I AM PISSED OFF. I am a member and have not had an issue with anything up until today 03/22/24. A group of 10 teenagers around the ages of 15-17, were playing in the basketball court and started bullying, talking crap, stepping on feet and dunking over 8 year olds. They complained to worker that these kids need to get out because they have a 5v5 game going on. I was against the net listening to them complain and talk crap because I wanted to see how the worker was going to handle it. I heard one of the 16 year olds tell the worker, "where are these kids parents? Why aren't they watching them, what kind of parents are they?" That's when I stepped in and said, "IM THE MOM, THATS MY KID" acknowledging my 8 year old (there were 2 other young kids in there too). This kid said, all the kids needed to get out because there's a 5v5 game going on and this is their court. I said, "where's the rule for that? Let the kids play too, at least open it as half court". He said, "that is the rule, when a game is going on everyone needs to leave". But the max capacity in the court is 20 (not 10) & that was NOT a rule. Instead of apologizing or agreeing, he then began telling me the kids need to leave, they're in there way, and I said, "my kids not leaving" he began getting disrespectful, and said "what kind of adult argues with a 16 year old?" But really what kind of 16 year old PUNKS on kids half their age?! I said "where your mom? I'll argue with your mom then". They were also arguing with ANOTHER MOM & the workers Eric & Leah (who by the way ARE AMAZING AND DID GREAT AT HANDLING THE SITUATION). The supervisor did not handle the situation well, and kept looking at myself and another mom as if we were the problem. I got an apologize from one teenager, & Eric and Leah but not the supervisor. Im so upset because this should be safe place for children to play. But instead 16 year old teenagers are out here talking trash to kids younger than them and belittling them. If I have to be there to supervisor my kids, then the parents of 16 year olds should be there to supervise their teenagers as well! I have no issue with teenagers coming in to play because ITS SAFER than being out doing crazy things... but for teenagers to come and be mean and bully kids is where I draw the line. read more

Not only is this park ran by careless teens, which is most likely the same reason why GET AIR went out of business, This establishment is shady and they make it challenging to CANCEL monthly membership , You MUST do it through an online submission, and they prolong the processing of your Cancellation Submission, for DAYS in order to charge your one additional UNWANTED month, and even if you call them immediately a day after the charge,they will not refund your money because according to them THEY CANNOT refund your money, apparently it's impossible for them to reverse the charges, the best they can do is offer you a Free month, however, It does not make sense to accept a FREE month to a place where you feel it is unsafe and unsanitary for your kids and thus the reason for your Cancellation in the first place! This was my experience and I share it so that YOU ARE AWARE OF THEIR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. (Unsanitary) They allow people to place their Dirty shoes on the food tables. I was there for about 2 hours and none of employees bothered to wipe down tables.(UNSAFE) Place all your attention on your children when they play in the dodgeball court, we witnessed a few kids get hurt. One 7year old cried for about 20mins straight, while the teen that hit him on the head ,extremely hard, was still allowed to play and continue throw the ball aggressively. read more

My 3 kids love it here. My 7 year old goes straight for the dodgeball and he's there the whole time, my other two 11 and 12 do the other stuff then they tend to get bored after an hour or so. Since my youngest is at the dodgeball court I sit infront and watch the free show lol. I do find that there are bullies there that get away with it because they are friends with the workers who are also kids. Very unfortunate considering there are kids there that just want to play without getting bullied for no reason. And when I say no reason I mean NO REASON with no exaggeration. Kids are literally dropped off there by their parents and aren't picked up for hours or their in the lunch area(not eating or paying any attention) so just be aware of that. read more

After going with my kids I don't understand all the bad reviews. I originally looked and wasn't sold on going because there was so many. My friends were going with their kids and assured me their experiences were good. The place is new, clean, and the teenagers running each section seem to be doing fine to me! It could be dangerous if your child doesn't listen, or uses something inappropriately. I can see there being bullying, but we haven't had any problems. The bathrooms are clean and well managed. The pass is the way to go. Between my friends and I we went with kids 5-14 and everyone had a great time! We all have passes so we've all been several times. I'm glad the bad reviews didn't deter me from bringing my kids! Even tho my kids are older I still get the spectator band and go in with them, just in case. I would never just drop my child off here, maybe a 16+ teenager. read more

A good trampoline park, they only have a small area of trampolines. The only bad thing is there are no fans in there so it is really hot.

