Kayla the manager is the rudest employee. I pay 3 memberships each month, which is a lot of money. And I told her that my son's socks are ripped and we need to replace them. She had the audacity to say "we need to see them rip in person in order to replace them for free. So you need to pay $7 for new socks" what in the world??!!! What kind of company (who makes so much profit) wants to charge a kid for ripped socks knowing they are ripped from jumping here. How would we prove they ripped as it's happening?! We literally come to this location so much. Anyways, we canceled all 3 memberships. Believe me they didn't care one bit.

We always go here for school rewards for our kid. I'm able to work from my seat and still be in close proximity watching my son play. I think that when you go during light traffic staff should take the time to man the areas for kids who need help on some attractions vs huddling in one area together. I'm also not happy we have been to multiple bday parties and our last visit we were told they are no longer accepting party passes that were purchased and given out as party favors. Overall the attractions are easy for kids to maneuver and have fun. It's clean and safe.

Chicken tender meal (sorry I cut it that's why it look like that) skip the fries it wasn't that good.

It's better than I expected , after reading all the horrible reviews it seems things got better from what I read that was negative. The staff were nice and did what they supposed to do...helping and assisting with many things, but no one was cleaning anything the whole 6 hours I was there. So don't expect bathrooms or the play areas to be super sanitary. Aside from the place itself it's weird how to people that come to this place just takes off their socks and just leaves it all over the floor after they were done. It started to look like dirty locker room..overfilled trashcans..food all over the ground and socks all over the cubby area floor. Like the workers are waiting for the next shift to clean up the mess...because they don't want to touch anything. Don't expect to find any area to sit and eat with your kids during 11:30-2pm people are just taking up the whole eating area for like 1 parent with their kids shoes and clothes and water bottle laying all over the table. If you buy food there you'll be standing there eating with your kids around lunch time. Plan ahead if you know you'll be eating there maybe save a table for your family to eat first before migrating to other seatings. There's a-lot of teenagers hanging out at this spot for sure. So Any unattended kids on trampoline places under the age of 10 will get stepped on, pushed around if you're not watching your kids. They have no care or feel bad hurting the little ones. They just continue jumping like nothing happens. Chicken tenders was decent but probably can skip the fries it's was hard and over cooked.

Pretty pricey. It costs the same for either a 2 hour jump or a monthly membership, so it was a no brainer. If you come early enough, parking isn't so hectic and it's not so loud. But, between the loud music and the chaos of all the kids, the noise began to get unbearable. They have a snack bar that offers food and drinks, slushies seem to be a big deal here. There were a few employee kids walking the floor and wrangling kids which was nice to see as they had a bit to do including a zip line, couple mini basketball courts/dodgeball, a obstacle course and some slides. Checking in also makes no sense, I was made to fill out a waiver as an "observer" only, but my friend didn't have to fill one out for her 2 year old granddaughter. I also liked that we weren't given a hard time bringing in our coffees and outside snacks, but it was also annoying seeing parents letting their kids drink and eat in the kid area. All in all we would be back, right when they open seems to be the best and least hectic time to go.

This building used to be a trampoline park of another company and was newly renovated by Sky Zone. We came on a Sunday and it wasn't crowded yet. Also probably because it hasn't even been a week since its Grand Opening. I ordered food and it took awhile to come out, but realized they had to remake it. Their Multi Ball screen had some technical difficulties. The music is a little loud when you're trying to ask staff questions. Since it's new, it's very clean and spacious. They're still working out the kinks though, but so far it's all good.

Attended their grand opening and took advantage of the "free jump" promotion for the first 100 guests of the day. This was a great deal, as a standard jump cost $29.99 for 90 minutes. They offer a basic membership at the same price for unlimited visits a month, (2 hours per day) which definitely seems like a better option than just paying for a single/standard jump visit. There are multiple options to take advantage of other than only trampolines, such as basketball, dodgeball, slides, swing, trapeze, zip-line, obstacle courses, and 3 video interactive options. Definitely geared towards older kids and teenagers but they also have a mini section for the toddlers. I imagine it won't be too fun on a busy day, especially having to stand in lines to use the slides and other options but on their first day, it was an absolute blast! Definitely love the "new" feel of it all and seeing everything super clean!

pully 1 where the rope belongs

Major safety issue with the zipline. My granddaughter got very hurt when the return rope snapped tight beneath her just like it snaps in the video here. Luckily nobody hurt this time. I told 3 "managers" now and it still isn't fixed. The return rope is SUPPOSED to go through the 2 pulleys at the top, but it isn't going through either of them. This negligence places the rope underneath the rider until it snaps tight at end. Don't go here until they fix it and hire managers who care about safety and employees who use their heads. Oh and not one of them took an incident repot.

