DISGUSTING!!! Are they trying to POISON their customers? They just installed a machine that pumps a huge amount of visible, fog-like toxic air freshener. At first our group noticed an extremely strong fake fragrance smell that made us gag. Then it got stronger and stronger - burned the eyes a little bit and gave several of us instant headaches and nausea. The owners must be complete morons if they think anyone wants toxic scented chemicals blasting while we're trying to jump and have fun with our kids. What started off as a wonderful evening for my kids turned into a total nightmare. They played in the basketball court for a long time, alternating players and playing with many kids without incident. Once the other children involved arrived, they commanded the area and tensions rose. They were holding basket hoops closed so shots couldn't go through, among many other things. The game began to intensify and kids were growing frustrated. I attempted many times to tell everyone to calm down but of course, basketball can be very fast paced and can get intense, especially when there are no rules at play. This could have been avoided by simply having a Sky Zone associate supervising an area where a high contact sport is being played by 10+ kids without any rules or regulations being enforced. I am extremely disappointed that Sky Zone allowed the situation to unfold the way that it did. My 11 year old son was verbally and almost physically assaulted over causing an accidental minor injury to another child during a game of basketball. He was called a b**ch, a n**ger, had a teenage girl in his face screaming for him to punch her, and was threatened by the other child involved "I'm going to destroy the f**k out of him" which was stated directly in front of Sky Zone's team lead. I was the only adult in the area at the time and even after all of the screaming and commotion, STILL not a single Sky Zone employee looked our way to mediate. After being cursed at and threatened by these children myself, I had to make the very long walk to the front to find help. These children were unsupervised and dropped off by their mother who later returned once her children informed her of the incident by phone. She came in extremely aggressive screaming "where's the b**ch that was yelling at my kids" and basically threatened to go CRAZY if her children were asked to leave. She admittedly told the Sky Zone team lead and myself that she "drops her kids off here all the time" and they were "picked on because I saw they were alone without a parent". When shown the footage of her daughter threatening my son, she condoned the behavior saying "as she should, she was protecting her brother". Why are minors allowed to be left at Sky Zone unsupervised? We reviewed the security footage of the incident and my account was confirmed by Sky Zone staff, I was there the entire time and witnessed exactly what happened. The sibling of this child claimed to be injured by my son and the footage proved that this was untrue. My children felt unsafe and uncomfortable so we decided to end our night early and leave to make things easier for the Staff. My son was verbally threatened and called every name in the book in front of this child's parent and the staff and still was allowed to remain playing without repercussion. To top it off, the mother was able to leave AGAIN, leaving her children unsupervised. While we walked to gather our stuff, the other children followed us, staring down my kids. I truly believe the team lead felt his hands were tied in the situation because of the intimidation from the other parent. Still, it was not worth the safety of my children. We have visited this location many times by ourselves or as party attendees without incident and have always had a great time. We even signed up for a membership that day and planned to hold my younger son's birthday there this month. I am sad that I don't feel safe returning to Sky Zone if this is how customers are allowed to behave without any protection or even supervision by the staff. My son is traumatized by this incident. We spent hours talking him through his concerns, mostly about being called a horrible racial slur and why no one did anything about it. My youngest son was crying worried that he'd be beat up if he went back to play while the other children returned to play, laughing and proud of their behavior. This is not ok. I truly hope that this incident encourages Sky Zone to consider having a staff member supervising the basketball area at all times, if being occupied. This would have been critical in mitigating or even eliminating a situation like ours. Our situation could have easily been worse had I not been there to supervise. I have tried to reach out to the GM and their corporate several times to have my membership canceled. I have heard crickets. UNBELIEVABLE. Save your money and go somewhere where you won't be assaulted. read more

The real problem is DO NOT let them sign you up for membership - they'll sell you on instant savings and "cancel anytime" - and then you cannot reach them by phone, the people at the front "can't help you," and the online portal is designed to make it impossible to cancel. After sending emails and all that, I had to dispute 3 months of membership charges with my credit card company. Such a racket. Really make me HATE them so much. read more