BOOK YOUR PARTY SOMEWHERE ELSE! I recently had my daughter's 8th party here...plain and simple, over priced for very little. You don't get access to your room until the LAST HOUR of your time, which the whole time staff never mentioned that to me until the day of the party, so my whole group had to wait in the central area with all the other adults and kids for two hours. Waste of money! I don't even know why I bothered even booking a room. I even bought the most expensive package and got the smallest room. This place is not great for parties. Too crowded, they don't regulate how many kids and people on the floor. Way too many kids getting hurt. Also, the food was not great, complains about how the pizza tasted. Didn't know we could bring our own food too. Saw other people bringing McDonalds, Costco Pizzas and Chick Fil-A. Upset on how much I spent compared to what we got. read more

There were about 5 associates at the desk when we checked in. About half of them were just standing around or being distracting to the associates on the computers trying to check us in. I knew we wouldn't get our room until 7:30pm but they did not move our stuff until 7:30 on the dot when they had been setting other rooms up prior to people entering them. It should come as no surprise that our host did not have the room ready for us. We also got paired with a host that could not stay for the whole party so we had two hosts that were equally chaotic and clueless. While they were apologetic, they didn't compensate us for the fact that we paid for the mega package and didn't get water bottles or stickers. The pizza was burnt and our room was a sauna because the air conditioning didn't work in that room. It'd be nice if the shift managers do their job and properly distribute work instead of letting the teenage staff crowd around one kiosk and flirt with each other while the lines get out of control. It would also help to have them properly assigned to party rooms so we aren't left waiting till the last minute for a half set up room. Worst party experience I've ever had. My favorite part of the night is when I told the shift manager about my experience and she wanted to know how much I'd like to tip them. She said she was about to clock out so I'd have to take my issues up with the real manager via email. Good luck if you decide to waste your money here. read more

If i can give no stars i would the jumping experience was horrible for the kids i payed 800 dollors for a birthday party for my daughter when i arrived they had told me i have no room booked n i had book this a week and a half in advance so for them to not have my daughter party room available was ridiculous. I had to gather my own tables together to put my 20 guets to sit on and half of them had to stand up they didnt let me decorate my daughters room at all they didnt even bring out the food that i paid for till 8 pm . When i went to go get a refund they told me i must go threw a legal team even thou they no there in the wrong . Do not come here all the staff are in high school and they do not no how to run the facilitie very unprofessional they steal peoples money and joy and scream and hung up in my face knowing i didn't receive anything i paid for ! Really sad to write this because my kids like this place. We signed up for a monthly pass for my two kids with two adult add ons. We canceled in May and proceeded to be billed again in June. We reach out again over the phone and email to reiterate we need to cancel at which point they say they will. Fast forward 4 months later and I have been charged each month for a membership that was supposed to be canceled. Phone, email, and text support is useless. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card just to get reimburse for June, July, and August. They continue to charge me for September saying I didn't cancel within 3 days of the billing although I sent them email proof of the request in June. I will be reaching out to the BBB, Google, and every other review website I can find to let other people know. I have 3 kids and they love coming here! You can't beat the membership deal! All it take is you to come 2 times in a month and it pays for itself! We are here consistently and almost nightly! Where can you take your kids indoors for $33 a month a kid and they can play everyday.! Ahlayia is an amazing employee and she knows my kids from our times coming. Terrible birthday party experience. I think parents need to be warned before dropping almost 1000 for two hours of more work than you'd have to do at home. We attended my best friends sons party on Sunday . The kids had fun jumping but i constantly had to protect my 4 year old from much older kids doing flips on the trampoline and running into his square . No adults cared , Then the party room was chaos . My friend throwing the party ended up setting up the room despite being told it would be done for her . Then we were called to the room 15 min late . Only 3 pizzas were delivered to us . Out of 8 . Half the kids had no food while my friend had to chase down other pizzas . One was given to us completely charred on top . Us moms had to pass out the pizza bc the girl assigned to the room did not help or seem like she had any idea how to serve a party . We also had to do the cupcakes and clean up the plates between . My friend ordered waffle fry party platters and was given two small sides the size of in and out sides of cold waffle fries ! For 20 plus kids ?!!! Again the girl " helping " was no help . The thing is , this party had 20 children all with bdays and parents probably checking things out to see if they would enjoy their party here too . And I can tell you the chatter after was not good . I usually go to the sky zone in San Marcos and was expecting some type of similar cleanliness and moderate control to capacity. I've been a member for a month and have seen it decline since the opening day . I pointed out an area that was wet with paper towels in the toddler section and it was not addressed during the duration of my time . Young staff is not always the problem but proper management and oversight of the faculty and suites would be at least appreciated. Businesses that come into family neighborhoods should pay attention to serving and protecting their customers from hazard and potential spread of sickness by at least cleaning and wiping down areas frequently touched . My membership auto renewed I will be coming for another month but if no improvements are seen I will cancel my membership and do my commute to another place of business. My money and children are well received elsewhere. I hear children complaining of taken shoes from the cubbies. No monitoring appropriately by staff. read more

Had a birthday party here and it was horrible. Party was supposed to be for 2 hours (1 hour jump time and 1 hour eat/cake time). We were not allowed in the party room until the eat/cake time, so for that 1st hour all the parents are stuck in the main area with all the kids. It was so crowded, no place to sit, so everyone was standing up against the walls. We watched a kid puke all over the seating area/tables (I get it, it happens) but it took employees at least 5 minutes to clean it up. The parents were blocking off the pile until it got cleaned up. On top of that I couldn't let my little one play in the toddler area because there were a bunch of other kids roughhousing there and hitting other kids. Me and another mom had to take our babies out of there before they got hurt, absolutely no supervision in that area. read more