She kept everything on track and kept me informed on what was happening and what was coming up. She was so good with the kids and really made the party go so smoothly. We only got pizza for the kids which I'm glad cause it was pretty expensive for a whole pizza for the adults and it was cold and not very good. The kids were happy with it though. We paid extra for the photos they took during play since there were a handful of cute ones. Lots of blurry ones and a lot of my niece and nephew (more than the birthday boy lol) but a few gems we wanted to have for memories. The other play attendee was alright. She was on her phone a lot and at one point my son was distressed and scared of an activity (the one where you jump from island to island) and he was crying to come down. The attendant was literally sitting near him on her phone not helping him. Thankfully I heard him and went to help him off the activity. At the end of the party, my husband gave Delaney a cash tip because she was so good to us. As stated before, we've never been to a place like this and didn't know any better. When I went to pay the bill, the manager gave me a bill for $800 and I knew it was the wrong one. It was for 25+6 kids and our event was 10 kids (but we only had 5). She questioned me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I gave her my kids name and she gave me the correct bill and she pointed out where to put gratuity. I told her my husband paid cash to Delaney and the manager asked if it was for the "team" or just Delaney. I said I thought it was just for Delaney since she was our primary person and I didn't know my husband's intent. I admitted we had never been to a place like this and didn't know the procedure. She asked if I wanted to go ask my husband how much he gave and I just stared at her. She again asked me if I was going to tip the team (she was listed as part of the team but this was my first interaction with her) and I said we already tipped Delaney. She gave me my receipt to sign and lectured me about how the tip should go to the team. I said I'll know for next time and left. My husband was outside with the kids and I told him what happened just for the manager to come outside to put something in a car. He told her tip was for Delaney since she was the most helpful to us and again the manager explained we're supposed to tip everyone. We just left Everything was wonderful except for this manager. Almost a perfect day. My son had so much fun though so that's all that matters.

I love the timeline they had everything was done. The kids had such a great time. They did the set up and the cleanup! The kids went and play and I love the fact that it was just our party and no other kids there so the parents had a comfort knowing that the kids cannot go anywhere and that we aren't watching somebody else's kids. It was such an easy set up probably one of the easiest birthday parties I've ever thrown for my son! And he felt so special! All of his friends had such a great time!

No matter what age group they have, they are able to provide fun and engaging structured activities. When we went there as a guest to the party, I was impressed with the age-appropriate activities that both the teachers ran. This was a group of 3 to 4-year-olds, and attention spans can be difficult, and behaviors can also be challenging. What I like is that parents are also encouraged to be engaged, so if a child is been warned consistently, the parent or responsible guardian is asked to assist. For the most part, the group had a ton of fun, and I was able to watch from the sitting area in the front. We liked it so much that my son decided to have his sixth birthday there. I was a little hesitant because it was an older group of kids, but nonetheless the teachers did an amazing job offering activities that were challenging to that age group as well as fun! The organizing and structuring of the party itself was seamless, I had a call with Jason about a week prior to go over any concerns that I had. We were able to bring in cake, and the staff was nice enough to portion it out and serve it. Overall, it was a nice experience. No additional planning was needed on my end, and that makes it easier to actually enjoy the party. The staff is so knowledgeable, kind, and fun, and I really want to recognize Jason for providing this environment!

I have never had a bad experience at this location or the Temecula location. All rooms are challenging and the difficulty rating does match the experience. If I could change a few things it would be when you reserve a game online, that it routes you to the waiver right away. Show up a few minutes early to sign the waiver if you didn't online. The second thing would be to have the option for people to allow others to join their group. Some games can be easier with 3-4 players versus our typical 2 but still very doable (we have done 8 escape rooms and have beat them all).