We celebrated our sons 5th birthday yesterday and it was a great experience. I can't say enough positive things about Luke our party organizer and lead. He was kind, knowledgeable, and truly went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He is truly a valuable asset to your team. Maricio, our host, was also great by helping set up and keeping everything organized, clean, and most importantly, making sure the kids were fed with pizza and drinks!! The facility overall was clean and spacious. If I can add anything in terms of critique, it would be to make the zip line accessible again... as that was my sons favorite attraction (and mine!) DEFY'd T.O.!! (that's Thousand Oaks, for the non-locals ;) ) Our fam loved being American Ninja Warriors for a morning! We had a wonderful experience through and through. Bought our tickets, socks and completed our waiver online. We walked right up to check-in where they scanned my phone for tickets, gave us wristbands and grip socks. Staff was cool and efficient. There were plenty of clean cubbies for our stuff... And off we went to the ramp entrance. Before you get to jumping, someone will go over the rules with your party. This place is HUGE with SO much to do! There's low light rope-like bands, trapeze bar & swing off platform, Zip line Obstacle courses, hoops, just to name a few, all over foam pits, or trampolines. The facility was clean, well maintained, felt safe with plenty of staff around if you needed help. They also have a tiny arcade set-up with air hockey, Cruisin (car) games, Jurassic Park, 3 or so claw games and photo booth. We had such a good time we definitely be back, quite possibly getting a membership. read more

No water available in the fountains on a record 104 degree day. Water is available for purchase, but the option should be available to have working fountains. Two hand sanitizer stations empty. Floors look like they haven't been mopped in days and no cleanup crew on deck to reset tables and sofas from sloppy adults who don't know how to pick up their garbage. Other than that, the kids had quite a blast. The previous owners kept the common area really clean along with the bathrooms. Not sure what's going on but this needs to be addressed. read more

So took my daughter and had a bad experiance. So we show up and get in line to get tickets. After 30 min in line was told I have to go back and fill out the waiver form. Got backing line and had to wait 30 more min for tickets. My daughter had some socks from a different trampoline place and was then told she can use those. Now back to the line buy yo buy socks. Another 30 min in line. The good part was they restarted my daughters time. Once finally in my daughter had a awesome time. But I myself was left with a bitter taste in my mouth. If I go back it's only because my daughter had a good time but it wont be anytime soon. I would recommend more lines and one line for those who want to sign up for the membership. read more

Packed to the top, too many activities in too little space. most of them require waiting. Too many toddlers and even infants taking over the space so not much left for older kids to go on. Place was pretty clean considering the traffic (all the kids and parents) so thumbs up to the staff. My kids said that they preferred Van Nuys location to this one overall, so we'll not be coming back. read more

Big flaw in security for your young kids. When you enter they have automatic doors. This area has all the video games and is not secure from a stranger entering and taking a child or even having your child just walk out if they are at a birthday party with a bunch of kids. The general manager Michael McKenna got directly in my face and threatened me with violence, causing my daughter to burst into tears from her fear and had to have a stranger console her while Mr McKenna was in my face making threats of violence against me. Read below for the details... CircusTrix corporate can verify this with their security camera footage from 9/17/22. It started when one of the employees discriminated against my son for having special needs by not allowing him to jump in the drop zone. She asked him how old he is and he's not able to properly communicate his age, and I was obviously upset when I went over to find out why they're not allowing him to jump and asked to speak to a manager. While waiting for a manager I was being surrounded by several employees antagonizing me, including a young man standing over my head at the railing giving me a hard time, and rather than be surrounded by teenagers antagonizing me, I decided to go find my daughter so that the three of us could leave. That's when they called a very large heavy set young man to stop me and I told him I'm just trying to find my daughter so we can leave, and while I'm walking away he was literally following me so closely that he was close to kicking the back of my feet, and I had to stop a couple times to tell him that I'm leaving and he has no right to walk this close to me. Once we got outside I was stopped by Mr McKenna and he asked me what happened. At this point I was already outside on my way to the car and had no obligation to speak with him, and when I told him I'm leaving and it's none of his business, he blocked the walkway and told me "it is my business because that is my business!" Keep in mind Mr McKenna is about 6'5'' and well over 300lbs, and I told him again I don't have to answer him and told him to move, and that's when Mr McKenna got right in my face attempting to intimidate me with his stature, and I won't repeat his exact words but while in my face he threatened me with violence. This caused my daughter so much fear that she literally burst into tears and a stranger onlooker felt compelled to comfort her while I was dealing with Mr. McKenna. I knew I didn't want a physical altercation so I walked a couple steps back and walked across the way to retrieve my daughter from the stranger comforting her and continue walking to our car. There is no place for violence in any work environment, especially an establishment designed for children and families. I have already communicated with his direct supervisor Anthony, and waiting to hear from Steve in their risk management department. My daughter trembles when I even mention sky zone to her, so obviously Mr McKenna needs to be terminated from his position. As long as he is terminated within a reasonable timeframe, I will find it an acceptable remedy to his actions. Otherwise, I am fully prepared to seek legal action against CircusTrix for the actions of their general manager and the impact they had on my daughter. read more

