any experience I've had at similar places. I think better people skills in general for the employees would improve things a great deal. If it weren't for the fact that I'd already bought the summer pass before all this happened, I probably wouldn't go back. Hopefully it was just an off day for them and second time will be the charm. That was my first time visiting and I've been looking fwd to going, but I'm sure other places are so much better than what I experienced this weekend. read more

Very ghetto would not recommend! First off they charge you for 60 minutes but you only get 39 minutes. Before they switch the wristband colors? Advertise food they don't have charge you for it but you don't get it and then you get an attitude when you asked for your refund? Then the most disgusting thing they use the same cups for refills.... So you mean four people can drink out of one cup and get a refill and you're putting the germs back on the machine. I've only been to this place during the toddler hours in the morning. My daughter who is 16 months loved it! We went with a small group for a play date and there was plenty of room for the kids to run around and have a good time. The parking is plentiful and they have a cafeteria type of area where you can order snacks and food as well. My only complaint is they added $10 worth of socks to my tab without even asking if I needed/wanted them- meh! Other than that, my complaints are minimal. My group enjoyed themselves. The only reason they get one star is because it won't let me give them none! The concept of the place is nice but the customer service or lack there of is HORRIBLE!!!!! I had a party of 22 kids and there were no instructions upon arrival, pizza was burned, and one of my attendees were injured on an unsecure net/trampoline. The "GENERAL MANAGER" WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Instead of making sure the child was ok they were worried about us taking pictures of the unsecured net. They didn't even call the paramedics to make sure the child was ok. I will NEVER go there again!!! I would rather drive to Sky Zone. OH, and they tried to over charge me for 4 extra people but claim they couldn't pull the waivers to show me who i was paying for. read more

I took my daughter to the Rockin Jump in ridge Hill location for her 4th birthday. I was expecting it to be very busy it was actually very calm. The staff are all very welcoming and engaging with all the kids all ages. My daughter went to the adventure course area which had a 5 foot jump in to a foam pit. She was very scared to do it. "Danamaia" 1 of the staff was very helpful in getting my daughter to jump in the pit, she supported her and wouldn't give in until my daughter jumped, she eventually did and Danamaia gift my daughter 5 dollars. I appreciate all of the staff here. read more

I gave it three stars because my daughter & God daughter had fun. They didn't have a foam pit which was okay, but it would have been nice. Like the other reviews, the customer service is horrible. They don't greet you at the front desk. Two guys even went back & forth on who would check me out. The guy just handed me socks based on what he think the kids sizes were. I pre purchased a groupon & after much reading, I knew it was required to purchase socks like any other trampoline park. The guy told me I had to pay $6 & I had to ask for socks, right? He said yes! Where do we just charge ppl for anything without Ellington them what they are paying for. It's sad. This was my first visit. I purchased a Groupon to throw a birthday party for my son. Prior to purchasing the Groupon, I called a spoke with Donald the GM. He provided all the information I needed in order to make my decision and ensure that we had a pleasant experience. I had just that! My hostess Bri was courteous and attentive our entire time. The facility is new & clean (just opened Aug. 2018). During the party, our pizza's came right out of the oven. My family really enjoyed our visit. So much so that they didn't want to leave. Great place for my toddler on a day off. VERY clean and I appreciate the free lockers for your belongings. Front desk staff was great, other staff looking after the different activities could use some people skills. Nice to have a place to order food at lunchtime, although we didn't eat and only ordered an Icee. We'd definitely go back. read more

We just had my daughter's 10th birthday party here. We ended up with far more kids than we expected, but the staff- esp Donald, the GM, and also our party host -were very accommodating and the party was a total success The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I agree with one of the other reviews, that the jump time is too short. I suggest at least 90 minutes for play, as you always have people running late. Besides that, it was great! read more