I'm We got the membership because one of the team members said it would be cheaper.. 4 people 2 adults 2 children.. now when you purchase the membership they do not tell you you can't not use the membership at other sky zones. You only can use it at their's and when I went to cancel my membership, they told me they couldn't pay me back my money... but I could still use the passes until the end of April.. we live far away for one I called and two of the team members told me to email the store and they would reimburse me my money .. for the last past 3-4 days I've been back in forth with them so why tell me to email for a refund and when it comes down to it, I cannot receive my refund so I would not be coming back here. After filling out all necessary forms and paying online, we got here and it was absolute chaos just in the lines. There were 3 lines: member check in, online, and general admission. We waited 45 minutes in line. It was the most inefficient process I've ever seen. The online should've been quick if people were to do what they had done online. After talking to the assistant general manager, his response was, "what do you want me to do?" I simply expressed that they need to guarantee people in the lines have done what they were to do prior to getting to the registers so that lines would move. You can tell they were WAY overbooked and in over their heads. They did not have an efficient check in system, and there was no need to choose a check in time to ensure crowd control. read more

We were told our kids could not jump without an adult present inside the jumping area because they were exiting the play area from the EXIT section -_- They needed to exit through the entrance only, which we were not aware of. They were not allowed back into the play zone and we were followed and harassed by an employee with a clip board the entire visit. He was rude and unprofessional, and was taking his job WAY too serious. He stated the exit ramp was for "emergencies" only, yet it was not labeled that way nor were we made aware they could not exit through it. Instead of kicking out four year olds for going out the wrong exit, he should have been supervising the children who were playing too rough throughout the facility. For almost a $30 entrance fee, the experience was horrible. Dojo Boom and Defy were ran much better than this. Will not return. read more

Came here today for niece's birthday and left my red limited edition Stanley briefly on the cart next to niece's birthday cake and someone had the audacity to steal it. Whomever stole my cup, you're an awful human-being. I left it there trusting everyone here would respect each other's property, apparently not the case. I asked the manager if he could check video footage and gave him the timeframe to look for. He checked twice and said it was "grainy." To the person who stole my Stanley (flipping you off virtually) and may KARMA come back and bite you twice as hard. The manager kept saying that it couldn't be any of his employee's. Sus. Never returning to this location ever again. I've been to places in the hood and I've never experienced any of my belongings being stolen. We love Dojo Boom but this place charges a small fortune for birthday parties! Today we show up and almost the entire lobby area is filled with a group of people. They are celebrating and eating a huge cake. I personally went up and asked them if they had just paid to have a birthday party but are now staying after to eat cake here. Their answer was, "No, we are just celebrating with cake here in the lobby. We didn't pay for a party." I then went and asked 2 employees if this is what is allowed now and they said, "Food isn't allowed in the lobby but it's fine for them to eat cake there." Wow! Our grandkids love this place. I will say it's a great facility however, in our two visits these are my observations. First visit was a weekday, kids were out of school so we went early and they had a terrific time . The place wasn't crowded so we were able to freely move around and keep,an eye on them. I will add we were inside both times and wore 'observer' wrist bands. Yesterday's adventure was different. Although we were there by 10:30 am, the place was more crowded than our initial visit. Adults were jumping and climbing along with the kids. Need more supervision. Need more employees monitoring the equipment. In one case an adult jumped over a wooden horse to the trampoline on the other side without a spotter checking for clearance. Our granddaughter was on the other side, and he came within two feet of her. The frustrating part for me was, the adult jumper did not even look. And when he got over, he kept on going. When I finally found an employee, he listened although didn't stick around nor did he advise the adult jumper of a safety issue. And on the tower jump, the first time we were there, I noticed an employee watching the kids go up, allowing one at a time. Yesterday, no one was there and it was a free for all. Sign says land on your back or butt. How many kids did I count landing feet first? Great concept. Now please hire more watchful employees before a serious accident occurs. read more

My daughter broke her leg here when another small child bounced in her square. I was right next to my girl watching her, and the other small child certainly meant no harm, but this place is really, really not safe and after talking to the pediatric orthopedic surgeon there doesn't really seem to be a way to make it a safe experience. We signed the waivers, so that's on us, but we will definitely not be going back. More generally, the foam pit also seems like it doesn't have enough foams in it; on a different occasion, a child threw up and the employees on duty seeemed really flustered and didn't have any protocol in place to clean it up. read more

I cancelled my membership, received an email stating "your credit card will no longer be charged" and they have charged me 2 months in a row. I have called the corporate office, which nobody ever answers, and left messages, and I have left 6 emails which nobody ever replies to. At the location, it takes forever to get a manager and only then do I only get yet another email...that nobody ever responds to. There are many trampoline parks about there so I have options. Super fun place for children and afults! so much to do and a great work out. I would bring my child here any time. The staff is friendly and it's a safe environment for them to play and explore.