My problem is with the pricing and the socks. $15/hr (and they round up or down depending on clock) and even though you may have your own trampoline socks (which we did!), they force you to buy their $3 socks, they say because they don't want you wearing competitors socks. That's $18+ for an hour of jumping for my young child. They also had two employees watching my kids closely and following them waiting for our time to run out so they could tell us when to leave. It was not busy at all, so it was a little weird and obvious. The hour you pay for, the clock will round up or down depending on what time you checked in. For example, 3:39 you check in, they give you a 3:30-4:30 slot. This is something you can see on your receipt but they aren't upfront about it, you have to look on your receipt to see what slot you got. The place was kept very clean but for the same price I can go anywhere else and have more time. It wasn't worth $18/hr to have my child jump on a trampoline. Go to catch air instead. read more

Tuesday?, etc. No it is not valid "Any day" So after my granddaughters birthday, we go here only to be told, that Any day, does not include Saturday. The trampolines are fun along with all the other activities. The biggest problem was the customer service from the point you walk in until the moment you leave. Me and my family were looking forward to spending a fun time but were very disappointed the front desk employees were very rude and had bad attitudes. We were going to buy a pizza but they had closed the kitchen two hours prior to the closing time besides that from 6:15 until closing no one was at the counter to even take a drink order since that was all we could order according to them. All employees were walking around talking to each other and not paying much mind to customers. Definitely will not be coming back. read more

Don't have your party here. Our party host was awful, food came out 20 minutes late. The manager Donald argued with me when I expressed my frustrations, then he lied and told me he was the owner. All other kids received a birthday shout out, my kid didn't get one. They never even made an announcement for my guests to come to the party room. The kids were kicked off the trampolines because of the color of their wristband and that is how they knew to come to the party room. They are extremely disorganized and unprofessional when it comes to parties, and they'll give you a teenager as a party host. In addition to the food coming out 20 minutes late, and the party host was missing in action for most of the party. Was told she no longer worked there. The attitude of the rest of the staff was lax and horrible. Always on their phones. They do not monitor their areas at all! Place is not clean at all. Doesn't seem like much effort is put into keeping it clean. There's all kinds of nasty stuff between the mats. It hard to clea, because as soon as you step on them they pull apart to show the dirty napkins, bandaid wrappers, and other funky stuff that accumulates.Otherwise fun place for kids. Got here at 9:30 on a Saturday with my 4 and 2 yr old for the toddler time jump (8-10 am). Can't buy 30 minutes of toddler time jumping, and can't pay for an hour unless I wait for 30 minutes so that general admission starts. This seems like a stupid policy. read more

My two year old, husband, and I went to toddler time. At first when we walked in the employees were taking their good old time getting us set up to jump. Like no one even said hi until like 3 minutes later when two guys walked up and said something. After that it was a great time. We all had so much fun and in general the staff were nice. I would not recommend visiting. My 2nd grade daughter was punched in the face(purposely) by a 7th grader. When the manager Shawn Zare came out to speak with me. His reply was "that is why we have you sign a waiver." When I asked for the number to corporate, he refused to provide a number. He advised that I look online for a number. These are responses from the owner! If the owner/management conducts themselve like this you can't expect superior customer service from the staff. That explains why the staff was engaged in conversation, as opposed to watching the stations. Can one staff member supervise "TWO" dodgeball stations? A compassionate, and caring owner would have inquired if the child was ok, do you need ice, apologized. Explained that they intend for patrons to have a good time, asked that you come back on them next time. Shawn Zare's lack of empathy showed he does not care about my child, so if an incident happens with your child do not expect a different response! Expect elevated blood pressure from listening to a fool! Patrons we must stop supporting businesses that are suppose to be kid friendly that show they do not care about children. Horrible, horrible experience. First, after waiting 15 minutes in line, we were told that we would have to get out of line, sign a waiver, and then go to the back of the line. Second, a child vomited on one of the trampolines, and the teenage employees took their time cleaning it up after I told them about it. No sense of urgency whatsoever. (And, apparently, no adult supervision for the teenage employees.) In the meantime, I saw two children and an adult run right into the vomit, and one of the children slipped and fell on it. Adding insult to injury, a bunch of young women were giving an older woman a hard time about something. (I have no idea what.) It appeared that a fight was going to break out, but NOBODY on staff made any attempt to intervene. Eventually, after a lot of yelling and chest thumping, the group broke up and walked away with their crying children. I'm never taking my child here again! read more
